CSS Live development stopped working?

Hello all, I just updated to the lated release of Edge code and while I love that live development for HTML is a nice added feature, it seems that the live development for my CSS is now not working properly.
What happens is the changes I make to the css dont automatically update of the preview browser unless I refresh the browser now. The way I set up my files currently is I create a separate css file and link to it from my html file. Any help would be appreciated as this is kind of slowing down my whole process.

Is the file extension for your external css file ".css"? Live Preview does not yet support preprocessors like LESS or SASS.
Be sure to use File > Open Folder... to select a folder that contains all of you project files.

Css background image stopped working despite no code change

My background image was working fine. Then, without me changing the code, it stopped working. The URL I referred to exists and ends in .jpg.
When I first load Thimble the background shows up for a split second, then disappears again.

Live preview stopped working?

I hope I am wording this correctly. I have never had this issue but I must have turned this feature off. When positioning an object I used to be able to see it move as I was adjusting its position on my composition. So like if I moved the Y position to 25 and then scrolled it along to say 32 I would watch the object move. THen one day it stopped doing that. I'm using a guide that the creative director sent over in order to make sure my elements line up correctly but without this preview it's just tedious. I was wondering if anyone knows what that function was called and then how to do I turn it back on?
Thanks so much, I am frustrated with it because I have never turned it off so I didn't even know that was an option.
I'm using AE CC on a Mac running Mavericks. It appears when I bring the project to my laptop it works just like it did before so I'm assuming I just turned off a feature.

Enable the live preview button in the timeleine. also, if that shouldn't be it, check your graphics acceleration stuff.

After Effects Live Previews Stopped Working

When working inside of after effects my live previews are not working anymore, I used to have it so when I moved slider it would let me watch things, now that this has been disabled somehow its way harder for me to do my work done efficent & fast.

I want to make sure I clearly understand the issue you are experiencing. You are trying to send an email through Internet Explorer through yoru Windows Live email program and it's not working?
However, Word, PDF, and Powerpoint files work fine.
What version of Internet Explorer are you using? What happens when you try to send email? Can you possibly walk me through a step by step explanation of what is going on?

Norton Anti Virus Live Update stopped working after last system update

Hello,
I am using Anti- Virus version 11 for MAC. It has worked fine for years. Now Live Update will not run.
I have tried reloading and nothing helps. Is anyone experiencing this problem.

FYI:
Norton Anti-virus software is the worst app to install on a Mac. It will slow down the drive and cause all sorts of system issues. Delete Norton and get ClamXav available here, and it's free:

There are no known Mac virus. If you really think anti-virus software is necessary, then use Clamxav. It can detect a trojan horse and malware both.

Oracle 9iR2 developer stopped working on 10.2.7+

Hi all,
Ive read the other posts about the next full version of Oracle being available on Mac OS X - which is great, cant wait for a date, but for now I have been testing Oracle a lot with the following results;
1. G4 10.2.2 - Oracle 9iR2 runs fine.
2. G4 10.2.6 - Oracle 91R2 runs fine.
3. G4 10.2.8 - Oracle crashes on startup - coredump
4. G5 10.2.7 (minimum for G5) - Oracle crashes - coredump
5. G5 10.2.8 - Oracle crashes - coredump
Weve got some Xserve's too but now theyre already ugpraded to 10.2.8 so weve not even bothered to try Oracle on them as im sure it wont work. There seems to be major library changes from 10.2.7 and up which cause Oracle to coredump on startup (even straight from a clean install). This is disappointing as weve got these new G5's running 1.8Ghz or twin 2Ghz and we cant even get Oracle to run at all. I tried Metalink but of course the Beta developer version is not supported at all so they said to post a message here.
Can anyone help ? how can we get oracle fixed for 10.2.7+ or a new beta version for a G5 ? were dying to test it on our G5's and Xserves.
The error on 10.2.7+ is;
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [0xffff832c] [SIGFPE] [Invalid floating point operation] [0x53BE2BE4] [] []

for what it's worth I am running Oracle 9iR2 under 10.2.8 on a G4 Powerbook. It seems stable. JDeveloper works fine and I can access the database from Java programs via JDBC which seems to work well. However, some of the packages such as dbms_java won't load which means some of the XML functionality does not work.

