CUPC goes offline when trying to add user

CUPC 8.03 will go offline and reconnect when trying to add a user and it will say something about unable to add user to group. I would have to check again to see exactly what it says. This is only happening on a few users. I have tried logging in with my account on their computer and I can add the same people they could not. I have tried deleting everything in their local settings and application data related to cisco with no luck.
I attached a detailed and simple log.
The user that I was trying to add was Patti
Has anyone seen this before? We have had nothing but trouble since upgrading to CUPC 8

Hello,
Please go the user option page of the user for CUPS and check the privacy policy if they are blocked or not
if that fails try re-licensing the users from callmanager > system > licensing > capabilities assignment > "concerned user"
and then restart the "intercluster sync agent" service from CUPS.

    The function module UJE_API_GET_ALL_TEAMS_DATA is not exist in my system when i checked in SE37 but still iam able add users with Domain\id by selecting your domain in Available domain..

  • Error when trying to add users to project

    I am receiving an error when I try to add users to my projects. I have given all the new users the rights to see the projects I need them to see and when I go to the project right click select Project Access and click add users to project in the pop up window the next window that opens says "error" and has a Close button on the bottom right hand of the screen.
    This is an urgent matter to get fixed need to have figured out as soon as possible need to get users added to have server go live by noon central time.

    I presume if it's that urgent you've also logged a service request with Oracle Primavera Support, right?
    What error does the server.log show?
    have you checked if the MYPV user exists in the ADMN table, in the Expadmin db?

  • Error when trying to add users - The server is not operational [domain]

    Installed the admin console and went to start adding users to the system.  On the add users screen I select the domain and then get the following error:
    The server is not operational [domain]
    I looked this up in Service Notes and found this and found SN 1098415.
    The root cause indicated there is that the server is part of a WindowsNT domain and as such can't issue the LDAP query.
    This server is running in an active directory domain (not sure if it is 2000 or 2003, but it is AD nonetheless.
    Any thoughts?  There are no firewalls in-between the servers that provide AD and this server.

    I solved my problem.  For purposes of discussion let's call my Pre-Windows 2000 domain name ACME and my Windows 2000/2003 domain acme.net.
    After writing several manual VBScript LDAP queries (to take BPC out of the equation) I determined that the DC didn't want to answer to ACME.  It would only answer to acme.net.
    So, I went into Server Manager to "Define System User Groups" and updated the system user group "Domain Users" to look at acme.net for the domain name instead of just ACME.
    That did the trick - I am now able to see all the users in the domain.

    Try to clean the Cache for TFS 2013 manually(delete the content of the folder only, not the cache folder itself):
    Clean the Cache folder on Server machine. The folder path is:
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Team Foundation Server 12.0\Application Tier\Web Services\_tfs_data.  
    After cleaned, on Server machine, click Start and select
    Run… to open the dialog box, then input iisreset.exe and click OK, wait it run completely.
    If clean Cache cannot resolve this issue, please try to repair your TFS 2013 Update 4 Server, then check the result.
    Additionally, you can run TFS 2013 Power Tools BPA to scan the installation of your TFS Server.

    Customer is working on 2005B (2005B 7.40.252 SP00 PL39).
    They are working on this database since 2009.
    No upgrade was recently done.
    when trying to add a new user they get athe following error:
    "A user was added outsite the application. Delet it, or preform'Restore Numbering' [Message 3512-7]"

    Go to Administration--> Utility and select the restore no. series.
    Update this and try to add User.
    But do it first in your test DB.....

    Hello,
    I am having a very weird problem that just started out of no where. It happens when I go to the Site Settings of my site collection and click on Site Permissions. When I click Grant Permissions to try to add users, the browser will immediately switch to
    the mobile view.
    I am able to switch back to the regular browser view, then when I click Grant Permissions, the box to select the user opens. I then choose the user and click Share. After clicking Share, the popup immediately goes to the mobile view. When I exit that the
    users were never granted permissions.
    This only happens so far when I am trying to add permissions. Is there something that I could have messed up?
    What is happening and how can I fix this? I am out of ideas and unable to add permissions for users. I do not want to have to blow this site collection away.

    According to your description, my understanding is that the page would switch to mobile view when attempting to add user permissions in SharePoint Online.
    I recommend to verify the things below:
    Clear the caches in browser to see if the issue still occurs.
    Test the same scenario in another computer to see if the issue still occurs.
    Append mobile=0 to the URLs in SharePoint Online.

