CSS What have i done wrong

Question

Hi,
When i open my HTML page in Explorer from my desktop folder
the CSS doesn't work.
When i open the HTML file in Dreamweaver the CSS file works?
If i open afile from another project with CSS attahced in
Explorer it works.
It worked yesterday.
Any ideas?

This means that you have used root relative links for your
page, which will
not work when you open the files directly in the browser.
They will work on
the web, or when you preview in DW (assuming you have enabled
temp files for
Preview in Browser preferences), but not when you open
directly.
