CUE 8.6.6 Licence
Hi,
I have SM-SRE-710-K9 and would like to add 10 more mailboxes, I have two quantities of FL-CUE-MBX-5. But I cannot find where to add license and does it require additional hardware (Hard drive) for this?

Installed the cue-vm-k9.nmx.8.6.7.pkg , cue-installer.nmx.8.6.7 and other language packs (ENG, and JPN). The installation went successfully.
However, while revoking/installing the licenses, it shows as below:

CUE 3.x to 7.x - Upgrading - need new license?
When upgrading from CUE 3.x to 7.x, is a new license file required if there are no mailbox count changes, etc.?
For exampled - show software licenses:
Installed license files:
- ivr_lic.sig : NULL IVR LICENSE
- voicemail_lic.sig : 12 MAILBOX LICENSE
If mailbox count is unchanged, will the upgrade process convert the licenses when doing a software install upgrade?
Cheers.
-RobertHi Robert,
Beginning with Cisco Unity Express 7.1, a new type of license called CSL licensing is supported. With CSL licenses, the mailbox license count includes both personal mailboxes and GDMs. The type of the mailbox is determined when it is configured. Also, the call-agent is no longer specified using licenses and can be configured either as part of post-install process or during bootup.
Obtaining Migration Licenses
Note There is no cost to obtain migration licenses for CSL.
Required Information
To obtain CSL migration licenses you need to have the following information:
•The SKU for the features that you need.
This is the information that you determined in the "Selecting which Features You Want" section.
•The Product ID (PID)
•The Serial Number (SN) from the device.
Using the Migration Portal
Note You must have a CCO password to access some of the URLs in the following procedure.
Follow these steps to obtain a migration license for your existing Cisco Unity Express 7.1 features:
Step 1 Go to the licensing portal at www.cisco.com/go/license and click the link at the bottom of the page to go to the license migration portal.
Step 2 On the router that is running the features that you want to migrate, enter the show inventory command to see the corresponding product IDs and serial numbers.
Step 3 Enter the appropriate product ID and the serial number and click Continue.
The product ID is the type of Network Module that you are using, such as AIM-CUE.
Step 4 Use the drop-down menus to select the product family, product, and feature (SKU), then click Continue.
For the product, use the SKU that you determined in the previous section for the features that you want to migrate.
Enter your registration information, including your company's name and e-mail address, then click Continue.
Step 5 Verify all of your license information and click Submit to receive the free CSL upgrade license file by e-mail.
Step 6 Repeat the appropriate steps above for each device that is running features that you want to migrate.
Step 7 Copy the license file(s) to a FTP or TFTP server.
Adding More Mailboxes, Ports, IVR Sessions, and TimeCardView Users
When you buy licences for additional features on Cisco Unity Express 7.1, the licences are available only in the increments shown below. These licenses are the same for all supported devices. See the Release Notes for Cisco Unity Express 7.1 for a list of supported devices. The following types of licenses are available:
•Mailboxes (available only in increments of five)
•Ports (available only in increments of two)
•IVR (available only in increments of two)
•TimeCardView users (available only in increments of one)
The corresponding SKUs for these licenses are:
•FL-CUE-MBX-5
•FL-CUE-PORT-2
•FL-CUE-IVR-2
•FL-TCV-USER-1
To determine the total quantity of licenses you need, multiply the incremental quantity from the name of the CSL license with the explicit quantity of increments that you want to purchase. For instance, FL-CUE-MBX-5 represents an incremental quantity of five mailboxes. If you select an explicit quantity of four for the FL-CUE-MBX-5 feature, the total quantity will be five times four, or 20.
Using CLI Commands to Install Licenses
After you obtain a license file from Cisco's licensing portal and copy it to a FTP or TFTP server, use the following CLI commands to install the license. Only the use of FTP is shown below.
SUMMARY STEPS
1. license install ftp://username:password@ip_address/path/license_file
2. reload
3. enable
4. show license all
5. show license in-use
6. show license status application
From this excellent doc;