    Hi,
    Did you copying the base file CreateLatePaymentChargesProcess.java?
    I also create a new batch job which copying the CreateLatePaymentChargesProcess batch code the only difference in getBills() method query and inner class CreateLatePaymentChargesProcessWorker extend CmCreateLatePaymentChargesProcessWorker_Gen, instead of CreateLatePaymentChargesProcessWorker_Gen.
    The batch is working fine in my end.

    The database service is running and I can connect to the database with pl/sql.

    I have a question related to this. After you told me about the //host:1521/database alias I tried it in a VB 2008 program and it worked and returned data. At least I know that it can be used in a VB program without issues. I just now need to be able to add a connection with the Server Explorer.

    I have created a role in ERM and successfully saved it, when trying to add authorization by selecting the functional area->selected the functional are(procurement dept.) -> next i clicked on the authorization data-> aded one row ->when searching for the function id from the description field, it's searching for some time and after that, getting the follwing error .

    I use an ODBC connection that connects to a MySQL database. When I test the connection it's fine.
    I am trying to add a derived table because it seems that my universe cannot produce LEFT OUTER JOINS.  I read somewhere that I should set my ansi92 parameter to YES instead of NO. But, everytime I re-open my universe, it sets itself automatically to NO again.
    My utlimate goal is :
    For example, list ALL the people, left join my table to their websites, but return ALL the people, even if they don't have a website.
    I dont' understand, my join should be simple enough.
    Anybody knows what could be causing all these restrictions ?

    Hi Sose,
    In BusinessObjects (Universe) Designer, the outer join option in a join is not available and is dimmed when using a Generic ODBC connection.
    Try Following Solutions:
    Solution : 1
    When using an ODBC connection the odbc.prm must be modified on the machine where BusinessObjects Designer is used.
    Use the following steps to modify odbc.prm:
    1. Locate odbc.prm in the following folder:
    \Business Objects\Business Objects Enterprise 11\win32_x86\dataAccess\Connection Server\odbc
    2. Open odbc.prm in a text editor and modify the parameter 'EXT_JOIN' so its value is 'YES' instead of 'NO'.The outer join option is now available in BusinessObjects Designer.
    If the outer join option is still not available after following the steps above. open odbc.prm in a text editor and modify the parameter OUTERJOINS_GENERATION. Change its value from 'NO' to either 'ANSI92' or 'ODBC'.
    Solution : 2
    This can occur when user is using a non-database specific middleware such as generic ODBC. Generic ODBC allows creating a successful connection and universe, however will not allow the Outer Join option.
    The syntax for outer joins is specific to each database and the Generic ODBC driver only lets you access standard common features of all ODBC data sources.
    Ensure that you are using the database specific middleware to create the connection.

    When trying to add component level IP into Labview FPGA the program crashes (non-gracefully) when performing the check syntax.
    Steps to reproduce
    Load Project (Happens with a new unsaved project as well).
    Under FPGA Target (<Any Device>) -> Properties -> Component-Level IP
    Select Create File
    Add any VHDL file (also used the DemoClipAdder.vhd from the High-Throughput Example)
    Choose User-defined IP
    Check Syntax
    As syntax is being checked, the following appears in the log :
       Built simulation executable x.exe
       Fuse Memory Usage: 136412 KB
       Fuse CPU Usage: 468 ms
    Labview hangs for a couple of seconds then crashes
    Alternatively :
    Load Project (Or create a new project)
    Under FPGA Target (<Any Device>) -> New -> VI
    In Block Diagram, add IP Integration Block
    Save VI
    Double click IP Block
    Add Synthesis File -> DemoClipAdder.vhd
    Check Syntax (Completes successfully in this flow)
    Generate
    The following is produced in the log:
       Built simulation executable x.exe
       Fuse Memory Usage: 136668 KB
       Fuse CPU Usage: 421 ms
    Labview Hangs for a couple of seconds then Crashes
    I have tested this multiple times with multiple projects and FPGA devices with the same result every time.

    I have followed the steps to try to reproduce your problem but I have not been able to reproduce the error. I used this link to create the file and used notepad to create the file.
    The Check sintax is successful and I do not get any error.
    Have you try to do this in a different computer?
    Which operating system do you have?
    Which version of LabVIEW and drivers are you using?
