Dear Experts,
One of SAP our user edited the maintained currency exchange rate table (F-62) but he is lying. Now how can I check who edit the table in a particular date? Is there any t-code or way?
Thanks in advance for this help.

  • Unknown currency exchange rate ???

In invoice i have 2 items.
the price (PR00) of one of them is OK.
the other has a mistake in its price (PR00).
all the details (dates...) are the same in the 2 items.
    the problematic item:
price of 1.98 ILS, OTY=9000, currency exchange rate is 4.20400.
the result is 74,880. it should be 74,915.28... (1.9890004.20400).
    why the result is wrong?
[the currency exchange rate at the pricing date of the invoice is 4.20400.
the culculation of the 74,880 used the currency exchange rate 4.20202 - which does not exist in the currency exchange rate table.]
    thanks

    Hi:
I hope that you can see it from table TCURR. In this table you can select the FCURR (begin curr), TCURR(translated curr) GDATU (inverted date. 99999999 - youdate). The exchange rate is reflected in the field UKURS.
    Regards.

    friends.

    Hi
Try the following so you can see what is happening and why the split occurs
The VBRK_KURRF field would usually be filled directly from the VBKD-KURRF
    values of the reference document.
If you have a standard credit case these would be the details
    Copy control table TVCPF
    Billing Type                      G2
    SalesDocType                 G2
    Item category                   G2N
    Data VBRK/VBRP            002
    FV60C002 FORM DATEN_KOPIEREN_002.
If you have custom entries set a BP in your data transfer routine ...
Put a breakpoint in the FV60C002
Run VF01 for the credit memo
The program will stop in the data transfer routine ...
    set the vbrk-kurrf to 1.00000 and F8
It will hit it again for weach of the 3 items set it to 1.00000 each time
There should be no split ....
(In here you can also see the value of the VBKD-KURRF for each item)
If it splits do the same and check here as each item is processed
    LV60AB09 -> form XVBRK_BEARBEITEN
      if ovbrk-fix  = vbrk.          >>>>
        xvbrk       = ovbrk.
As each item is processed compare the contents of ovbrk-fix  against vbrk.
One of the fields must be different which is causing the split if not KURRF
I hope this helps you to analyse this further and find the cause of the split
    Kind regards
    Brian

  • Currencies Exchange rate per Customer

    Hi Experts,
Is there anyway in SAP to maintain Currencies Exchange rate per Customer. For e.g. the customer's currency is EUR and my local currency is USD.
Meaning we want to maintain a fixed exchange rate for that particular customer, so during creation of Sales Order, system take this fixed rate instead of taking FI - Currencies Exchange Rate table.
    Thanks,
    Kiran D

    Hi Kiran,
Just check the Currency field available in the customer master Sales Area Data --> Sales tab. The currency maintained in this field is determined in Sales order.
    Hope it works.
    REWARD if it helps you!!

Thanks a lot Jhon Coversion is working...
Jhon, Can you clarify one doubt I am new to planning.
I have created Planning application profile in 9.3.1. While creating application profile I have taken currency as USD as "required currency" is not available. In dimensions i have created "required currency" member and assigned to Entity (Only one entity) and other currencies like GBP, EUR.
For Currency conversion i have created exchange rate table and conversion is working. But in my exchange rate table it is available for "required currency" to USD, EUR to USD, GBP to USD. But i want to define "required currency" to USD, "required currency" to GBP , "required currency" to EUR or USD, EUR, GBP to "required currency" how can i change my application profile currency?

  • Exchange Rate table Upload to Native Essbase Application

    Hi Gurus,
I have a native multicurrency essbase application in 11.1.2.1. For planning application exchange rate tables are there for which I can generate a currency conversion script to Essbase side. But for native essbase application how rates could be uploaded from exchange rate database table into essbase. we have a sample smartview template in which we want the rates to be populated.
    Thanks in advance.

    Hi all,
Can we load exchange rates from sql table through rule files?....As my application is standalone essbase application so I can't take the advantages of Planning Exchange Rate tables.
    Please help. Thanks in advance

  • Exchange rate table Decimal error

    Dear All,
In my multi currency classic application I have created exchange rate table in that against Euro the value for 1 Madagascar Ariary is 0.000358720 ; but when I enter this value in exchange rate table it shows "-3.59E-4".
It affects the conversion value in application when I see the consolidated currency in Euro. Pls post the solution to rectify this issues.
    Thanks,
    Kamal

    Hi,
could you pls. check if the values are displayed/stored correctly in your planning repository (table: hsp_fx_rates). If no, you should change your database settings, if yes one solution could be to change the regional and language settings on the planning server for the user who starts the planning service.
    Kind regards

  • How to view exchange rate table in essbase?

