Cs6 web premium wont install all programs

Hi,
I have recently downloaded CS6 Web premium student edition on trial. However once it had finished downloading it wouldnt install Photoshop, Flash Professional and Adobe InDesign, everything else was fine though. I have looked at the error report and cant find a solution.
The error report is shown below.
The program I really need is Photoshop as I am doing a graphic web design course and cant continue without this software, so this is quite an inconvenience.
Im running an Intel Core2 Duo with Windows Vista.
Any help!!!!!

  • CS6 production premium wont install correctly it stalls at the adobe help files

anyone know how to fix this?

Which OS are you seeing this on and which previous versions, if any, did you have installed.

To try this you may want to take a backup instead of deleting the Adobe Help folder.

  • Adobe CS6 web premium package - Acrobat Installation

Recently I installed Adobe CS6 Web premium package on my new MAC OS X 10.8.2. However I was not able to install Adobe Acrobat Pro after several attempts?
    Any idea why? Thanks/Mira

The software Design and Web Premium CS6 was purchased / installed / and activated just over 30 days ago
All components worked fine after install
30 days after install Acrobat X just stopped working - it will not startup - no error message seen - just does not starup (not even the hour glass). All other components still work fine.
Beta CS6 Software and prerelease CS6 Software had previously been deactivated and uninstalled prior to install.
    System is 64 bit Windows 7, CS6 64 bit - 8GB RAM, Duo Core 3GHZ Intel, AMD 6870 1GB GPU.
Google the same issue and you'll find there are numerous people who have the same problem - current recommendation from Adobe is to deactivate and activate again. This sounds like another 30 day workaround

  • CS6 web premium vs. CC access for After Effects - conflicts?

    Hi all,
Apologies if there was any response to a similar question. If so, I've certainly struggled to find it.
I currently have CS6 web premium installed (student edition), but I require access to After Effects for a single assignment. Obviously there is no standalone for After Effects in a student edition.
If i were to sign up to CC just to access After Effects, what impact would this have on my CS6 installation?
Any info would be valued =]

    Hi Missy~,
    Welcome to the Community!
You can use both After effects CC and CS6 on the same system as both are separate versions also either you can sign up for Single app After effects CC or get a complete Creative cloud.
    Hope that answers your question.

  • Adobepdf.dll missing when 99% of Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium is installed?

99% Installed on Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Web Premium then received an error window:  The file AdobePDF.dll on Adobe Acrobat CD-ROM is needed.  Type the path where the file is located, and then click O.K.  Browse to the file and copy files from it. Please advise as to how to finish this install.  I am able to open each one of the applications that were installed from the Program Files, but the install is still sitting at 99% and the Files Needed window is still up.  Please advise.  Thank you!

I did see this information, but I do not have 64 bit, nor am I trying to
install CS3.  So, will this work for 32 bit and CS5.5?
    Thank you!

  • Installing CS6 Production Premium and Retaining Some Programs from CS5

I currently have the CS5 Design Premium suite installed on my computer. I want to purchase CS6 Production Premium and want to know if CS6 automatically uninstalls CS5?  I want to keep Dreamweaver and InDesign from the CS5 suite. Is this possible or is CS5 uninstalled without any control over retaining programs within the suite. Thanks.

Thanks for your reply. I want to install all of CS6 Production Premium. I just want to make sure that I can keep Dreamweaver and InDesign from my CS5 Design Premium suite (they are not part of CS6 Production Premium). Do I have the option to keep software from CS5?
    Thanks

  • I installed CS6 Web Premium why is After Effects CS6 in trial mode?

I bought the Creative Suite with Web Premium this summer before Creative Cloud became mandatory. I used After Effects on Thursday 11/14/13 for several hours and it was completely fine but when I tried to open it last night, 11/18/13 it told me my free trial had ended and I needed to license the software. I tried restarting my computer, didn't work, and I then found my serial code for the creative suite but it still didn't work. I then downloaded Creative Cloud and updated my After Effects hoping it'd make a difference and there's still no change.
I used a free trial before I bought the Creative Suite if that makes a difference but I paid for the program and need it for a project. Please help!

    > I bought the Creative Suite with Web Premium
After Effects is not in the Web Premium suite, so the only version of After Effects that you would have had would have been the trial version.
If you now have a Creative Slod subscription, then you should download and install After Effects using the Creative Cloud service.

  • Educational Adobe Web Premium CS3, Install Without A CD Drive?

Im working on my school's website at the moment but am unfortunately forced to use a school computer (very slow) because I can't install Adobe Web Premium onto my laptop. I have the Alienware M11x (R2 I believe, if it matters), which doesn't come with a CD drive, and I don't have an external drive available. I was wondering if it was possible that I could convert the CD's contents into an .ISO file and use a program to mount it as a virtual drive. Just copying the contents onto a flashdrive seems to work right up until install, when an error is returned asking me to insert the CD into a drive. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
         - if this is in the wrong forum, I apologize, this just seemed to be the most fittiing.

You need to contact Adobe Support either by chat or via phone when you have serial number and activation issues.  There might be a problem even in that because CS3 and earlier products are no longer supported by Adobe Support.  Still you might find someone who is willing to help if they are able to do anything.
Here is a link to a page with options to help make contact:

  • Can I upgrade to CS6 web Premium from CS4 Web Premium at the upgrade price?

I purchased CS4 Web Premium and it was sold as an upgrade. At the time I hade CS2 and Photoshop CS3/Deamweaver CS3/ and Fireworks CS3. I did have to contact Adobe support to activate my upgrade as the product mix was incompatable with the CS4 upgrade serial number. It was no problem and Adobe activated the entire suite. I have been purchasing Adobe products since 2006 and did not think I needed to upgrade every cycle to be ellagible for the upgrade pricing. As well, purchasing every upgrade would be nearly as expenxsive as full price anyway. More important, the upgrades (CS5) are not always substantial and give marginal benefit for the money.
    Leslie Philipp

Obviously Adobe is moving away from the amateur and hobby market.
You have it all wrong. CS products never were aimed at hobbyists in the first place. Any such use was accidental. Everything beyond that is irrelevant - many people spend much more money on other "hobbies" be it their car, sports, travel or whatever. anmd you'lll even find many people who buy much more expensiove software than Adobe tools just for their sparetime pleasure...
