I'm Loading data in to CUBE by using ODS,here system was througing an error "Arithmetical errors or conversion errors found in routine ROUTINE_0001 record 1"
cube has routine Update rules this routine was came from bussiness content ,field names:Gross Value: Order Header:0GRSVALORDH,
Net Value:Order Header:NETVALORDH

we recevice these error with"Arithmetical errors or conversion errors found in routine ROUTINE_0001 record 1"
ODS name 0CRM_PROH to 0CSRV_C01..i did't doing any customizing for this step,but we recevice the above error.

Project Server 2013 OLAP cube build error

When I try to build the OLAP cube I receive the below error:
[2/26/2014 12:36 PM] Failed to build the OLAP cubes. Error: The attempt to build the OLAP database on server SQL_Server_Name failed, the SQL Server Analysis Services Analysis Management Objects (AMO) client software may not be installed on this server, please
install/update the client on this server and retry. The underlying exception was: Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.AnalysisServices, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot
find the file specified.
I did some search and found that Analysis Management Objects (AMO) client software is not installed on my servers, I downloaded and installed the AMO client software , restarted the Project Server Service application to the 4 Servers. I rebooted the
4 servers, tried to build the cube, but I got the same error. I checked the assembly on the 4 servers and they contain the dll Microsoft.AnalysisServices.
Any help?
I read that AMO client software tools must be installed during the farm setup, after installing the SharePoint Prerequisites and before installing SharePoint. Is that correct?

Even with SQL 2012, the 2008 SQL AMO component is required on the Project Server servers. See the post from Brian for more details:

Cube engine: Error while executing manage

Since my last changes at the bpel process, i am getting the following serious error, even after restarting and fresh deploying.

Just another reminder, apart from configuring the incoming (say POP3) server correctly, in order for a receive "onMessage" operation work in a POP3 email partner, a "subscribe" operation must be performed on the same partner link first.

Reload data from DSO to Cube after error

Dear Friends,
i got a error last night durring upload of sales data to ODS and then into cube.
ODS is updated sucessfully. but due to my mistake cube was inactive.
and cube was not updated with ODS data. and i got a error.
now i fix the problem.
now please tell me how can i update that missing data into cube.
which is already updated in DSO .
any help higly appricated.

Hi
Just see if you have data in the PSA not sure if it would be but stil check using the request number.
if you have the particular request in the psa you can move that request from psa to the cube. if it is not coming using PSA jst check if you have delta's or full update in the cube. if it is a delta you still do not seem to have any problems as scheduling the infopack would pick the data that did not come to the cube.

HR Stadard Cube 0PA_C01: error while activating the transformation

Hello,
I have migrated the data source 0HR_PA_0 to version 7.
While activating the transformation to HR standard cube, the start routine has the following error:
E:Field "COMM_STRUCTURE-EMPLOYEE" is unknown. It is neither in one of the
specified tables nor defined by a "DATA" statement. "DATA" statement.
Where as the migrated source 0HR_PA_1 to standard cube works fine.

Can't load data to cubes - same error for all DTPs "exception in substep write to fact table"

Hi Experts,
This initial DTP error is:
Data package processing terminated Message no. RSBK229
Error while updating to target <cubename> (type INFOCUBE) Message no. RSBK241
If I drill down to the specific package in the process monitor the error is: "exception in substep write to fact table" .
No more details for why the error is being generated.
SAP BW 307 service pack 8.
I have run the debugger without success, an ABAPer also ran debug mode to get more details on the error without success
We checked teh termination point and the ABAP stack
No error stack is available
No short dumps
I have reactivated the DTP
The data looks fine
The server crashed the day before the DTPs started to fail
One cube is standard content and the other is a Z version of the same cube.
Please let me know if anyone has resolved this issue before and what steps were necessary.

We have got the similar situation and we later found that it was a data issue only.
We tried to enable the error stack, but as the data issue was due to a lookup which is bringing the invalid data, its not captured in the error stack and throwing short dump with the message u mentioned.
so my suggestion, just put a break point if there are any lookups and check the data in internal tables if everything is as expected.

Universe created on BI cube throws error.

