Hola Carloscore, yo tuve el mismo problema y lo pude solucionar. Pero una pregunta: ¿cuando abrías la ventana de "Obtener información" se veían todos los campos vaciós (sin letras) antes de que se cierre? Si es así, el problema es tu sistema operativo, más específicamente las fuentes (tipos de letra) que maneja windows. Suele pasar que el registro se modifica por algún programa y daña las fuentes que utiliza, y tiene repercuciones con otros programa.
LA SOLUCIÓN:
Busca estas fuentes (Archivo de fuente TrueType):
Tahoma, Courier New, Verdana, Arial, Arial Narrow, Arial Bold, Lucida Console, Trebuched MS, Times New Roman, Marlett.
Después, con el iTunes cerrado (sin abrir) cópialas y pégalas en C:/WINDOWS/Fonts
Para cuando abras el iTunes otra vez ya debes poder obtener información de las canciones y organizar sin ningún problema.
Nota: iTunes necesita alguna de esas fuentes para funcionar correctamente, de lo contrario seguirá dando error.
Esta fue la solución a mi caso, espero que que haya sido de ayuda .

Cuando cuando intento abrir iTunes me sale una ventana que dice "iTunes dejó de funcionar" y luego se cierra ¿Existe una solución al problema en un ordenador con Windows 8?

Adjuntas parte del informe de error de Illustrator.
Podrias detallar claramente, por separado Ilustrator de InDesign, que es lo que intentas hacer cuando se cuelga, por ejemplo, en Illustrator?
Con un documento abierto intentas guardar como, y escoges PDF? Es esto?
Estas en un PC, que versión de Windows_
y de Illustrator, CS6, o 16.x.x, ?
(Indicalo exactamente por favor, en Ayuda>Acerca de (ten pulsda la tecla Ctrl)
En InDesign te ocurre lo mismo? Al exportar a PDF?
Versión IDCS6?, .....
Ocurre con todos los archivos? Cuanta memoria tiene el sistema?

Cuando conecto mi iPhone a mi lap aparece esta leyenda:
"iTunes dejo de funcionar" y ofrece dos opciones buscar una solucion en linea y cerrar el programa, o cerrar el programa.

Itune dejo de funcionar la entrar al Itunes Store

Desde hace unos días y luego de instalar la última actualización de Itunes 11.0.5.5, cuando voy a ingresar al Itunes Store me aprece una ventana del Windows 8 que me dice Itunes dejó de funcionar y se cierra. La biblioteca y la reproducción de los contenidos que tengo no presentan problema.

Me marcan, contesto y cuando estoy hablando a la otra persona la escucho muy bajita, pongo el altavoz y se escucha perfectamente

primero haz una copia de seguridad y despues lo restauras como nuevo ponle otro nombre a tu dipositivo y deja que sincronice no le instales nada despues lo desconectas luego de andar un rato en safari o youtube y tomar unas fotos a lo loco lo vuelves aconectar y que sincronice y guarde copia de seguridad luego de eso en itunes de el lado izquierdo en el nombre de tu dispositivo dale click derecho y te dara opciones de guardar copia de seguridad o expulzar o restaurar con una copia de seguridad y elijes esa y lo restauras con la copia de seguridad de antes busca el nombre con el que tenias antes y restauralo a mi asi me funciono y le gane como unas 2 horas de uso y no ha vuelto a fallar el audio espero te haya servido esto.

Thanks! For whatever bizarre reason for which I have no answer - I sync'd my iPad to my MBP the old fashion way (not iCloud) and the movie showed up just fine. It is Nikon camera 'how to' video. I like to watch them for a better indepth discovery of what the camera can do. The only weird thing about the hard wire sync is that it was placed in a catagory "home movies" which was never there before...actually it showed up in two places "home movies" and TV shows.

You would would have to transfer your audiobook from the iphone to the computer, then sync it to your ipad

Why does iTunes SUCK??
1) Many items greyed out in the menu bar, for well over 2 years, maybe more!
2) I Can't drag more than one piece of content from your iTunes library to any device (iPhone, iPad)
If you do it gets stuck for HOURS and HOURS in "Preparing To Update" and the little activity circle never completes, ever!!
I used to be able to drag over 1000 tunes, movies, etc. go have breakfast come back and it would all be on my device!!
Can't do it anymore, one song at a time, maybe an album at a time, or one movie, and that is it!!
If you do a 2nd item the other items stop loading and never continue!!
This is so BAD, I don't understand how they don't have this fixed yet!!
Please tell me I am not the only one!!
...and If I am tell me how to fix it!

If you are using different Apple IDs for each device, this implies that you have different accounts on each. Unfortunately you cannot merge accounts or transfer content between them.
If all you wish to do is to use the account that you use on your MacBook Pro for your iPad, then you need to delete or sign out of your iTunes & app stores App on your iPad and then login again with your other account details. Obviously you will then no longer be able to use the purchases you have made from the account you have logged out of.
