CUIC, Handled Calls and Handled Time problem

Hello,
Our costumer uses Outboud Predictive Dialer, UCCE. Everthing works fine but in CUIC reports we do not have almost any information about Handled calls and Handled Time (example in attach).
Any hints are much appreciated!

One day you will outgrow CUIC anyway, so if I were you I would start thinking about creating a custom reporting solution (if you are a Microsoft shop, it's SRSS, if Java, then perhaps BIRT).

    To clarify for anyone who is still having any problems doing this.
    1. Unlock your phone with the carrier ( I know the process will work if it is jail broken but I am assuming you dont want to void the warranty on your phone) NOTE: even if you purchased the phone outright at Wal-Mart it is still locked to ATT so you will have to unlock the phone.  If it's already unlocked skip to step 2.  This works and will work even if you update the phone.

    2. Get a T- mobile SIM. Even if you don't want the service, if you feign interest, they will send you one for free or 99cents. If you need it now you can get one at a T-mobile store too.

    What do you mean that you can't "call" an iPad in the UK??  That doesn't particularly make sense.  You can email to an iPad or text them, but the iPad is not a phone, so how do you expect to "call" them??

  • IP device tracking and idle timer problem

    Hi,
    We are deploying 802.1X in our network and have encountered problem with a type of payment terminal.
    The problem is that the terminal do not 'speak' to the network after the first initial DHCP request, the terminal waits for incoming packets from a counter to start the payment process. After the idle-time the MAC is flushed from the switch and the port is not authorized any more.
    To solve this we set 'authentication control-direction in' on the port and use 'ip device tracking' to keep the client on the network, ip device tracking sends an arp request every 30 seconds to clients.
    Our ISE is sending Radius:Idle-Timeout = 300 and the timer start to count down when the client is authenticated.
    In Wireshark, I can see that the ARP request is going out and the ARP reply coming back in but this does not update the inactivity timer for the client. So after 5 minutes the port is gone, and there is no way to get the port up again from the network. Traffic from the client brings up the network.
    This looks like a bug to me, anyone seen this, or a similar behaviour?

    Tip Enable IP Device Tracking with inactivity timers to keep quiet endpoints connected. When IP Device Tracking is enabled, the switch periodically sends ARP probes to endpoints in the IP Device Tracking table (which is initially populated by DHCP requests or ARP from the end point). As long as the endpoint is connected and responds to these probes, the inactivity timer is not triggered and the endpoint is not inadvertently removed from the network.

    Just to clarify, everything is working except that the terminal is losing the authentication. The terminal works again if traffic is initiated from the terminals menu, like with ping.

  • Call and Volume control problems

    Whilst either making or receiving calls the other person can barely hear my voice and when they do the line constantly crackles at there end, i can't hear any problems though. Also i have the volume controls set to OFF yet i can adjust the volume using the side control buttons.

    Having suffered with this problem for several days i decided to go into the apple store and explain the problem direct, it appears that the handset is faulty and i was given a replacement handset free of charge. I also hear several other people complaining about the same issue so its looking like handset issue.

    we are displaying the err msg in exception block
    but from .net environment ,
    they will define the cursors as out params.
    if they wont get the data,
    in .net environment, the exception is raised.
    how to handle these situations.

    Implicit cursors are prone to both the NO_DATA_FOUND and TOO_MANY_ROWS errors. They MUST return precisely one row or you get to do extra coding in the form of exception handlers. Using explicit cursors (declared in the DECLARE SECTION) will avoid both errors, though they have their own considerations. When an explict cursor doesn't find something it doens't put NULL into the destination variable(s); it leaves them alone so its a good idea to null out variables and records before fetching into them.

  • PE7 Timeline and Share time problem

    I compiled a video that on the timeline shows as 9 minutes 42 seconds, but when I try to Share the compiler tells me is 14 minutes long (too long for You Tube).  Why is there a difference between these two?  If I look at the timeline carefully I can see a "ghost" that runs longer than the video and is about the same as what the compiler is telling me will be the uploaded time, but I cannot find anything that causes the extension and PE will not let me do anything with it  -- is this related to my problem.
    Then, when I split the video into two parts, with one being 7 minutes and the other about 3, the compiler does not recognized that I have shortened the video -- still shows the same (too long) time that I saw in the first attempt.  Any ideas why this happens?

    After an editing session, before Export/Share, I always hit the "\" key (back slash) to zoom out the Timeline to fit the screen. This will show everything that is on the Timeline, including any "strays." These are fairly easy to get, due to what I think is a "quirk" in the way PE edits. It is not a Bug, but just a quirk. If you have Snap on, and move a Clip too "hard" against the preceeding Clip, say by one frame passed the Tail of that Clip, a frame (or two) will be lopped off and go to the end of the Timeline. This is not readily evident. Then, after editing and tightening up your Clips, these "strays" will be hung out at the end, and you will likely not see them, except by playing your Timeline completely, until it stops,  by hitting the "\" key or by hitting the End key and looking carefully.

