Cuando sincronizo ical con mi macbook, se cambia la hora de uno de los dispositivos. Por ejemplo, si el evento en el IPad figura a las 15 horas, luego de la sicronizacion en el macbook aparece a las 16 horas. Gracias por toda la ayuda que me puedan brindar

What version of FCP X? The current one is 10.1.1.
If you are using an old version you may need to update. But note that 10.1 introduced a new media management system, so you should read a bit and follow one or two video tutorials to understand the new system. It is vastly superior to the old one, so it is worth it.
If you are using the current version, the usual tricks apply:
1) delete preferences using Preference Manager
2) delete render files
If it still fails, make a note of the frame where the problem occurs.
Set your timeline to display frames. Replace the clip containing the "bad" frame.
