CUA - IDOC USERCLONE - Err proc. Agent?

Hi, anybody knows how to activate Error Processing Agent for the IDOC USERCLONE?
Via transaction SWU0 (object type: USER and Event: cloned) I can see no task assigned to the event.
The quesiton is: using CUA how is it possibile to alert the administrator about an IDOC that is not processed fine (eg. status 51 for user locked).

Hello experts,
I'm setting up a CUA at the moment.
Basically everything works fine, but in case of mass maintenance activites (e.g. TA SU10 or when distributing via report RSCCUSND), the child system only processes some of the received USERCLONE-Idocs, the left ones remain in status 64.
I know that they can be processed via report RBDAPP01 periodically in batch-mode, but I want to have them triggered immediatly.
Can you tell me what's the reason for this behavior? Is this a general ALE-Setting or based on my partner settings in WE20?

I knew that this might be a resource issue, but actually my problem was that the CUA-Batch-User had no authorition for releasing Batch Jobs, this is mentioned in the SAP Note...
After adding this to the CUA-Role, everything works fine!

CUA - IDOCS - DISTRIBUTION UNCONFIRMED STATUS

Hi,
I have seen the strange issue in CUA IDOCs with respective of a child system...
That is, If i do the user maintenance with respective of the child system in the central system and save it.
1) then the system is generating the IDOC's for central and the respective child systems.
2) The changes are getting reflected to the respective child system.
But when i check SCUL in CUA, still it is showing as DISTRIBUTION UNCONFIRMED STATUS
I have verified the below things
A) OUTBOUND and INBOUND jobs in central and Child are working fine.
B) IDOCS are getting posted in child system with status 53
C) RFC connection is fine
D) Partner profiles are fine
E) SCUA - showing green
NOTE:
The issue is happening only for one system -client and all other systems and clients were working fine without any issue

Please follow the [SAP Note 169538 - CUA: Too many unconfirmed users in the log|https://websmp230.sap-ag.de/sap%28bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==%29/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=169538].
Is the RFC from that Child system to Central system is working properly?
Basically this kind of Unconfirmed status happens when the IDoc processing get stuck due to too many IDoc generation. You can schedule a job in that child system for the report RDBPROCESS to process the unprocessed IDocs in a certain interval of times.
You may also want to check the changes happened in SCUL by [SAP Note 632486 - Improvements to transaction SCUL|https://websmp230.sap-ag.de/sap%28bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==%29/bc/bsp/spn/sapnotes/index2.htm?numm=632486].

CUA: Wrong entries in the table USZBVSYS

Hi All,
While searching a particular user access to the child systems via SUIM - > Users by system, the report given output that the user have access to so and so system. Whereas that user already deleted and there is no user account in CUA and the respective child system.
When i search in the table USZBVSYS, that user having a entry to that child system with status S.
May be due to some old IDOC get processed and made an entry in this table but physical the changes were not made either in CUA or in child system.
Now my concern is how to delete such type of entries in the table USZBVSYS?
SAP recommended not to use the report RSUSR_CUA_CLEANUP_USZBVSYS and i think it can be resolve only by manually method to create and delete.

Hi,
RSUSR_CUA_CLEANUP_USZBVSYS cannot work in this case, as you have 'S'-entries for the user section in uszbvsys. The report will clean up only entries with D,A or X entry for the user entry.
So there seems to be no automated standard report for your query.
I suggest to collect the user-IDs you need to remove, copy them into SU10, recreate them for the required systems and delete them
afterwards again.
Make sure, that nobody processes cua-idocs manually in any of your systems of the cua. Only use scul.

Using conversion Agent there is no coding, If you have a conversion agent insatlled in your landscape you will have better understanding..
Also java code for IDoc to EDI have some problems:
1. The EDI format differs based on requirement so there will always be a customized code for it.. Like we have IDco to EDIFACT and ANSX12...
2. Because most of these codes are propriety materials I doubt whether anyone be sharing the complete code here in SDN. Better to have a java consultant at your end and put him with your requirement.. From the reply in above threads you should be clear that what you are looking for can be done from java coding..

