CUIC-Total Answered Call in Peripheral Skill Group are different with Skill Group Abandon-Answer

Hi UCCE/CUIC Expert,
I have CUIC 9.1(1). Now I am trying to access Cisco Historical Report (Stock).
When I accessed Peripheral Skill Group Historical All Fields, I found total "Answered" are different when I produced using Skill Group Abandon-Answer Distribution Historical.
My question is:
- What kind of call will produce symptom above?
- Is there any miss step in ICM Script so that CUIC will produce this report?

Some, but not all, Half_Hour tables now have an equivalent Interval table. The Half_Hour tables still appear in the database, but are no longer populated. For CUIC only (and not for WebView) the equivalent Interval tables are populated by either half-hour or fifteen-minute data, based on configuration. WebView uses “half-hour views” to pull 30-minute data from the Interval tables.
While configuring the PG, you will give whether the Reporting interval should for 15 minutes or 30 Minutes, If you have 15 minutes selected then will see 15 minutes Interval in the Agent_Skill_Group_Interval Table.

Deleted Groups are visible in _layouts/groups.aspx

I have a site collection which has around 30 groups created. These are visible when we navigate to sitecol/_layouts/user.aspx. I then deleted 15 groups using powershell (sitegroups.remove()). These disappeared from sitecol/_layouts/user.aspx, but surprisingly
these were still present when i navigated to sitecol/_layouts/groups.aspx !
How do we ensure that the groups are deleted completely from the site collection?

Essbase answers - None of the fact tables are compatible with the query request "member"

I have modelled an Essbase database into the repository.
If I pull the measure, period and year dimension in and filter on the year (member) and display the year (member) along with the period (alias) and measure it errors with =>
State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. [nQSError: 43119] Query Failed: [nQSError: 14020] None of the fact tables are compatible with the query request Fiscal Year.Fiscal Year Code. (HY000)
However, all other things being equal if I change the year displayed to the alias then it works.
Anyone tell me why??
Is there a limitation that Essbase brings through that you cannot view what you filter on?

Replacing Standard-Groups like SAP_J2EE_ADMIN with customized groups

Hello everybody!
I'd like to give a group of users access to our XI-Java-stack with permissions that are a bit more differenciated than the standard SAP-groups. For example, I want users to be able to view all messages, but not all of their payloads (we use different namespaces for different departments, so this might be an approach to differentiate).
I have a bit of experience with the UME of Enterprise Portal and I've been able to assign Permissions (i.e. Roles) to users using the groups based on mapped ABAP-Roles. In XI I couldn't find any possibility to do something like this up to now. In the XI-User-Administrator I can view Roles and Groups, but all I get is a note that they are write-protected and can't be edited. I also haven't found a possibility to assign UME-Actions to my ABAP-mapped groups.
Who can help me? Thanks in advance!

Identity Service LDAP with dynamic grouping

Hi all,
We are developing an enterprise application with oc4j and bpel.
First we managed to handle user management with XML based JAZN tool.
After that,we managed to connect identity service with iPlanet LDAP server and get users and roles(with static groups defined.)
But our client wanted static and dynamic groups together in their LDAP server,because of the complexity of their current user base.
When we try this,we cannot get the roles that are assigned with dynamic groups.But we can get the roles that are statically defined.
We check the roles from the worklist application (integration/worklistapp... thing..) and we se the static groups where we cannot see dynamic one's.
There is a section in is_config.xml like:

I think the property uniquemember has an effect in this situation but I cannot find any sample configurations using dynamic groups in LDAP.

I do not know if this approach works in production environment.

CUIC reporting: handled calls greater than answered calls

Hello,
We met the following problem in Cisco Cuic reporting 8.5.4 for cisco UCCE 8.5.3.
We use only the stock reports. In call type historical all fields we met a strange situation for a simple inbound script:
- the numbers of handled calls is greater than the number of answered calls. This is vey unusual because any call
is first answered and only after that is handled or not by the agent. So the handled condition supose to be first answered.
Any ideas? What could be the cause for additional handled calls?
Also we have problems between the number of handled calls in Agent Team historical all fields and the number of handled calls
in Call type historical all fields. Should not be the same number in both reports ?
The definitions for answered, handled, offered are very simple and they lack essential info in describing the situations
they treat. The whole documentation for enterprise misses many times essential info and the only source of real
info is others knowledge and experience.