Live migration stopped working

I have a two host cluster with 4 VMs. Hosts are 2008 R2, guests are 2x Windows 2x Linux.
Last week one of my Windows servers would not live migrate, but the other 3 would.
After troubleshooting, I rebuilt the VM. (new VM, moved VHD). Then it started moving. Great!
Now, today, two of the VMs will not move with the exact same set of errors.
On the source machine:
'Virtual Machine <machine>' live migration did not succeed at the source.
On the target:
Cluster resource 'Virtual Machine Configuration '<machine>' in clustered service or application '<machine>' failed.
'Virtual Machine Configuration <machine>' failed to register the virtual machine with the virtual machine management service.
The Cluster service failed to bring clustered service or application '<machine>' completely online or offline. One or more resources may be in a failed state. This may impact the availability of the clustered
service or application.
I'd appreciate any help in getting this resolved.

This error some times occur when the VMM service account is not part of local admin group in all hosts, please added the VMM service account to local admin group on all hosts.
Another general possible is configuration Cache Files
.XML were corrupt in "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Hyper-V\Virtual Machines Cache"
Moved the VM to others node and renamed "C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Hyper-V\Virtual Machines Cache\<VirtaulMachine.XML>
as <VirtaulMachine.XML> .old then move the vm back.

OK solved, since I installed the wrong version of ODAC, a new key in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE was created. I deleted it and just kept the one for 10g and it works now

Do you know if the installation of a third party recording/monitoring product (CallCopy) interferes with Desktop Supervisor abitly to monitor/record calls.Version 8.5.2

Well, you have your answer perhaps as to why the phone was being sold in the first place - rather than being a registered developer, the previous owner probably downloaded and installed an illegal copy of iOS 7 beta on the phone and it has now bricked the phone. Some people did this and of course they could not wait to get their hands on iOS 7, but now it has been released officially, everybody moans.
The only thing you can do is try resetting the phone again. Connect it to iTunes and install iOS 7.0.2 and restore it as new and see if that works. This might help the phone but will not preserve data.
If it still won't work, then I suggest that you confront the previous owner of the phone and return it for a full refund and start again, but this time buy the phone from a legitimate source.

Well, in his defense, his parents bought him the player so I guess we can't blame him. Though the 6 GB versions were available in November so I guess they really did get 'nervous' about Christmas and like to get their shopping done early! Kudo's to you for trying to remain with the Creative line but for what you're looking for it's obviously not the player for you. Creative seems to be fine-tuning their line for the audio crowd. I'm into mp3 players for the audio. Sure, the ability to watch video's and look at pictures on a decent screen is a plus but for me at least, it's all about the music. And with music, 6 GB is more than enough. Heck, 8 GB would have been more than enough for me. I'm a subscriber to Napster-to-go, so I don't feel the need to carry 00 plus GB of stuff on my portable player. I honestly don't understand the desire to watch movies or TV shows on tiny little screens. But you're also talking to a guy who doesn't watch television. What a complete waste of time and brain cells. Probably the **competitor products we can't discuss here** or one of those players would better suit your needs. Companies are definately picking their niche markets carefully and Creative's decision to not offer hard dri've players any more seems to definately be saying bye-bye to that market. I can't say I blame them. Hard dri'ves eventually give up the ghost and are quite delicate for people on the go. Good ridance, I say. Let Apple, Zune and all the others cater to the Z generation's need to be spoonfed their video/TV addictions anywhere and everywhere. I'll pass. It's one thing to be able to enjoy some music on the go and enhance an otherwise dull work day or dri've. But movies/TV shows at work, school, or wherever? Please. Cut the cord! Just my $.02 - YMMV! I understand that your Windows live photo acquisition manager has stopped working.
I am not sure if this will work but if you right click on it do you see an option to enable. If so click on it.
If not I suggest uninstalling it and then reinstalling the app.
The other option would be to contact MIcrosoft for assistance. ( 1-500-642-7676 )

Select "Develop" and "Lightroom has stopped working"

First off I'm new to Lightroom. I moved up from Elements.
I upgraded to 3.4 and now when I select "develop" Lightroom stops working.
Any ideas?
I'm running windows 7 home 64 bit all updates are current.
I have a small ssd for a hard drive and therefore removed the old 3.2 directory after the upgrade.
I have 6gig of memory and an AMD quad core phenom II 3.4GHz.
I have an Nvidia Gforce GT 430 graphics card driver version 270.61