How to find licence number to activate software ?
I have just bought the Adobe creative Cloud for enterprise.
I had download the creative cloud and now each software is asking for a licence number but I can't find it.
And I have no acces to Adobe Licensing website to get one.
Can you help me?
Thanks.Hi Berengere,
Welcome on the Adobe Forums!
There is no serial number needed to activate the Creative Cloud, the Adobe ID will be used to activate the product.
As the product mentioned is Cloud for Enterprise, you have to verify first if your Adobe ID (email address) has been assigned to the user rights.
You will find more information in the following link: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/manage-creative-cloud-teams-membership.html
If you have already proceeded the the previous steps, please try the steps below then:
1. Clean Up cached user login information
Close the Creative Cloud application.
Navigate to the OOBE folder.
Windows: [System drive]:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Local\Adobe\OOBE
Mac OS: /Users/[user name]/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE
Delete the opm.db file.
Launch Creative Cloud.
2. Reset the Hosts file
Windows
Choose Start > Run, type %systemroot% \system32\drivers\etc, and then press Enter.
Right-click the hosts file and select Open. Select Notepad for the application to open the hosts file.
Back up the hosts file: Choose File > Save As, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
Search the hosts file for entries that reference Adobe (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
Save and close the file.
Mac OS
Log in as an administrator to edit the hosts file in Mac OS.
In a Finder window, choose Go > Go To Folder.Type /etc.
Select the hosts file and open it.
Back up the hosts file: Choose File > Save As, save the file as hosts.backup, and then click OK.
Search the hosts file for entries that reference Adobe (for example, 127.0.0.1 activate.adobe.com) and delete these entries.
Save and close the file.
Please, let us know how it goes.
Thank you.

Divide licences to use cloud discount?
Now we own two Design Premium CS5 (with same serial number) and one Web Premium CS5 licence, all under one Adobe ID. If we go and buy three Cloud subscriptions, we'd have to register two new Adobe IDs.
1. Is it possible to divide existing licences between all three accounts, so each one could use discounted price for Cloud (for owners of previous versions)?
2. And if I use this offer, do I keep licence for CS5 Suite? Could I still use it for an upgrade to 'classic' CS6 Suite?
BenjaminHi Benjamin,
Not sure if the prior products are registered to a business or individual but from the terms and conditions of the promo offer
https://creativecloud-specialoffer.adobe.com/special-offer/?loc=en_US
This offer is limited to one (1) purchase of one (1) Creative Cloud annual membership per customer
You might need to contact our customer service for assistance if your existing product registrations were done incorrectly.

Install CUE 8.6.1
Hi,
I have an ISM module with the wrong image (SRSV instead of normal CUE)
I have downloaded "cue-vm-full-k9.SPA.sme.8.6.1.prt1" and I am using the command:
service-module isM 0/0 install url ftp://cisco:[email protected]/cue-vm-full-k9.SPA.sme.8.6.1.prt1
from the router global configuration mode.
I get the following question:
Delete the installed Cisco Survivable Remote Site Voicemail and proceed with new installation? [no]:
I press y
and then I see:
%Error: Couldn't open ftp://*****:*****@10.1.10.1/cue-vm-full-k9.SPA.sme.8.6.1.prt1.install.sre
Execution of script cue-vm-full-k9.SPA.sme.8.6.1.prt1.install.sre failed, installation aborted
From the log files from freeftpd I can see that the router successfully connected, what I don't understand is that it searches fro the file:
cue-vm-full-k9.SPA.sme.8.6.1.prt1.install.sre
Anyway how can I install CUE 8.6.1 ?
Thanks,
JHOK, think I found it.
I need to download the zip file and use all files.

Sorry didn't know that the first step was just supposed to be "subject".
So here it is again.
"I am transfering my stuff from my lap top to my desk top (both Mac). I cannot get my CS4 to open. It gives me a 150:30 error, licencing thing. I have no idea what to do and after hours of searching none of what I found helps. I don't know anything about this stuff so please don't answer with "maybe this willl work, or maybe that." I need a real answer please and I cannot find a way to actually contact Adobe. I also don't have a disk drive on this Mac. Thanks"
Also please feel free to e-mail the answer because I hate looking for these answers online. It takes me forever to find this section. Not that I have even even gotten a real answer.
[email protected]Hi Sonia,
While transferring Adobe from laptop to PC the licensing files got corrupt and the right way to use Adobe Applications is to install first as transferring from a different machine can give you problems.
You can try steps from this article if that helps otherwise you have to reinstall and manually delete some files , everything is mentioned.

You can download CS4 from here:

How to find licence for Hyperion Software
Hi,
I want "Essbase Application Manager" for one of my team member but somehow our desktop support team is not able to find this software in their catalog . I think name of the software may be changed.
I have same software on my desktop but it is inside "Hyperion Solutions" SOftware . Does anyone have any idea on my situatuin.
Is there any Hyperion product in which I can ""Essbase Application Manager" for my day to day work
Also I want to find licence for the Hyperion SOLutions software on my desktop. Can anyone tell me how I can find it ?What version of Essbase are you running? I think Application Manager was decommissioned in Version 6 (although it might have been Version 7). It was replaced by Essbase Administration Services(EAS). Application Manager does not need a license as it is just an administrative tool for Essbase. For the license number again it depends on the version. Later version do not have a license number, earlier versions do. In some cases you can get it from App Manager by getting server properties and it will show you. In other versions, you would start Essbase in foreground and it will show you the license as it starts. Essbase 7.16, System 9.3.1 and Version 11 do not have licenses that you have to enter.

