Cursor does not sit in the frame correctly for session restore; choice cannot be selected.

Since the last update of firefox I've noticed that the cursor doesn't sit properly in the frame on some websites. Usually it can be solved by clicking in the frame. However, on the session restore page for firefox the cursor will not position in the frame and the choice cannot be selecteed.

Try to disable hardware acceleration.
*Tools > Options > Advanced > General > Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"
If disabling hardware acceleration works then check if there is an update available for your graphics display driver.

It picks the f2.8. I hope that you can get this fixed in Raw 8.6. It is
a major headache for the user of this new lens.

Expert,
I did the following steps to upgrade the OWB repository from 10g to 11g
• Created a dummy workspace in the 11.2 repository
• Created users in the destination environment
• Run Repository Assistant against the 11.1 source database
• Then selected *“Export entire repository to a file”* and selected the MDL(10g) to import
After 99% of completing I have got the below error
Error ACLContainer: 65315 does NOT EXIST in the Object Cache for parentID: 65314
Please let me know the solution.

Hi I had the same error and worked on it for almost a week with no success but there is few work around for this try it it might work for you.
Step 1>Run a health check on OWB 10.2 enviroment(make sure you clone your OWB 10.2 enviroment and then do this healthcheck ,these checks are tricky )

Cursor does not change during the editing of clips

Hi. I am new to iMovie and am looking for some help. I have imported my clips, put them in my timeline and I want to shorten the clips. According to the movie that is on the Apple web site, when moving my cursor over the line separating my clips, my cursor is to 'change' allowing me to shorten the clip. Well, my cursor does not change. Is there a setting that needs to be corrected. Thanks for any help that can be offered.

Hi konrad - the View Menu DOES have a 'Show Clip Volume Levels" IF you are using iMovie HD!
But according to your Profile you have iMovie 4. Volume control in that version is at the bottom beneath the Timeline Audio tracks.

My camera will does not appear in the drop down for importing videos even though it is listed as a supported camera - sony hdr-xr260

My cursor does not move to the confirmation box after selecting delete

When selecting 'Delete' for an email for instance, the cursor would then move to the confirmation box but with Firefox 4 this does happen now.

Out of curiosity, are you using 'NoScript' or anything of the like?
This occurrence happened to me on the Google page and I figured out that 'NoScript' was blocking Google therefore not allowing the cursor to activate in the search input field. I simply ''allowed'' Google.com and I had no problem thereafter. Perhaps you have a similar problem.

No, they seem to have changed that behavior a few times.<br />
In some versions you go to the end of the text and apparently now to the begin of the text.
If you have problems with reading or writing lowercase text then you can use an extension to set a default font size and page zoom on web pages.

The Photo tag does not appear on the iTunes menu for syncing

I had recently bought an iPhone and I would like to transfer some photos from my computer to the iPhone. The problem is that I can`t see the Photos tag on iTunes to select the folders I want to sync. My wife has an iTouch and, with the same computer, she can transfer Photos without any problem. Is there any way to make this tag appear? I would like to use my iPhone as a picture frame as well, and it doesn't seem to work? Is there any other way, for PC users, to transfer some pics from PC to iPhone (again to use it as a photo frame?

hi, I have not this problem, but have read some forums with people having the same problem. It seems to be with people using PC and not mac. Are you using iTunes 9? If so, it seems to be a screen resolution problem, and some of the image is cut and not shown on the screen. Just adjust your screen resolution so the image is all on the screen and the photo tag (the last on the list!!!) will show up!

My HP J5780 printer program does not bring up the desktop icon for faxing. The HP Solution Ctr fails

As stated above, the icon that use to come up on the desktop when you clicked the HP Solution Center (use to be able to scan/fax/etc. by clicking the selected item on the icon) does not come up. Instead I get the following error message when I click on the HP Solution Center: Parsing error in file C:/Program Files (x86)/hp/Digital Imaging/bin/hpqscloc/1033.xml
The printer will fax using the panel on the printer. Everything was working ok prior to replacing the printer with HP8500A Plus. At which time I deleted all files and programs associated with the J5780 printer and installed the software for the 8500A printer. I was not satisfied with the 8500A, so I removed the software for the 8500A from the computer and then restored my computer to a prior date when the J5780 was installed and working ok. Another problem that I have with the J5780 printer follows: Prior to having a WIN7 computer, the printer would print on both sides of the paper. Since installing the WIN7 computer, it will not print on both sides. I have discussed this problem with HP in the past but still do not have a fix for this problem. If anyone can help me on these two problems, I would really appreciate it.
Does anyone have the Starter CD for WIN7 systems for the HP Officejet J5780. If so, could you make a copy for me and I will pay you for it.

It sounds like there is something on the computer blocking the installation. Please complete the following steps and let me know the outcome;
Follow these steps to reset the registry settings and options for Windows Installer.
Hold down the Windows Logo key on the keyboard and the 'R' to open the run box
In the Open box, type msiexec /unregister, and then click OK.

Why Skype does not work with the new OS for iphone

Since I downloaded the new OS, skype for iphone does not work at all. Nobody can hear...

Have you tried deleting the app then reinstalling it? If not, give that a try.

In Firefox window below toolbar, I am unable to click on links in the upper part of the window, ie the cursor does not change into the hand icon and the link is not highlighted.

The toolbar and the lower part of the window works normally, as does the whole window in Internet Explorer.
I have reinstalled Firefox with no improvement.

Firefox 4 for the Mac OSX is hanging much too often and does not respond to the "QUIT" Command for a time, i dont know if this is just me, but im running Quad Core i5 2.6ghz and 8 GB RAM the Graphics card is the Macbook Pro factory one

I am unable to delete any of the installed apps on my iPad2. If I press on the icon i wish to delete, it merely starts shaking but does not show me the X sign for the delete.

Why does not apple have the same Support for customers in India like they have in UK ?

I was settled in Uk and now recently shifted to india, but here i see that there is a difference in the customer service support . I am under Guarantee from apple and any problem i used to have back in UK could be sorted over the phone possible. Like i used to have an option to recieve a call from apple support and get my issues solved if they were software issues. But here in India i see that any issues that i face i would have to take it to the Store. Well it gets a little irritating . Would like to know why the support is different in different places.

Cursor does not appear on Facebook page load. Spacebar shifts page down.

Cursor does not appear anywhere on Facebook page load. It used to land in the first text box, and as I was used to this I would open an FB page and start typing. Nothing was entered into the text box, and when I hit Spacebar it shifts the page down.
Couple of things:
It acts this way both in normal and in "safe mode".
It acts correctly on Google - it is my home page and when I open it the cursor is always in the search box. It also acts correctly on YouTube.
The cursor DOES NOT appear in the URL bar (thankfully)
The cursor DOES NOT appear in any text boxes on any other pages I open >> The Weather Channel, TED.com, Amazon.com
The Spacebar scrolls the screen down one frame at a time.
It has the same behavior with the "Always use the cursor keys to navigate within pages
I am using FF 18.0.1 on Windows XP
I have tried a lot of the weird tips and tricks suggested on this support forum, but none of them address specifically this issue.

If I'm not logged on then the cursor is in the login form at the top.<br />
Once logged in the main body has focus and not a specific element, so you have to click in an input filed to set focus to it.
If it worked before then they have changed the code of that page recently and it is just a coincidence that it happened around the time that Firefox updated.
