CUIC 8.4 Zero team & supervisor imported from UCCE

I have CUIC configured with UCCE user integration enabled. Sync was done successful, but it shows zero for both of supervisor/team.
1. I have data source configured successfully connect to A site of HDS DB: uicm_hds for both of historical/realtime,
2. I have LDAP configured, and AD user can login to UIC reporting interface, and it will be updated in user list
3. Login account was system application account
Also, I noticed that when I run agent, team, or skillgroup report, there was no available agent/team/skillgroup to be selected.
Can someone assists me please.

Hi David
thanks for your response.
In AWD, I have two agent teams setup with number of agents and three supervisors associated.
From SQL, I have two DB: uicm_awdb; uicm_hds.
In uicm_awdb DB, I can see agent teams, agents, and supervisors I created from Agent_Team/Agent_Team_Member/Agent_Team_Supervisor tables,: but there is nothing in same table from uicm_hds DB.
From SQL, I can see the history report data has been logged into HDS (such as Agent_Interval, Agent_SkillGroup, CallType...). but I can not get any report from CUIC as I do not have items in Available field to be selected for reporting.
By the way, the CUIC license we are using is Standard.

  • SQL modeler can not import from data dictionary

It was very frustruted to see that the SQL Modeler hang in import from data dictionary of a database as part of revise engineering. I have to question myself if sql modeler is a serious tool and should I give up.

I am not sure if Data Modeller is still in Beta./Production. First couple off initial versions of a new product are normally buggy.
    Regards
Alternatively, If this product is still in Beta, then you can contact the development team or report the issue so that they can take care of this issue in next beta release.

  • Importing from iMovie 06, lose capture dates

When I import old iMovie 06 movies, the capture dates gets lost. Here is one of the original clips in iMovie 06:
However, after importing in iMovie 11, the capture dates are lost.  I tried many variations, like import the iMovie 06 project, or cd to the *.iMovieProject directory and import the actual clips, etc.
Now, good iMovie11 clips have the capture date imbedded in the file name (as in clip-2010-03-14 hh;mm;ss.dv).  However, the ones imported from iMovie 06 end up in iMovie 11 with simple names such as clip55.dv.  So it's not surprising I cannot see the capture dates in iMovie 11.
So I looked inside the *.iMovieProject directory hoping to find the capture dates either in the file name or in a plist, but I couldn't (nothing in the plists below)
    ... Jan 23  2010 Cache/Thumbnails.plist
    ... Jan 23  2010 Cache/Timeline Movie Data.plist
    ... Jan 23  2010 Cache/Timeline Movie.mov
    ... Nov  8  2009 Media/Clip55.dv
    etc
Finally, I opened Clip55.dv in QuickTime and looked at MovieInspector, but I could not see any capture date (similar to exif in jpegs).
So obviously I missed them. My question is where in the iMovie 06 project can I find them?   If accessible, I can write a script to fix the clips imported in iMovie11 by changing their names. I tried it manually, and it worked.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi - Couple of things.
Click on the offending clip that you imported from iMovie in your FCP Bin and type Command + 9 to see the item properties. Either report those item properties, or if easier, take a screen shot of the item properties and post that.
Then click any where on the timeline you are having trouble with and type Command + 0 (Zero) to see the sequence settings. Either report those settings or take a screen shot of the Sequence Settings window and post that.
In order for FCP to use the video without rendering, both the items properties of the source clip, and the sequence settings must match - and both must be within standard production parameters.
Also, you can click on the source clip in the FCP Bin, then control-click on the clip and select Reveal in Finder from the drop down menu. Once that file is revealed, open it in Quicktime 7 and see if if plays correctly there.
    Hope this helps.

