CUAC Standard V10 - Transfer Direct to VM

Noticed that in option there is a setting for VM prefix, I assumed this was for transfer direct to VM.
However there is not an option, transfer to VM always (under every condition I could replicate) went straight to the VM pilot.
I.e. *XXXX to VM.
Any thoughts?

What Jeff is referring to works if you are entering the digits after you're already in Unity Connection at a menu. I think the disconnect here is that you're needing something at the PBX to transfer.
On a CallManager install, we normally build an extension as *XXXX (using X's as literal wildcards), that's hard forwarded to voicemail. The voicemail profile strips the *, and then sends the call on through as a CFNA to the voicemail system.
In your case, you need to emulate the same thing. You can certainly call into the voicemail pilot, and then enter the extension number + #2. I'm not clear if this will work if you sent it that way from the PBX though. You'd have to set that up and try it to see if you could get it to work.
Jeff....any thoughts? I've actually run into this same question. Never got a good option for the hard transfer to VM like we can do with CM.

simple words.. Standard DTP needs to use for Physical data targets loading.
Direct Access DTP needs to use for virtual providers. you won't pull data into BI. it will directly retrive from DS while reporting .

How to use copy of standard program for direct input in LSMW

currently we're using object 0085 Purchase Orders and and method 0001 for standard direct input, which is processed with program RM06EEI0
now I want to set an additional flag and avoid creating it by means of BUS PurchaseOrder.CreateFromData1 method (coz the structure is quite different and more complex).
so my question is now how can i assign a copy of the standard program for processing?

modify entries for DXPRG, DXPR1 and LOADPRG with custom program names

Acrobat 9 standard wont transfer to another computer

Hello, I tried to transfer my Acrobat 9 Standard software to another computer and it failed. I deactivated the current install, went to the new computer and couldn't activate my copy. It says I have an invalid serial number.
Any advice would be awesome! I don't want to have to buy Acrobat XI--****'s expensive.

Was your AA9 and upgrade or the full version. If an upgrade, it may be that you are being asked for the qualifying product S/N, not the XI S/N.

"New position" in standard HCM Transfer Process is empty

Hi Experts,
In the HCM standard transfer process the 'Previous manager' selects an employee.Then he selects transfer process ,then he fills 'New Manager' & 'Transfer Reason' input field in the adode form.Finally he sends the adobe form to 'New Manager'.
The 'New manager' opens the adobe form & he should select a value for 'New Position' drop down field.
In our case the drop down field is empty.How to insert value in the drop down field ?

IPhoto to iPhoto transfer (direct)

I have a G4 laptop and would like to transfer some picture folders from my G5 to it directly from iPhoto to iPhoto. I know I can do it through Finder etc. but would like to know if there is a more elegant method as described.The two machines are obviously connected through a radio router so no probs there. Thanks.

Why not make the changes on the Home Computer, then copy the iPhoto Library Folder from the Home computer to the laptop? Then Download BatchMod from

And apply it to the iPhoto Library Folder on the laptop using the settings found here:

Does standard CIF transfer WBS BOM to APO

Through CA71, WBS BOM can be created by providing WBS element, Materal, plant, BOM usage. I had created a routing as well.
Does the standard CIF support transferring WBS BOM (Work Break down structure) to APO?
Through R3, there is a transaction, CURTO_CREATE_FOCUS, which manually transfers WBS BOM as PPDS PDS into APO.
R3 Path for CURTO_CREATE_FOCUS : Logistics ->Central Functions ->Supply Chain Planning Interface ->Core Interface Advanced Planning and Optimization ->Integration Model ->Change Transfer ->Production Data Structure (PDS) ->Transfer Order BOM/WBS BOM.
Now I am trying to know if thee is a possibility or feature that SAP offers to trasfer the WBS BOM, can upon its creation in R3 instead of manually trigeering the CURTO_CREATE_FOCUS program.
Would appreciate if anyone can let me know if this is possible and if so the process, config invloved.

To transfer it automatically , please create a variant for the program :CURTO_CIF_CREATE_FOCUS_RTO and do background scheduling with your CIF job.

Project 2013 Standard Licensing Transfer

I currently have 4 "1-pc" licenses for Microsoft Project 2013 Standard edition. I am curious before I deploy these licenses that if I install the program. Let's say 3 months down the road a computer decides it hates life and just dies whether
it be a motherboard or hard drive failure, would I be able to transfer the license over to a new PC or would I have to purchase a new one?
P.S. I have looked into the licensing agreement it says that some programs might not honor the universal licensing terms, but never specified what programs it doesn't honor. So I'm trying to figure out if Project is one or not.

You will be able to transfer Project 2013 on another computer using the same product key. When you'll
activate it is possible that it will say that the key had already been acivated. You may have to call MS an activate manually.

Is it posible to transfer music directly to the memory card or does it have to be saved to the phone and the moved onto the card.

If you use Nokia PC Suite, you can use its "File manager" (see "Nokia Phone Browser" under "My Computer" in Windows Explorer) to copy any files directly to/from the memory card.

Unable to transfer direct materials from R/3 to SRM (PDP)

Hi,
We have de coupled scnerio. Through MRP (ECS- Prd category) PR created in R/3 and transfered to SRM system. Once its transfered to SRM from thier find a vendor and create the PO.
Issue is unable to create a PO for direct materials ( its working fine for indirect materials), while creating PO in SRM system promting us to enter Cost center and G/L account.
It means : Eventhough it is a Direct materials system considering as a Indirect material.
Is there any setting is missing ? could you please advise me

There are two options
1) Hit the button order as direct material
2) use the badi BBP_EXTLOCALPO_BADI. Convert as Classic scenario.

You can't transfer directly between an iPad and an iPod because Apple didn't include that functionality. Although it's possible to use an iPad without hooking it up to a computer after the initial set up, it's not recommended, especially by Apple. Without a computer, you have no way to back up your device and no way to update the system software. If you chose to use your iPad in a way Apple didn't intend, you're going to experience some limitations.

2 Questions:Canon7D direct USB transfer to ipad AND CF cardreader comp....

I have a new 7D on order and am wondering if I won't have quite as easy of a time getting images onto the ipad as I do now with my T1i. I read in a review on DPreview that the 7D is not setup as a direct transfer protocol and instead has to install something onto the host computer (which would obviously not work on an iPad) in order to use a USB cable to transfer directly.
Has anyone tried to direct USB transfer from the 7D to the USB Camera Connection kit? Does it work?
And secondly, is there a list of compatible USB CF card readers that will work with the USB CCK? As I believe I will need to buy one if the direct cable doesn't work. So far the two that I own don't work and say they require too much power.

My 7D transfers just fine to the i-pad, and very quickly mind you! It's surprising, normally hooking a camera direct to a computer and transferring is much slower than using a card reader, not so with the i-pad. I tried it both ways, card reader, and direct connect and the speed was almost identical. Also, my higher speed cards didn't seem to want to work, once I put the cards back in the camera and direct connected, they went right over.