    Hi,
I have created exchange rate table in Hyperion-Planning application.
Now I have to view that exchange rate table in essbase.
By using HSP_rate...? is it the write answer to view the exchange rate table?
If I am wrong then Could you please tell me how to view the exchange rate in essbase?

    Hi,
Exchange rates are stored in the Planning Relational store and refreshed to Essbase. Below is a guide to help you find exchange rates that Planning should have refreshed to Essbase in, for example, Essbase Excel addin.
You can set up the Essbase Excel addin to look at the following intersections, for example:
    Rows
    Accounts
    HSP_RateType
    HSP_Historical
    HSP_Average
    HSP_Ending
    HSP_Rates Dimension
    HSP_Rates
    HSP_Rate_USD
    HSP_Rate_AUD
    HSP_Rate_CAD
    HSP_Rate_JPY
    HSP_Rate_GBP
    HSP_Rate_EUR
    Columns
Months of the Fiscal year's rates you want to see.
    Other Selections
Select the specific Scenario (i.e. Forecast, Actuals)
Select the specific year the rates were entered to (i.e. FY02, FY03)
Specify the TOP LEVEL of Versions, Entities, or Currencies.
If the retrieval informs you that you must select a value for any required custom dimensions, make sure to select the top level member for that dimension on your spreadsheet.
    Hope it helps...

  • Replicating currency exchange rates

In SRM, table TCURR lists the currency exchange rates. When replicating the exchange rates from R/3 to SRM using program BBP_GET_EXRATE, it'll ask me for a logical system. However, when viewing TCURR, logical system information is not displayed.
Since my SRM system is connected to two R/3 systems, it seems that after replicating exchange rates from the second R/3 system, TCURR is replaced with rates from the second R/3 and rates from the first system have been overwritten. TCURR in SRM looks identical to TCURR in the second R/3 system and not the first R/3 system.
Is it so because it's assumed that exchange rates are universal and they should be the same regardless of which R/3 system they come from? Or am I missing something?
    Thanks,
    SN

The program BBP_GET_EXRATE is used to replicate the currency rates from the backend system to the SRM system. The currency table is TCURR, as you explained.
The reason why this program BBP_GET_EXRATE asks for the logical system is that, there could be more than backend system connected the SRM for business reasons. When you choose a logical system, the RFC destination of the logical system is found by the program and this RFC destination is used to call the function module 'SBIC_EXRATE_TRANSFER' in the respective R3 system.  This function module will be in the respective backend system and gives the data of the TCURR table with it.
There will be a call to 'SBIC_CURRENCIES_TRANSFER' in the backend system based on the RFC destination determined.
The currency rates independent of the backend system should be the same as it is universal, so you can maintain only one currency conversion for a pair of currencies.
Please reward points if you find it useful. Thanks

  • Currency Exchange rates replication

    Hi all,
We have a requirement where we maintain currency exchange rates in ERP and want CRM to use them rather than creating them afresh in CRM. Are there are middleware customizing objects that can be used to transfer the currency exchange rates between R3 and CRM.
    Thanks & Regards,
    Karthik

    Hi,
Currency exchange rates (in R/3 table TCURR) can be replicated
from R/3 to CRM via customizing object DNL_CUST_BASIS3.
I hope this information is helpful!

  • OB08 currency exchange rates actually used in system

    Hello All,
We are currently in the process of evaluating vendors for a daily FX rate upload.  During the vendor evaluation process, we realized that upwards of 650 cross rates are entered into the system on a monthly basis and the team uploading the rates are not sure all are being used.  Since the daily FX upload is priced per exchange rate that is passed we'd like to make sure all of the current exchange rates maintained in OB08 are actually being used in the system.  Does anyone have ideas on how to obtain what currency exchange rates are actually used.  We're hoping to reduce our number of cross rates passed in the daily feed by elimating the exchange rates that are not used but I'm not sure how to find that out.  Thanks in advance for the help.
    Cheers,
    Jordan

You could download all entries in table BKPF and derive unique values in currency key (WAERS).  Those are the foreign currencies that you are using in your system.  You need exchange rates between those currencies and your local currency/group currency and also between your local currency and group currency.

  • Fixed Currencies Exchange Rate For Customer

    Dear Experts,
Is there anyway in system that allow us to maintain fixed currencies exchange rate for a customer.
Currently, when create a Sales Order, system will take exchange rate from OB08 which i dont want. Because we have a fixed exchage rate for different customer (which agreed upon).
    Thanks,
    Eunice

    Hi
There is no specific fixed exchange rate specific to the Customer.
But , you can use different exchange rate types in this case, even this also should trigger the TCODE:OB08
If it is the compulsory requirement...use the Substitution, using the "user exit"....give the logic for the "user exit"   like it should pick the rate from the "Z" table , there you can maintain the rates from time to time.