  • Lightroom 5.6/5.7 Mac Won't Import From SD

    Hi guys,
Wondering if anyone else has experienced this same problem. For the longest time, import was working perfectly. I plug my SD card in (Sony SDHC class 10 32gb) and go to import, CAMERASD pops up in devices, and my files are all there, and I check the ones I want to import, and they import. Easy as that.
However, as of the past couple of months, importing from SD simply doesn't work. It hangs on import and never gets past "Importing files...". The top left is stuck in "Copy and import photos" with the progress bar at zero. Clicking the x on the progress bar doesn't fix the "Importing files" main viewing window. It will remain frozen there until a LR reboot.
While waiting for a serious fix, I am able to view the SD contents in Finder, and pick images individually from Finder, and copy and paste them to a new folder in Photos. I can then import these photos from the hard drive to the Lightroom catalog. So the computer can see the SD card fine and transfer the data onto the computer fine.
    My hardware/software
    Olympus OM-D E-M10
    Sony SDHC class 10 32gb
Macbook Pro Retina 13", 8gb RAM, OSX 10.10 Yosemite
Lightroom 5.5/5.6/5.7, catalog frequently backed up
    Things I've tried:
Uninstalling and reinstalling Lightroom fresh. Same issue.
Switching to a brand new SD card. Same issue.
Importing one photo or multiple photos from SD at a time. Same issue.
Importing from SD into iPhoto, works fine.
I'm dying to find a solution for this problem, it has completely KILLED my workflow to the point where I just don't bother importing and editing my photos anymore because it is such a lengthy process (select and import dozens into LR only to realize it's not going to work, go back into Finder and find the same photos one by one and copy over, then go back to LR and import into LR catalog). I have no idea what is the problem, and seeing as it just recently started happening, it seems to be a mac software support issue. Anyone ever experience anything similar, and what do I have to do to get my workflow up and running again??
    Thanks

Are you seeing any error message?
If no then go to your Lightroom preferences > General tab> at the bottom of dialog box Prompts> select "Reset all warning dialogs".
Try another import. Any error message now?
Hint! Check the Drive / Folder / sub-folder where you are copying the file to, and ensure you have full Read and Write permissions. Your update to Yosomite may have changes things.

  • Issues with importing from excel

I have been running into a several issues with importing from Excel.
    First my configuration
I am running SQL Developer ver 1.5.5 Build MAIN-5969
I am on a Windows XP Professional Version 2002 with Service Pack 3
I am importing into an Oracle 10g database.
    1. SQL Developer doesn't work on Excel 2007, I have to save all my files into Excel 97-2003 format before I can use them.
    2. If I run into an error loading and stop the process, SQL Developer doesn't release the Excel file and I get a sharing violation if I try to save the spreadsheet without closing SQL Developer.
    3. I have found that I have to set print area to the area I want to work with, otherwise the import wizard tries to keep adding rows.
    4. When using the Import wizard, it keeps adding commas on fields with numerics unless I specify the column in excel as text. Currently the column is formatted as General in the spreadsheet or I can change the wizard format to say the column is an integer, but it actually is just a code field with numeric characters so it may have leading zeroes that I need to keep.
    This might be related,
I have a column in excel defined as text but only contains numerics. It is of length 4, but the wizard sets a precision of 5 with a datatype of VARCHAR2. If I try to change it to 4, I get an error saying the field is not large enough. Yet, when I do a LEN on the column, it only gives me a 4. I have other fields in the same sheet that a 3 position numeric and 2 position numeric and those are fine. I am thinking this is related to the comma being inserted in a numeric field for anything greater than 3 positions.
    5. Importing excel dates to oracle dates doesn't work. I have to convert the excel date column to text then import as a VARCHAR, then convert to Date once in the database.
    6. The default of nullible is not set on any columns and I have to set them before the import. (I would prefer it set to nullible and I have to uncheck the box to make it not nullible. I would prefer to import all of the data and then deal with the nulls after they have been pulled in)
    7. When I select header columns included it uses that as the column names. Is it possible to do the name length check then? It has bit me a few times where I try to import and forget to check the name length and then I get an error when I start running the import.
    8. If one of the columns to import has all nulls, then the precision comes out to 0 and if it isn't changed an error occurs on import. Could this situation default to a precision of 1?
    9. It would be nice if there was a completion message displayed and a cancel option while running.

