Current Build Number

Is version 1.0.0 and build 240773 the current build?

Yup.
This is perhaps something the D/L page could make obvious..?

I have a Santa Rosa 2.2 ghz macbookpro. I was wondering if anyone could check the build number of their CD. This is a replacement and apple has sent me discs in this past but i don't think they are the ones that will work on the Santa Rosa. Can anyone give me the build number for Discs 1 and 2?

If this is because you need some newer disks or have lost yours, for a nominal fee you can get replacements. 1-800-MY-APPLE.
It may boot ok but you may not have the correct system files for that build of a MBP.

  • Current Audition CS6 Build Number

Just over a week ago I received an email from Adobe Systems containing a link to the Adobe Store. It
was for a downloadable complimentary upgrade to Audition CS6 from the boxed version of Audition CS5.5
    Upgrade.
I installed Audition CS6 on my desktop PC which is running Windows XP Professional SP3.
Since the installation, I've been struggling with a few issues that the program seems to have. I've
spent the last week trying to determine what factors in my computer setup could be causing the
problems. The issues I've been having might become the subject of other posts here on the forum, but
only when I've exhausted all the routes of enquiry that I can think of.
For now, it would be very helpful if at least a few people here could tell me the following about their
    versions of Audition CS6:
    The build number (as reported by Help / About Audition...);
    Whether Audition CS6 was from an installation disc or download;
    Whether it was an upgrade or a full version;
Whether it came as part of a suite, or was bought as an individual component.
    My version:
    Adobe Audition CS6
    Version 5.0 Build 708;
    Download;
    Upgrade;
    Individual component.
    Many thanks,
    Steve.

    Hi Stephen.
My installation of CS6 shows the same build number as yours and mine was also obtained via Download, as an Upgrade, and an Individual Component.
So, in all respects mine is identical to yours, except I had to buy the upgrade from CS5.5 because I adopted that version quite soon after it was released.

  • Statusbar displaying current line number?

    Hi,
I am building a swing application where I have one text editor and one status bar. I want to display current line no in status bar. I tried with getCaretPosition() but it does not returns line number, is there any other way to get current line number to display it on status bar? Thanks.

is there any other way to get current line number Did you search the forum?
How about the keywords "current line number", taken directly from your question. So you can see its really not that hard to think of keywords to use in a search.

  • Display build number in application.

I found a few old threads about this with no solution, but nothing recent. Does anyone know if there is a simple method to display the version number of an executable built with the application builder. I have the build set to auto increment this, and would like to be able to see that build number in the installed application.
For clarities sake I mean the build number of the exe, not the build number of the subsiquent installer I create.
At the moment it seems I must manually assign a version/build number and make it visible in the application. For this I use a seperate 'about' vi available from the main routine.
    All suggestions welcome.
I'm using LabVIEW 8.6.1 on Win XP
    Best Regards,
    Bandit.
    Solved!
    Go to Solution.

I'm not sure about this, but what if you would try using a Property Node (Programming -> Application Control palette) with a property of Application -> Version Number.
If I put it in a block diagram of an ordinary VI it returns the current version of my LabVIEW program. But if you put it in an EXE and if you would set up the version for that EXE, maybe it would return that value instead.
Have never tried this, maybe you could give it a chance.
While evaluating my code please have in mind that I am a LV novice. Therefore sometimes my code might violate some coding rules that I have to learn about myself. But how else could I do that...

  • How do I specify the build number when deploying an iOS application (not version number)

I'm looking for a way to specify the application's build number when deploying an iOS application.
Currently in the -app.xml file, you can specify a version number by using:
    <versionNumber>1.0.24</versionNumber>
But when submitting to the iTunes Connect store, I want to be able to submit the new updates as a build change, and not version change to avoid the approval process again.
    Can this be done ?
    Thanks in advance.
    -Daniel

    Hi Gig52,
Unfortunately, there is no way for you update/modify/increment the build/version number information from the command line. You will have to set that via the Project Explorer. You could check the box labeled Auto Increment in the Version Information property to have the version number automatically increment each time you build your application.