I think you are aware of the fact that SAPXI system doesnt understand the EDI messages directly.....So in u r case u need to first tranform EDI data into XML format in whcih the XI can understand...........So for EDI -to->XML...u need SEEBURGER (BIC Design mapper tool do define the mapping between EDI and XML) by which u can convert the message into XML.
And in XI system u can convert the tranformed XML into IDOC using mapping editor.............
So u cant directly convert the EDI messages into idoc in XI....

Have you defined both Quantity and Value updating in your license type? If so, what about only depreciating by quantity (instead of value). Not sure if I am reading you correctly, but from your example it seems that you are only concerned with quantity (and not value) depreciation, as you want to first exhaust the quantity available from License A (5), and then take the remaining from License B (5)..

How workflow will be triggered from the Idoc partner profiles

We have scenario like, We are doing business with the same vendor in different countries. When ever we receive the Idoc from that vendor, Agent will be notified based on the agent details, which is mentioned in the Inbound partner profiles for that vendor. Now they like to enhance the scenario like different agents should be notified for different countries, based on the company code from the same vendor. I came to know that its possible through workflow, can you please let me know the step by step procedure to achieve this scenario. Since this is very important issue, need your help as soon as possible.

Hi,
In Tx. WE42, Select the process code for the corresponding partner and bind your workflow / task inplace of the function module with the process code. Now, this will enable the idoc to get placed in the agents(identified by that workflow)inbox.
But to design the workflow, you`ll have to use tx. swdd and prior to that get some basic understanding of Business Workflow from SAP Library.

Update shipment partner address E1ADRM4 & BADI_LE_SHIPMENT

We want to update an existing shipment with updated detailed address information from an incoming Idoc from the forwarding agent. The idea is to replace the generic phone, email, name etc. with the specific clerk handling this shipment.
We are on release 6.02, so OSS note 982041 is in. Still, I can not get the data on the E1ADRM4 segment to do any updates.
As an alternative plan, I am looking into BADI_LE_SHIPMENT. By setting a breakpoint in FM SD_PARTNER_ADDRESSES_TO_DB, I have studied how a manual change in VT02N affects the address update. When the shipment is created, the adress number from the Vendor master is copied to the shipment. When I change the address, a new 90* number is created. I replicated the update flag (UPDKZ) in both VBPA and VBADR level, but to no avail. This is the current code. A new 90* address number is assigned, but it does not contain any address data ...

I tried hard with several alternatives, but never got the partner update to work. The workaround was to write the updated information in a new dedicated shipment text field in ZXTRUKU11. Specific qualifiers are used if just part of the updated address is avaialble. The E-mail is checked as in the Vendor master.
Then this text is read in similar way in ZXTRKU02 for the EDI output.

Standard Job Definition - What are these?

Can someone tell me what the following jobs are? Can't find any SAP documentation on these.
I see them in the BWCCMS, but can't find any information on them. Shouldn't these be documented if they are defined as standard jobs that should be run?

all these jobs belong to SAP internal systems and should only be used by them (component XX-HST-OPR*). There's little information released for them, all for internal use of SAP only.
This is a summary of each one that can be made public:
job SAP_PROCESS_CUA_IDOCS_INB_000:
The job SAP_PROCESS_CUA_IDOCS_INB_000 executes the program RBDAPP01 (Inbound processing for Idocs ready for transfer) with an internal variant to perform the (Inbound Processing of CUA IDOC). This is a part of CUA (Central User Administration) configuration, but for Hosting Users/Systems only. The job is required to run in short periods to get the data from CUA server and must be run only in a specific SAP standard client and not in any customer client.
job SAP_REORG_SECURITY_LOG:
This job is a new job that hosting is deploying as part of security logging in a specific SAP standard client. It performs security/systems settings scans in SAP Hostings Systems for optimization and security purposes.
job SISM_COLL_AND_TRANS_DATA:
This job collects specific data for transaction SISM (SAP inhouse system manager), used to manage SAP Hosting systems.