Please help me with my order. Am at am urgent situation for the Licence to start Work.

I am a long-term user of Lightroom as a standalone product with a perpetual licence. As a retired person on limited income, it is very disappointing to me that Adobe have introduced the 'Creative Cloud' (CC) subscription service in order for me to be able to continue upgrading this excellent product. It will be for me too expensive at the minimum cost of £9 per month. The additional services that CC brings are personally of no relevance or usefulness. Adobe should be prepared to support existing users who are, like myself, non commercial, amateur photographers by giving them the simple opportunity to upgrade to Lightroom 6 as a standalone, perpetual licence product. As a member of a camera club I know my co-members who use Lightroom are equally disappointed by this move to a subscription-only service.

However, Adobe will soon introduce Cloud only features into Lightroom CC for which LR6 (perpetual license) owners will have to wait until LR7 (paid upgrade).
That is possible, John, but it is only speculation on your part. Might, not will.
kwdaves wrote:
There is a "Lightroom 6" upgrade available for US $79 if you have a valid license for any of the earlier versions. From what I can tell, the only difference between Lightroom 6 Full, Lightroom 6 Upgrade and LightroomCC is in the license. The download file is the same.
Other differences - with CC you get LrMobile/LrWeb and they throw in a free copy of Photoshop too.
Yes, but when I bought my standalone license and clicked on the "Download" button it took me to the LightroomCC page. The downloaded file is named Lightroom 6, but in the CC app the installed program is LightroomCC (2015). -
How to change CUE ip address?
Hi,
We moved to a new location and using comcast as ISP. I was setting up the phone system today and met a few problems.
1. First of all, all the phones are connected and working(total of 4), but I can only see 3 of them showing up in the CCA. Whats happening here?
2. I wanted to change the user name which appears on the phone using the CCA, CCA told me that the settings were successfully sent to UC520, I restarted the phone and uc520, but the names on the phones remain unchanged?
3. I forgot the password of the voicemail for one of the phone, and wanted to changed in the CUE. so I went to 10.1.10.1,but some comcast login page showed up instead of CUE. so I want to know how to change the IP address of CUE? I don`t know the CLI commands so please teach me if it can only be done with CLI. I have only used CCA in the past. Could this be the reason why for problem 1 and 2? I`m feeling wierd because all the phones can be used to call in/out.
my data vlan is 192.168.0.0 and voice vlan is 192.168.2.0 let me know if you need any other info.

endhow to change local ip address?Via an operating system command.
It's not the sort of thing an application should be doing at all. IP addresses these days are assigned via DHCP. Why would you want to change it from within an application? It would probably disconnect all sockets for all running applications, invalidate the login, all kinds of bad effects.
What is the actual requirement? -
Hello,
I am very interested in this special offer for photoshop and lightroom deal. But in a couple of months will be purchasing a laptop for ease of use.
The PC will be used mainly for photo storage but could I use the lightroom on both PC and Laptop or would I need 2 licences?
Thank you in advance for any help and sorry if this question is just so silly. It's not silly , but I'm assuming you're referring to a cloud offer. If so, if you'd looked in the terms of use, you'd have seen that you can install your software on two separate computers as long as it's only used by one person, and activated with the same Adobe ID. So you can put it on your present computer, and then install a copy on the new one when you get it.