  • Build number after Patch 6 not raised in CMC

    Hi guys,
I am currently using BI 4.0 SP 2 Patch 4 deployed on NW 7.3 (Linux) as WAS and Windows Server 2008 R2 as a Intelligence tier (running SIA). I have installed Patch 6 both onto WAS and Windows as well.
Patch 6 installation on both Windows and Linux went fine.  Predeployment of .sca files and their deployement via JSPM went successfully as well. My only concern is that when I log on to CMC I do not see the build number raised. It is still as it was at Patch 4 - 439. In fact, the build number for Patch 6 is 481 (as visible under Windows Programs and Features after Patch 6 installation).
Is this normal? Shouldn't the CMCs build number be also raised? My concern is whether the predeployment couldn't take older web applications for generating .sca files somehow.
    Any idea?
    Thanks.
    Erik.

    Hi Dave,
In Central Management Console, select Settings from top drop-down menu > Properties > Build Number.
In my case I see there the following:
    Build Number:  439
    Product Version:  XI 4.0

  • Run tests with Build number

    Hello,
We are new to TFS and our build server is not yet migrated to TFS. We are using TFS only for test case management and bug tracking. But we would like to record build number when we run the test case. Please suggest on how to achieve this.
    Thanks,
    Aswini

    Hi Aswini,
    Thanks for your reply.
As far as I know there’s no default way to add custom field in test run when open from TFS Web Access, and cannot custom the field in Run Option form in MTM currently too. We suggest you add the Build # information in each test run result form’s
Comment field in MTM, after test case run completed.
For this add custom field in test run form scenario, please submit it to User Voice site at:

  • No release template matching the current build definition was found

    Hi,
I am trying to integrate TFS 2012 project build with Release Managment 2013 Update 3.
I have working agentless (vNext) release template which successfully installs my application on server. Now I want to automaticly start release process after build completition. So I set proper build definition and checked "Can Trigger a Release from

    Any ideas what's wrong?

As of Update 3 you now can do the trigger for vNext via a REST API.  This means you can simply use a PowerShell script called from the standard Default Template xaml file. Below is a script which you can see below can be configured easily into the Build

  • What is the BUILD NUMBER at the Following link?

Can anyone tell me what is the build number at this link? is it the latest 9879?
    http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/preview-iso
does anyone know why is it so hard for microsoft to add the build number at the page?
Do we need to download the 4GB ISO and install it in order to find the build number?
does it cost Microsoft more money to ad 4 NUMBER (IE build number?)
    #Idiots!

    Hi אני,
The ISO available for download is Windows 10 9841 version.
Versions for 9860 and 9879 is only available through Windows update. As this is documented in the blog posted by MakeMelaugh, here is the QUOTED information:
    For Windows 10 9860:
The latest build will come to you automatically via the magic of Windows Update. For most of you this means in the middle of the night (as long as your PC is plugged in and either on or sleeping)
it will be downloaded and installed for you. Note that Windows Update will not automatically download the new build over metered networks.
    For Windows 10 9879:
Just like last time, this new build will come to you automatically via Windows Update, installed during your maintenance window if your PC is plugged in and on or sleeping. If you’re currently in the Fast ring, the build is available
now. If you’re in the Slow ring, you won’t receive the build right away – we’ll publish to Slow after we see how everything goes with the Fast ring. This is a full build, and it will be installed as an in-place upgrade, so you’ll go through those colorful
“installing your apps” screens again. This is because your account is being re-provisioned after the upgrade.
For how to make the Windows 10 9879 ISO available, there seems to be no official way to support it.
    Thank you for your understanding.
And if you have any further suggestions, we may consider take use of Windows feedback tool.
    Edited:
For a clean install, Micrsoft has the latest ISO available from TechNet Evaluation Center.

  • Netbeans - Show build number

I have a small java application that I'm developing that will be pushed to 5 - 10 computers at my company. I'm not using CSV or subversion for version control at this point.
As I'm developing alpha versions of the software, I would like to apply an incremental build number each time that I compile and test the program. I would like this variable to be visible through a JOptionPane.showMessage(..) pop-up pane (Help, About...)
I'm currently using NetBeans IDE 5.5 as my development environment and I'm not at all familiar with ant so I'd prefer a solution that doesn't use ant (or a link to a tutorial that will teach me enough about ant to use it... if that is the only solution)

If this app is meant to permanently be a small utility and you just need to know some sort of build number, why not just have the user e-mail you back the creation date on the .class files?
If this app is going to grow larger and have a long lifetime:
Put source control processes in place before it's too late.
Put a build process in place before it gets out of control.
I think a problem such as this is an indication that more process needs to be put into place. A temporary workaround will only last so long, and probably not long enough.
