Currencies are being shown as Euro although in Preferences my setting is £ sterling - How do I correct this?

Although my iMac Preferences are set to GB£, on any Internet site (i.e. logging into my bank account or looking at prices on Amazon UK), using any browser, the currency or price of an item shows up calculated in Euro.
The problem does not occur in either Numbers or Excell where I can define the currency symbol

Only 147 photos are being shown on my photo stream with the new photos version

I've taken around 600 new photos the last two weeks. But on my photo stream album are only 147 photos being shown.
How can I fix this problem? I've tried to turn and off photo stream. But nothing changed.
I use photos Version 1.0 (209.52.0) on a mac os 10.10.3

If by download bar you are referring to the spinning gears, they are gone in Mail 6.5. There is no indication Mail is checking for Mail. If it finds Mail, it will show it downloading in the lower left hand corner.
Under the Window menu there is Activity. Try opening it and you should be able to see if Mail is checking for new mail.

Bidders names are being shown to puchaser before the submission dead line date

Dear Experts,
We are using SRM 7.0 for e-procurement.
as per the standards, the bidders names who got registered/participated in this tender should not be visible to purchaser before the deadline date. But in our case, it is being visible to purchasers at 3 different places even before the submission deadline.
The places are
- Queries and replies button from purchaser
- Tracking tab from purchaser side
- in C-folders where the bidder uploads the document.
Any suggestions on how to avoid this?

If yes, what about Two-Envelope RFx Response using the business function SAP SRM
Procurement for Public Sector Functions (/SAPPSSRM/SRM_PPS)?
As of SAP enhancement package 1 for SAP Supplier Relationship Management 7.0 (SAP SRM 7.0), you can also use a two-envelope RFx response procedure (business function SRM_SOURCING_1).
If it does not match your requirement, you can use WD_BADI_DOMODIFYVIEW BAdI from WD_BADI enhancement spot in order to hide concerned fields.

Downloaded apps are being shown as "open" in updates in my iPad2

in update folder of App store my updates are showing as "open" and remaining there. How to remove from updates after updating the apps?

That is to show a history of recent apps that have been updated. They will disappear as time goes on. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to clear them manually.

I am making a montage and I am trying to make the photos do the effect where they slightly move either to the sides or up and down while they are being shown. Not a transition but just something so that they are not all stagnant on screen. Any ideas?

I know on Windows Movie Maker it automatically adds these glide effects to your montage, but it seems very complicated to do in FCP X. I downloaded Fx Factory but that seems difficult as well. This really shouldn't be very hard. Thank you so much and I look forward to getting some insight on this.

Recently upgraded to Windows 7. Some downloads requested are diverted to Windows Explorer although Firefox has been set up to send them to documents. How fix?

This does not happen with websites that open download directly to PDF files. It happens with video files such as those from Revolution Golf. It did not occur with Windows XP.

Have you tried to download to Windows Explorer to see what happens? You could find that there will be later offers to download to Documents, Desktop, Pictures etc. Or a search may find just where the PDF has gone.
Try going to Options>Applications>Your PDF Reader> Preview in Firefox.
You can then download PDFs to your browser and then Save them to Documents or wherever you want.

HTML file is not being shown properly in the JEditorPane

Hi,
I am using JEditorPane to display an HTML file from the local disk. This HTML file contains the html tables. Now when this file is getting displayed in the JEditorPane, one top row grid is not being displayed in the editor pane. content of the row is there...but the column grid is missing. All other rows and columns are being shown but the first row-column grid which contains the heading for column.
Also when I m printing the content of this JEditorPane using Java Print API then no grid is being printed on the paper. content is coming properly but no table grids. when i have taken the print out of the original html file from the browser then table grids are being printed out properly.
Please do help me out in showing the HTML file in the JEditorPane properly and printing the same.

JEditorPane renders HTML with many limitations.
You can use JDIC for the same. refer: jdic.dev.java.net
But JDIC does not work on windows 98.

Determine subset of dataprovider being shown in a DataGrid

I need to be able to determine the subset of rows that a DataGrid is displaying. For example, say I have a DataGrid that is showing 20 rows (i.e. rowCount=20). My ArrayCollection 'data' has 500 items in it. I need to know that items data[125] through data[144] are being shown. So at a minimum I need to know the index of the first item (or last) being displayed and I can do the math using the rowCount. How can I do that? I've looked through the DataGrid properties, but am not seeing anything I can use.

Found I can use the verticalScrollPosition to get the index of the item in the first row.

No save file option being shown

We use Oracle Apex 3.1...
in a Report while Downloading the File from the Report Out put,
the File is getting opened on the same Brower? instead of asking an Option to Save at location
only .doc files are being shown a save file option and for rest of files like pdf, bmp txt they are all opening in the same browser page

Spotlight Preferences -- Bookmarks deselected but still being shown?

Why?
I highly dislike scrolling through Bookmarks.

If you look up the path for the bookmarks that are being shown then put that folder in the spotlight preference for privacy this should stop the problem. I think that it is probably the web browser that you are using, is storing the bookmarks in a file that spotlight doesn't recognize.

Planned Order for a Product not being shown

I am an ABAPer and I am new to SAP APO. We are now working on /SAPAPO/PPT1. When clicked on some quantity, all the planned orders existing for that product are being shown with respective quantities. Now, I am trying to create a new planned order for a product through FM BAPI_MOSRVAPS_SAVEMULTI3 by splitting the quantity among the receipts. I have gone through several posts and have written the logic. But the newly created planned order is not being shown in /SAPAPO/PPT1. I can't find it anywhere. Am I doing something wrong here?
Here I explain it with an example. I have an aggregated entry for the month of June with quantity 3000, which is already split under receipts 1234 and 1235 as 1000 and 2000 EA respectively. Now, I need to split it as 1000 EA for each planned order and hence am creating a new plord. I am using same FM for changing plords as well with quantities as 1000. So, now both the receipts are being shown with quantity 1000 and the aggregated value as 2000... and the newly created one is missing. But I need the new one to be displayed and the aggregated should be 3000. Why is this happening? Am I missing something?
I already have posted a query that is related to this total requirement. Change Receipt Quantity for Planned Order in LiveCache . This has the first part of the total requirement. Just provided for extra info, but not related to this issue however.

With prior experience, i am sure that the BAPI SAVEMULTI3 can be used for Creation & Change.
I dont think,the FM's which you are using, are recommended by SAP. So , try to use BAPI most of the time,as it ensure data consistency.
As you told, order is not flown to ECC, but visible in APO, i would suggest you to check the importing parameters of the bapi, like EVENT CONTROL ( should be '1' ).
and COMMIT_CONTROL(should be 'E').
Also, check your queues after execution of bapi. you should find your change pointer in the inbound queue of R/3 System. Do let me know if you still stuck.

I created a new report manually using 10g reports.....i just put one text and one rectangle....Both are being shown when i run with paper design option in report builder itself......But when i run this through url....Only text is being show not rectancle...........

you need to configure your application Server if calling from an application server
if calling from the same machine then configure your OC4J container properties in the config files located in server folder of your ORACLE_HOME