Answered is incremented when the Agent picks up the call (or received the activity, in the case of EIM).
Handled is incremented when the call (or EIM activity) completes.
Handled will be incremented regardless of whether the call is transferred/conferenced/consulted or not.
As others have mentioned, Answered and Handled counts can be incremented during different intervals depending on the length of the call. The only way I can think of where that would be the case here would be if your agents are handling EIM activities... They could have 5 open emails in their inbox at the end of the day - these 5 open emails would be considered Answered, but not Handled.
If this isn't from non-voice activities, then perhaps you have some system issue causing the problem.

Provide skill selection to agent prior to answering call

Hello,
I am rebuilding a call center script for a customer. The base model is that there is going to be one CSQ involving three skills. Skill A - General, Skill B - Dept1, and Skill C - Dept2.
The Supervisor would like the agent presented with a call to see the skill description so they are aware of the type of calling they are answering. Right now I looking to display this information over the phone display. Ideally I would like to figure out a way to do a pop-up on the computer (much like an incoming email).

OK, got it, but again the routing is not based on skill, but CSQ, so by the time the call gets to the agent the CSQ drove the call routing not skill, so if the agent wants to be able to see which skill were selected then you need to construct your CSQ per skill rather than combining the skills into a singe CSQ, for example:
skill 1 - language
skill 2 - call reason
skill 3 - country
if customer is asked for 3 inputs and based on it you need to route to skilled agent then you would build 1 CSQ with all 3 skills, but the agent should not care which option was selected as he/she is part of all three and the CSQ name should reflect it, i.e. English-Support-US.

Will Enterprise Skill group allow queuing with interrupt ?

Dear All,
I have a requirement to use three enterprise skill group in a single ICM script.
Customer dials TFN and if agents are in ready state they will take a call.
If no agents were available in both enterprise skill group the call goes to queue(hold music), once agent become available customer call will patched to the agent.
In our case, we have three enterprise skill group with overflow concept assume no agents are available and the call sucessfully goes to queue, and once the agent become available, call was not landing to agent instead of this call gets disconnected after queue prompt was played.
Note: Interruptible was working if we use Queue to skill group and the same was not working if we use enterprise skill group

Thanks for reply, yes every thing was working as expected. Only interrupting was not working and also queue music was playing only one time.After queue music played the call get disconnected

CR - giving total transaction count for few groups and 0 for few groups.

For the column "No of First Call Resolution" I have to count no of interactions based on the Interaction Result, the formula is
COUNT(Interaction_ID) WHERE INTERACTION_RESULT = 'FCR'
For which, I wrote the below formula
If {14CICustomerInteractions_query.Interaction Result} = "FCR" then Count ({14CICustomerInteractions_query.Interaction_ID})
I have 33,232 interactions on the particular day I selected. When I try to group up and do the calculations it is giving total transaction count for few groups and 0 for few groups.

What field is the report grouped on?
If you wish to find the no of interactions based on some condition and display it for every group, then here's what you need to do:
1) Create this formula and place this on the details section:
whileprintingrecords;
numbervar c;
If {14CICustomerInteractions_query.Interaction Result} = "FCR" then
c := c + 1;
2) Create another formula and place this one on the Group Footer:
whileprintingrecords;
numbervar c;
3) Create this formula to reset the variable and place this on the Group Header:
whileprintingrecords;
numbervar c := 0;

I have Lync 2013 and 2010 , still i didn't finish my migration completely from 2010 to 2013 .this is coexistence environment that contains both Lync Server 2010 and Lync Server 2013 .
There was no error's in my lync 2013 front end and back end server's and every thing was fine, yesterday I installed windows updated AND CU for my lync 2013 front end and backend server's .
later on after restarting both the front end and the back end server's i start having hundred's of these error's related to "LS Call Park Service".
so any advice for these issue ? and what is the effect for these error .
below is the error I got .

I have a Cisco2610 gateway with a E1 card making calls to a PSTN local cloud. Is there a SNMP MIB to gather the "Total Active Calls" or the "Total Call Legs" ?

Skype group - Can't make a group call

Me and my friends have had this group for about 7-8 years now, and yesterday none of us could make a group call in this group. We just dont have the option to make a group call and cant push the phone button. We could start a new group but we would preffere staying on our old one.

I just encounter the same problem in making a group audio call. I have been performing this group call almost everyday. But, I just cannot make group audio call any more.