    On point 3.
I have a column in excel that consists of numbers. 4 digit numeric codes. Ex, 1111, 2345, etc
The column's format is general. It displays as just 4 numbers.
When I start the wizard initially, the column appears with data as 1,111, 2,345, etc, on the Data Preview screen.
It determines the precision to be 5 on the column definition screen.
If I change the precision to 4 then continue, that field will error out when I verify with "not big enough to hold the data in source columns"
If, I change the excel column to a TEXT column.
Excel still displays as 1111, 2345, etc
The wizard then displays the same data 1111, 2345 on the Data Previeiw screen
Yet, when I get to the column definition screen it still sizes it as a 5
If I change it to a 4, I get the same error when verifying.
If I leave them alone as 5, then it processes just fine.

  • Event 109 with full import from cloud

After installing the AAD Connection Tool we find the step which does a full import from the cloud errors with stopped-extension-dll. This generates 3 error logs in Event Viewer 109 - 6801 - 6803.
    109 -
Failure while importing entries from Windows Azure Active Directory. Exception: System.FormatException: Index (zero based) must be greater than or equal to zero and less than the size of the argument list.
    6801 -
The extensible extension returned an unsupported error.
    The stack trace is:
"System.FormatException: Index (zero based) must be greater than or equal to zero and less than the size of the argument list.
    6803 -
The management agent "xxxxx.onmicrosoft.com - AAD" failed on run profile "Full Import" because the server encountered errors.
Researching suggests an expired cloud account password, but I have verified this is valid. I have also reinstalled/reconfigured the product several times.
I need advice for getting the Full Import to work.
    Adam

    This worked for me:
Please choose the Azure Connector in Synchronization Service Manager tool, in there properties - Select Object Types - please add "device" to add the selected object ( just set the hook ) . Then again start the
    Delta or Full import, please.
If is any Device entry in the AZURE => for whatever reason => this is the only way to sync in the momment with the AAD Sync Tool at this time.
    Explanation:
    The Delta Import terminates because
the online tenant objects are of type
    "device" available
We run the import to fail because
the design of the Azure Connector does not include
    this type
    of  object
    Unfortunately, the connector does
not in this case but breaks with this
    error message
    The current solution is then
the object type "device" for the
Azure connector to add to take
In a later version of AADSync this is
    probably revised, the "device"
does not have to be selected from then on
    the object type, but that
the connector will work here and does not end
    with this error message
    good luck

  • LR 1.3 won't import from CF, SD cards in Leopard

With Leopard (OSX 10.5.1 - iMac 24), LR is unable to import all the files from our cameras (both CF and SD cards). It will get 6-10 images but that's about it. If we delete the images that imported and start again, we will get another 6-10. Using a card reader might be a little better but still not more than 10-12 images. If we copy the cards to a USB photo bank and then import from that, it works OK; we get all the images. Aperture (1.5.6) is able to import with no problem.

I'm having the same problem with my Nikon .nef images, except LR 1.3/Leopard can't import from my card reader either. Doesn't matter if it's a dozen images or 150, it will import the first five and then tell me it can't read the rest, although the error message says it can't read "the following files" and then gives the number of files that can't be read: 0. Zero. I can see the images in the preview pane, but it won't import them.
At first, I could delete all the five imported photos from the disk, eject the card, reinsert it and it would perform a full import. But for the last few days, it won't perform a full import at all. I have to copy the photos to my desktop and import from there -- hardly an efficient use of time or drive space. Works fine in other apps, and worked fine in Tiger, etc. etc.
Any thoughts as to why this might be?? Any fix???
    Thanks....

  • How to delete only events I previously imported from .ics files?