  • Find My iPhone and incorrect time problem

    I just tried out the Find My iPhone feature on iCloud (Mac Mini) and played a sound on my iPhone just to see if it worked, which it did. My query is I immediately got an email from Apple to say a sound was played on my iPhone but the time was totally incorrect. I played the sound at 1830 hours but the email said it was played at 1030 hours (8 hours earlier).
    The time on my iPhone and Mac Mini are both correct. How do I make the Find My iPhone display the correct time?

  • How to Create an Epic Rap Battle of History in After Effects (Compositing, VFX, Green Screen, Audio), or Fix Audio, Speed, and Real Time Problems

    Hello. As a film project, I am creating an "Epic Rap Battle of History", a parody video of a popular series on YouTube. In my film/video, I would like to use compositing so that there will be two of one character in one shot. I have used Premiere Pro CC for the main character sequences, but when I imported this project in After Effects, there was no audio at all from the song, and the canvas displaying the composition was moving very slowly, at about 50% of the video's actual speed. Also, in the top right corner, it says, "Not Real Time", and displays something like 7.39/29.96. I have looked at different web pages, and nothing seems to work.
    I would appreciate it if someone could explain how to fix this all up for me, or especially if someone who has had experience creating an Epic Rap Battle could actually list a step-by-step process on how to create one.

    zone of that machine is GMT+5
    How ever when we start weblogic in the telnet console, we see this

    component which does the updating). If i enter Dec 10 2000 in our applet client
    and try updating, it goes as Dec 9 2000 into the database.
    We tried on a NT machine which had GMT+5.30 as the time zone and it showed GMT+5.30
    while starting weblogic. And the dates are updated properly.
    Does WLS on Solaris take the timezone,etc from some other place?
    Is there any workaround for this?

    We had the same thing using ReflectionX to connect. Users connection with Telnet
    caused weblogic to log with the default timezone ( which included the effects of
    daylight savings time ), while those users who connected with Rexec caused weblogic
    to use GMT in its logging. This was with weblogic 6.0 sp2

  • Unsolicited calls and contact requests - mostly fr...

    Although I have had all "contact me" options blocked for all users except those in my contact list, I get several contact requests every day - typically from people purporting to be women from Ghana, Africa. The town given is usually Kumasi - though often with another country. South Afrioca figures highly too. I suspect that these are the same person or persons, who repeatedly use different ID's and acocunts. For the past six months or so i have always blocked and reported abuse on the4se, but they keep coming. Is there no way for a user to block unsolicted calls from a given geographical area? Is there no skype "contact us" link anymore? Where does on complain about this? Ideas and suggestions please!

    Please switch your status to offline for at least a minute, then switch back to online.  Then change your privacy settings to see if they will stick this time.

Every time I host or join a call and every time I try to change my profile picture my Skype goes "Not responding" and seconds later my PC freezes. But legit FREEZES: I can't go to start menu, I can't open windows taskmanager, I can't alt + tab, nothing. I have to hard restart my pc.
    I've tried downgrading to 6.14 and that works perfectly. Until I turn off my pc and start it up again because for some weird reason, whenever I start my PC and Skype opens up it's back to 7.0 or 7.3 or 7.4, even with automatic updates turned off. I've updated all my drivers, started my PC with nothing plugged in but the power cord and it's still doing the thing.
    I've been uninstalling Skype and reinstalling 6.14 every day for weeks now, I'm sick of it. 
    I need help. (I've included my DxDiag since I see a lot of support staff ask for it)

    Perhaps information on the issue will be available in the System Information tool (msinfo32). Go to Windows Start and in the Run box type msinfo32.exe and press the OK button. This will open the System Information window.  In this window click on File and select Export. Save the msinfo.txt file to your hard drive, Zip this file and attach the zipped file to your post here.

  • CUIC reporting: handled calls greater than answered calls

    We met the following problem in Cisco Cuic reporting 8.5.4 for cisco UCCE 8.5.3.
    We use only the stock reports. In call type historical all fields we met a strange situation for a simple inbound script:
    - the numbers of handled calls is greater than the number of answered calls. This is vey unusual because any call
    is first answered and only after that is handled or not by the agent. So the handled condition supose to be first answered.
    Any ideas? What could be the cause for additional handled calls?
    Also we have problems between the number of handled calls in Agent Team historical all fields and the number of handled calls
    in Call type historical all fields. Should not be the same number in both reports ?
    The definitions for answered, handled, offered are very simple and they lack essential info in describing the situations
    they treat. The whole documentation for enterprise misses many times essential info and the only source of real
    info is others knowledge and experience.

    Answered is incremented when the Agent picks up the call (or received the activity, in the case of EIM).
    Handled is incremented when the call (or EIM activity) completes.
    Handled will be incremented regardless of whether the call is transferred/conferenced/consulted or not.
    As others have mentioned, Answered and Handled counts can be incremented during different intervals depending on the length of the call. The only way I can think of where that would be the case here would be if your agents are handling EIM activities... They could have 5 open emails in their inbox at the end of the day - these 5 open emails would be considered Answered, but not Handled.
    If this isn't from non-voice activities, then perhaps you have some system issue causing the problem.