DO NOT BUY A LICENCE WITH MAPS 2.0 - NOKIA ARE USE...
Hello,
just thought I would share a story.
My girlfriend purchased a 1 year maps licence after upgrading to Maps beta 2.0. After using it and finding it does nothing but lead us via the longest possible route, constantly loses the car position and continually directs us down dead end roads we downgraded back to the original version of maps as per the instructions on the beta labs website.
We then went to enter the licence code to activate the navigation feature in the original version. It didn't work.
I called support and they told me to use the update feature to update the licence. Done, to no avail.
They promised to call us back within 5 working days. 8 days passed and I called them again. They said they needed to know the firmware version. At this point I asked to be called back within 2 working days and was told that would happen. 3 days later we receive a call saying they'll email us some troubleshooting tips.
We don't want troubleshooting tips. We want them to fix the problem. It's obviously a problem with their database, and they refuse to fix it.
In short, Nokia are absolutely useless and cannot provide the most basic of support. It's bad enough they sucker us into this blind profiteering scheme by making us pay a subscription for a service that all other navigation software provides at no cost once the software has been purchased.
There is obviously a problem on their end and they are unable to fix it. I will now be in contact with the TIO/ACCC who hopefully can help.
Just a warning to others: do not give your money to them. Go buy one of the plethora of other brilliant navigation suites available. Maps navigation doesn't even work very well, anyway.Nokia Maps 2.0 is still in beta. That means it's still in the testing stages. Nokia released it publically as a courtesey, sort of a "Here's what we have so far. Please try it out and see what you think" kind of thing. Beta software is rarely, if ever, supported by the developer beyond the "please report any bugs that you find" level. Because it's a test release version, and therefore incomplete, you basically use it at your own risk if you download it and install it.
If you download and install the release version of the program when Nokia releases it, and try upgrading to the navigation package at that point, Nokia will provide full support for the product.
As a counterpoint to your problems... I'd had a navigation liscence (North America) for Maps 1.2 for about 3 months before version 2 beta came out. When I installed the new version, my navigation liscence transfered flawlessly, and worked almost as well as with the older version. Almost. It sometimes didn't work at all. Plus... The interface had issues, some of the menus were messed up, some features didn't work as expected. I went back to 1.2. -
The licence agreement is in the wrong language. how can i change it to English?
i am tring to set up an icloud account but the licence agreement is in a language I dont know. any ideas on way this may be and how to fix the problem?
Press Alt to reveal the menu bar if hidden.
Click the second item from the left in the menu bar (Edit)
Click the last option in the drop-down list (Preferences).
On the dialog that appears you want the left-hand tab (General).
Set the language in the final drop-down box on this tab.
English (United States) is the tenth item on the drop-down.
Click the OK button (second in from bottom right) then shut-down iTunes.
The language should be correct when you restart.
Swap left for right in the above decriptions if you've managed to get iTunes to open in Arabic or Hebrew.

How do I get a licence deactivated that is on a dead computer
I purchased a few years ago CS4 - I still have one licence active another was not deactivated by my ex husband who sold his laptop and the third was on a hard drive that was replaced and the licence not deactivated. I need a copy on my macbook pro that has the new hard drive. But it would be that all three licences are active when in fact they aren't. Is it possible to have adobe deactivate the other two if I can give them the serial number of my computer?
My disc is also in storage in one of about 70 boxes - is it possible to do all of this without the disc or the key? I could possibly find it but it will be no easy feat!
And last question is it possible to back up my photoshop with all of my presets actions and brushes I have created? I have read this is impossible.
Ohhh and also is there anyway of actually contacting Adobe??? There appears to be no email or phone number in support.
Thanks :-)Contact Adobe support thru chat. They can manage deactivations for inaccessible installations.

CUE 8.6 to CUCM 8.6.1 Integration
Hello Team and Experts,
I am trying to integrate a CUCM 8.6.1 with a CUE 8.6 ISM internal module inside a 2911 router.
I just followed the instructions in the documentation provided in the Cisco site and other ones, but I still have the problem that neither the CTI ports nor the CTI route points get in registered status,
On the other hand I am not able to innitialize the CUE Wizzard. I keep getting the message the "Web Login Failed" and I checked the CUCM password and user, same the JTapi but still don't work.
Please, could you help me to find out what I am doing wrong? or if there is any problem integrating these two software versions.
Also, if you have any documentation or links to follow exactly the detailed procedures.
Thanks in advance for your help.
JavierJavier,
But now I do still get the problem with the CTI ports and the CTI RP, that they do not register at the CUCM, Just in case, I have created the CTI ports, same for the CTI RP, gave them the DN, set in the local partition and CCS that is applied to all local phones.
I created the Voice mail Pilot that also has the CSS of the local phones and also the VM Profile.
>> None of these have anything to do with registration issues, partitions, CSS, VM profile are needed for the calls to be router properly, but have no bearing on registration status.
Did you assocaite the ports and the CTI RP with the application users you built for the integration?
Now in some Google documents, they set an important warning about the CTI configuration that says
"IMPORTANT : don't forget to config "External Phone Number Mask" for CUE CTI ports and Route-Point , or they won't register in CUCM " and I wonder what is this for, and to which number should I point the external Phone Number mask.
>> This is not needed for registration to work, perhaps there was a defect of some kind that was causing this, but you do not require this. External phone number mask is used to adjust caller ID on outbound call if originated from these CTI RP which will not happen anyway. The only time it would be needed is if you want it to participate in AAR routing, etc.
If your devices are associated to the application user and it still does not work, I would suggest looking at the CUE logs as those are very descriptive. Simply use "show trace buff tail" in CUE CLI to look at the log output.
HTH, please rate all useful posts!