Hi Experts,
This is the first time i have created one universe based on a Cube in BI system. After universe creation, I am logined into WebIntelligence Rich Client and create a query on top of the created universe which throws errors like below.
A database error occured. The database error text is: The supplied XML is not valid. <CONSTANT>. (WIS 10901)
I tried with many combinations, but, in result sometimes with blank report and sometimes throwing above error.
Cany anyone suggest me what is the solution for this ?

Hi Suresh,
The reason here is some thing has bean changed at SAP BI Cube after creation of Universe in Business Objects.
Solution for this is " Refresh the universe structure " and then save it and export and try create reports. If it is not the reason give some more clarity on your error.

fiscal year variant K4 not expected.
following process fixed my issue
In the transfer rules, select field '0fiscvarnt' 'Tp' click
Enter K4 for Constant................Save and Activate
Also check the following-------
in R/3 (SE16), make sure K4 exists in table T009
in Bw, select source system --> transfer global settings

According to your description, you get errors when executing a cube processing task. Right?
The error you posted just tell us there are too many errors during processing. Please pay attention to the errors around this error message. Those error will tell where the root issue happens. We suggest you use SQL Profiler to monitor SSAS. See:
Use SQL Server Profiler to Monitor Analysis Services. Please share those detail error message to us. Also refer to some similar threads below, some advices in the link may help you:

Cube Deployment Error

Hi there
I am trying to deploy a (ROLAP) cube with aggregations and am getting the following error:
CUBE_SALES
Create
Success
CUBE_SALES_AGG
Create
Error
ORA-06533: Subscript beyond count
ORA-06512: at "OLAPSYS.DBMS_ODM", line 6476
ORA-06512: at line 6
If I remove aggregations from the deployment option, the cube deploys perfectly. So, as the error message suggests, the problem would seem to be the creation of the materialised views.

SQL SERVER 2012 cube deployment error

I am a first time SQL server user trying to do the Analysis Services Tutorials. I am on the last part of Lesson 2 where the cube is deployed. Here is my error message. Note: I did have permission issues originally when trying upload AdventureWorksDW2012.

Governor limit exceeded in cube generation error in OBIEE 10g

Hi Gurus,
one of my OBIEE Report is throwing the error called *"Governor limit exceeded in cube generation(Maximum data records exceeded.)"*
I am using OBIEE 10g.Could you please suggest me here and report also runnig for long time like to get one day data it is running for 30 min to pick 9000 rows.

Also refer to : OBIEE 10g: Error: "Governor Limit Exceeded In Cube Generate. Error Codes: QBVC92JY" or "Maximum number of allowed pages in Pivot Table exceeded...Error Detail" When Displaying a Pivot View or Chart [ID 1092854.1] if it did not solve the issue.

Essbase Studio Cube Deployment Error

Hi,
I am trying to deploy a cube using essbase studio 11.1.1.3.00. I am getting this error.
\\Record #1203 - Unable to write smartlist 801990, error code 1060301
Any ideas what the issue is? I can't find anything on the error and I don't have any idea what smartlist would have to do with the deployment.

Hi,
I assume that the Essbase studio version is 11.1.2 and above.
The error is caused by the Essbase Studio Server failing to establish a connection with the SQL Database Server and you can try the following:
1) Back up the server.properties file and alter it in the following manner:
Change the server.essbase.streamingCubeBuilding=true to server.essbase.streamingCubeBuilding=false (use Essbase drivers)
2) Set the ODBCINST variable to point directly to odbcinst.ini
3) Then, the BPMS service should be restarted.
The file is named:
startBPMS_bpms1_Server.bat on Windows;
startBPMS_bpms1_Server.sh on UNIX.
Note:
The Essbase Studio Server startup file contains the commands necessary to start Essbase Studio Server. During the configuration process , the EPM System Configurator writes information to the startup file about the computer on which Essbase Studio is installed so that Essbase Studio Server can start properly. Oracle recommends that you do not manually edit the startup file.
The start up file is installed by default in:
MIDDLEWARE_HOME/user_projects/epmsystem1BPMS/bpms1/bin