XI getting slow after process very large message.

Hi All,
I had load data more than 50 MB after that I cannot access any function from browser(RWB,message monitoring,..) but in ABAP side that still work fine. I guess that j2ee engine still process the message that is a reason. So how I can stop the process when I load the the large files. I already try delete queue,delete workitem from SWWL,cancel the message. But nothing happen XI still very slow.
Do I have to only start/stop J2EE engine?
Could you please to advice?

If the "browser" functions are not working it is possible that the java part of the XI just crashed and you have to restart the J2EE engine. your message may show error HTTP STATUS CODE 401 authorization error
this error generally occurs when java part of the XI crashes and server is unable to recognise your browser and your credentials.
In that case you need to restart J2EE engine and also you need to manually restart all asynchronous messages which will come in error due to restarting of J2EE engine.
I advise you not to create such huge messages.
also you may try to send this kind of huge message through IDOC package
IDocs are normally sent in packages between systems. You configure this within the IDoc configura-tion partner profile by specifying processing mode Collect IDocs and transfer. IDocs are then proc-essed by report RSEOUT00 in the sender system. During inbound processing in the IDoc adapter of the Integration Server, this IDoc package is split up into single XI messages. Therefore, an IDoc pack-age cannot be processed as one unit within XI. This also has an impact on performance.
In SP11, a solution will be available for IDoc adapter outbound processing to collect IDoc-XML mes-sages and transfer them as an IDoc package, as in the traditional IDoc world.
The IDoc adapter is designed to be able to process IDoc-XML structures that represent IDoc pack-ages.

Windown update failure for 2008 R2 sp1

I have a server which exhibit strange behaviour for window update. While it can detect required updates from MS, but most of them (except a few, i.e. KB3037581) failed to install.
Inspection of windowupdate.log give the following error for failed updates. Would like to ask what is the cause of problem ? It access internet through proxy server with both http & https ports enabled. Cannot connet it directly to internet
as it is an Hyper-V VM. Thanks.

Service pack are cumulative. There is a list of updates that SP contains. I let important updates intstall automatically. (MS recommends testing updates.)

WSUS 3.0 SP2 troubles after installing KB2938066 (0xC000000D)

Hi everyone,
I ran into a problem in our WSUS environment after installing the latest hotfix KB2938066.
We have WS2008R2 SP1 (fully patched) for WSUS-Upstream server and couple of the same servers for WSUS-Downstream.
Previous functional version of WSUS was 3.2.7600.256.
After installing KB2938066 (v3.2.7600.274) the WU/MU clients updated, but on some machines, mostly on servers with WS2008R2 SP1 (RADIUS and Domain Controllers), they now have problems installing updates.
The error I see in '0xC000000D', which is something peculiar and not well searchable on the internet.

We have the same problem with 3 workstations (out of 120)
They are the only PCs that have an electronic signature software installed.
I uninstalled the software on one of them and it reconnects to wsus immediately
The software used is Entrust Entelligence Security Provider for Windows (like your Visual Studio example above)

Process implementation

I'm creating a process like this.:

So , the problem is:
-the handles for proc , for the input , output and err files associated with the process are not closed.So the destroy method doesn't do anything.
If i'm closing the input,output and err files associated with the process like this:
finally{
//add this
InputStream in = proc.getInputStream();
OutputStream out = proc.getOutputStream();
InputStream err = proc.getErrorStream();
The handles associated with in,out and err are closed(like expected) .
But the question is: How can i close the handle of the process.

I'm asking all this question because at I get the message "Too many open files"(on a java project on HP-UX)- When this message is written to the logs, it indicates that all available file handles for the process have been used. In a majority of cases, this is the result of file handles being leaked by some part of the application. This technote explains how to collect output that identifies what file handles are in use at the time of the error condition - taken from ibm docs.
