Cuando el iPad esta conectado a la corriente eléctrica, es normal sentir un pequeño cosquilleo en la parte trasera de esta?

Sucede que cuando esta conectado el aparato a la corriente para recargar energía se siente al tacto como si estuviera acumulando energía estática en la parte trasera del iPad 2, y con esto me refiero a que literalmente se puede sentir la electricidad en la punta de los dedos.
Favor si algún otro dueño de iPad le sucede lo mismo cuente la experiencia, para saber si es algo solo mío o no...