I have a very frustrating problem. A few months ago I added a few .ics calendars and merged them with my main calendar on iCal. For example I added a list of dates of baseball games for my favorite team, a list of holidays in Britain, and a few other .ics files.
Then tragedy struck: I synced my Blackberry to my Macbook and iCal and then somehow all the dates on the imported .ics became one day earlier. For example, valentine's day, which should be February 14, is on February 13 on my calendar. And Christmas is on December 24, rather than December 25.
Strangely, all the events that I manually added (such as my business meetings), are correct and were never changed. Only the dates/events from the imported .ics files changed.
I have waited a few months, but the frustration is just too much. I can not easily delete my main calendar, because it literally has hundreds of business meetings spread out over a 6-9 month period.
    So my question is this:
    a) Is there a way to move all the date back 1 day for only things imported from .ics? All these holidays and events are i a small purple oval at the top of each date, so they are definitely look different than the business meetings I entered, so I hope there is a way to selectively move them.
    b) Is there a way to delete all those events and then try re-importing them?
    Tks for your help!

Right, I only have 1 calendar. Ok, I did this but nothing seems changed. Here is what I did:
I followed your directions and it ran for about 4 min and I heard my fan starting up and my Macbook slowed. Then things got better and my iCal crashed. I forgot to close it before I ran this I received no error message, but nothing changed in iCal and all the One Day Events were still there.
So I then had the iCal closed, and attempted all steps again. Again it ran for about 4min, things slowed on my computer to a crawl, then got better. Then the Apple error window opened and said again iCal quit unexpectedly (I had not started it in the first place, but I assume the script had to open it to do the work, right?).
So now I'm back where I started -- it seems like the script was doing something but it didn't do anything to my one day events
    I REALLY appreciate your help!

  • Cannot import from DVD disc

I have recorded a 3 minute segment of a newscast using my DVD recorder - it contains video of a close friend of mine. I have a DVD disc which I burned on the DVD recorder from its Hard Drive containing only this short video which I want to give to him. I have tried to import it into iMovie so that I will have it on my iMac as a backup file but have been unsuccessful. I have tried following the procedure posted by "Appleman1958" in Dec 09 with no success - I know that he indicates that it is for iMovie 09 and perhaps that is my problem since I am working with iMovie HD 6. All I get is a 32 sec portion of the video with no sound. The VIDEO_TS folder on the DVD disc contains the following files: VIDEO_TS.BUP, VIDEO_TS.VOB (it appears to be the title menu created by the DVD recorder but has nothing listed on it), VTS010.1F0, VIDEO_TS.1F0, VTS01O.BUP and VTSO11.VOB. I tried dragging ONLY the VIDEO_TS.VOB file onto mpeg streamclip as per the instructions ("drag the non-zero .VOB files and drop them into MPEG Streamclip) but it is only the title menu and there is no video. I tried adding the VTS011.VOB also but again only about 32 sec appears and there is no sound. Sorry, but I am a complete novice at this, do not understand what a VIDEO_TS folder is and what all those files within it mean and need some help here. And yes, I have purchased the Apple MPEG2 QT Component. Any simple, step-wise assistance would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

  • Keyword exporting bug also impacts catalogs imported from PSE 6

    Hi,
I haven't seen any mention of it, but the keyword exporting bug reported for catalogs imported from LR 1.x also impacts catalogs imported from Photoshop Elements 6. i.e. all Keywords imported from my PSE 6 catalog have "Include in export", "Export Containing Keywords", and "Export Synonyms" properties set to false.
I've reported the bug, but as it seems the same as described in KB 405074 (and more importantly, its fix works for formerly PSE catalogs as well!), I'm sure it will be fixed in the next update.
    http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewContent.do?externalId=kb405074&sliceId=2
    Thanks,
    Matt

    Hi Brian,
When I installed the trial for LR2 I was asked whether I wanted to upgrade my existing PSE6 catalog.
Screenshot of this can be found here: http://dawsons.id.au/temp/pse6-to-lr2-catalog.png
That's it. I haven't imported any keywords via any other method.
    Thanks,
    Matt
PS I'm impressed with the level of Lightroom team involvement in these forums. I've been a PSE user for at least 5 years and have never received feedback from that team re posts/support calls/feature request/bug reports. I've been a LR user for about two weeks and I've already had Tom and yourself reply to my posts. You've got to be happy with that!

  • Importing from Gopro Card

I have a GoPro Hero HD and filming in the 1080 format. I usually end up with at least 1 hour of footage each session. I have just begun the process of learning how to correctly import from the SD card to my MacBookPro to iMovie. I selected Import Camera Movies at the Large setting based on information I have found. My end use is play these videos on my 60 inch HDTV once edited.
Is it a normal process to take over 25 hours to run this operation? For every hour it runs, it adds another hour to the time remaining. If there are other options, what are they?

That is not normal. It would normally take between 45 minutes and 2 hours depending on the speed of your Mac. It might take a little longer if you were analyzing for stabilization.
I would suggest that you go to the Applications/Utilities folder and launch Activity Monitor. In Activity Monitor, select iMovie and click the Inspect button. Look at "Recent Hangs". If you see a number in there that is other than zero, you are probably in a loop, and you should click /Force Quit.../iMovie to get out of it.
As for what would cause this condition, I am not sure, but for one thing, iMovie does not support 60P, so if your footage is 60P, you may want to pre-process it first.
Choosing Large would give you 540P, but it would still look good and take up a lot less room. Choosing Full would give you 1080P.

  • Why is my library 200+GB bigger after importing from Iphoto to Aperture

I recently got a new imac and decided to start using Aperture to manage my huge library. Previously I was using Iphoto 9 in Mountain Lion. My original Iphoto library is 687GB. I exported it to my external drive and works great from there.
Now I have the new Imac with Mavericks and just got Aperture 3.5.1. I have opened the iphoto library original in this new computer and it upgraded to the new version of Iphoto that I have here (9.5.1). Everything looks good.
From my understanding this is a managed library since I only exported the library file and everything is there.
After making sure the iphoto library file was working well I decided to go ahead and import to aperture. I decided to do this since I thought it would be a much better way to go with such a big library. The original iphoto library has around 9,200 photos and videos.
I created a new aperture library in another big external drive (Drobo) and imported the original to Aperture doing File - Import- Library and choosing the original located in an external drive.
After 24hrs of working finally I can see the new library appear in Aperture. One problem I have is that it is going extremely slow compared to the same library in Iphoto, but that is another topic.
In the new aperture library I see the exact same amount of pictures and projects appear however the library appears to be 930GB. According to what I have read in other discussions I have tried to find in Aperture using the keyword search to see how many of these photos/videos have a keyword of iphoto original (vs new masters that could have been created from edited versions of the originals. If I do "iphoto original" in my search nothing appears (although it keeps "processing" the search after a couple of hours (yes, that is how slow it is working now). Is that already something wrong? Is this keyword added automatically when you import from Iphoto?
I would really like to fix this since I still have two other libraries (37GB) that I would like to merge with this one. Is that crazy? Could I expect such a big library to work well? I am new to Aperture but so far I am not impressed at all.
The only file I have to work on is the one I have in the external drive since I already got rid of the old computer....
Any ideas on how to solve this problem? Would appreaciate any help.
    Thank you!

Your library is big, but nothing out of the ordinary and well within Apertures capabilities.
It's hard to say definitively why the library has grown so, but ultimately it won't matter, once you have your library working well and you configure Aperture how you want it to operate, and you tidy up any unwated artefacts from the import, your library size will become exactly the size it needs to be.
There are a number of possible explanations for why things are going slow.
First, check how you have formatted your Drobo storage. The file system requirements for Aperture are described here:
    http://support.apple.com/kb/ts3252
Next, having chosen to import your iPhoto Library, you have essentially created a new environmet with its own preferences controlling things like previes, faces, places and so on. These could explain both the size and any (temporary) performance issues.
With Aperture running, press SHIFT+CMD+0 (zero). This will show you the activity window so you can see if Aperture is performing any follow-up tasks relating to the import such as building previews, building thumbnails, detecting faces and son on.
If so, allow it time to finish. Once it's finished all the post import activity, it will settle down and begin to operate in a more optimised fashion.
Depending on the history of you old iPhoto library, there could be some clean-up work do in terms of edited copies of originals. Old versions of iTunes used distructive edits, meaning you got an edited copy of your original. Aperture doesn't work this way and you will need to decide if you want to keep those (for example stack them with tier orginals) or if you want to redo any of them using Apertures non-destrutive tools. Later versions of iPhoto used a similar non-destructive approach which will carry over, so it's just any very old edits you may have to make descisions for.

  • Lighroom v2 crashes when importing from device

I have a Mac with the latest OS. When I attempt to import from a device (CF card reader) in many cases I get the beach ball and end up having to force quit LR2. I then updated to 2.1. Same problem. After it crashes, I usually have to restart computer to get LR2 to work again.
Sometimes I can get the import screen to come up. If I scroll down to view images, it will then crash. Or try to deselect an image.
I can copy the images via the finder onto my HD and import them that way via LR with no issues. Just when I attempt to import via a device.
    Any ideas?

I'm afraid I've had this problem for months and nothing seems to solve it - not even extensive emails with Adobe's crack team in sweden. It's bought me to my knees. I've tried a new hard drive, a new camera card, a new firewire reader, formatting the card, importing the files to the desktop and then importing to LR (which didn't work for me), changing cameras, reinstalling the OS, upgrading the OS, shutting down all other apps....everything. I get the pizza wheel of death and a total corruption of my catalogue. The problem is that it occurs intermittently so its hard to test for the fault systematically.
The curious thing is that I have three macs and only one of them has this problem, so in the end I had to get rid of the macpro and buy a new one.
However last week I just put a new hard drive in one of the machines that has been running LR fine for sometime and now that has started to crash too, so I'm wondering if there is a connection between the harddrive and LR. If anyone has a solution please let me know.
    ...please!!

  • I moved from MobileMe to iCloud and all my contacts are lost! The only contacts I now have are from my Exchange account. Any help please. I tried "Import from SIM" but as all my contacts were on MobileMe, they're all gone!!

The only contacts I now have are from my Exchange account. Any help please. I tried "Import from SIM" but as all my contacts were on MobileMe, they're all gone!!

that happens for people who used icloud for everything but contacts. When they updated and went through initial
set up, signing into cloud enabled everything including cloud for contacts. Since they had zero contacts in cloud, cloud cleaned out their contacts, but synced everything else that icloud has, like calendars, reminders etc. If those contacts were never backed up anywhere - they gone. If there is back up in cloud, it needs to be restored.

How do I email video imported from digital camera?  It is a short video not more than a couple minutes long.   I am using a PowerBook G4.
    Thanks for any help.

Video's get big quickly, however, assuming it's not too big, just attach it to your email and send it along.
This isn't a reliable method because you just don't know what the limits are on both ends. It is much more reliable to use a free file transfer service like Dropbox, Box, Google Drive, Amazon Cloud Drive, YouTube, etc and just send an email link.

You should compress the video file before transferring. Just click on the name video file and go to the File menu. Compress ... is there. The compressed file will have the same name as the original, with a .zip suffix.
That's not the way to compress a video file. Video files are already compressed using lossy codecs like H.264, and if you apply a lossless codec like ZIP you may end up with zero additional compression. In some cases, applying ZIP to a lossy compressed file may cause the file to become larger.
The correct way to compress a video is to export it from iMovie (or whatever) with the correct settings for the destination (email, YouTube, iPad, etc.).
