Cursor Locked: Cannot use backspace, up down etc

All,
I am facing this strange issue today of not being able to use any of the scroll functions either in the keyboard or through the mouse. I tried refreshing my SQLDeveloper s/w.
Please help.
I use 1.5.1.

The keyboard issue might get fixed by doing Preferences - Accelerators - Presets - Default, but the mouse won't be affected by that.
Else you can reset to factory defaults by deleting the \Application Data\Sql Developer\SystemX.X folder under your Windows profile.

before enter in sqlplus you can set this :
oracle@chopin:~> set -o vi
and after connect with sqlplus you can erase
pressing ESC and several times the key "x"

I am using macbook pro, been having a problem with my keyboard. Suddenly the uppercase, lowercase, numeric, etc are not working properly. I even cannot submit question to Apple, because I cannot type my password properly. Thank God I have this ipad, so I submit question using it.
This has only been going on several days, and it managed to frustrate me, as my work is much dependable on my laptop now. Please help.....I tried everything I know, unsuccesfully. I just moved in to my hometown- a small city, nobody understand apple here, don't even have a store nor service center for apple....

Might have a hardware issue that was caused by the minor liquid spill.
Take it to Apple to have them look at it. I think they do a free diagnostics. That way you can find out what's wrong with your MB.

CS5 Panels acting bizarrely - unable rearrange the dock panels and cannot use the drop down menus

The panels are not functioning properly in my new version of CS5. Several things are wrong:
I cannot click a panel tab and move it. When I click on a panel, nothing happens. I tried moving the swatch panel to the bottom of the dock and I got nothing. I tried Command Click and I was able to move the swatch panel off the dock, but when i tried to re-dock it at the bottom of the panels, it would not dock in.
Also, when I try click on the menus in the panels in the dock, nothing happens. I have to click multiple times....and then the drop down menu just appears for a milisecond and then disappears....so I am not able to select anything.
Oh...and I am working in 32 bit.
Anyone have a clue what to do?

Sounds like your problem is solved.
If you look at Alien skin's website regarding CS5 (http://support.alienskin.com/Article_BB9D5.aspx), then you'll see that they state that their plug-ins are CS5 compatible, so maybe you have an old version, or maybe you want to let them know about this issue.

How do i fix my touch screen? my phone seems frozen though it rings, etc., but i cannot use my scene to turn phone on. I can't even turn it off because the slider doesn't respond.

Try a reset, hold down the home/power button together until you see the apple logo and then release, then wait for the phone to boot back up. NO data is lost.

When you say that you rebooted, do you mean like this? Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
If thats what you did and it failed, it couldn't hurt to reset your router as well by unplugging it from power for about 30 seconds.
You can also try Resetting All Settings. Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings. That will require you to join the network again and that might trigger the connection again. No data is lost when resting all settings but as the name implies, all device settings will be restored to factory defaults and you will have to enter your preferred settings again.

Mac Book Pro i7 2.2 16 GB 1333 Ram, (2) 450GB SSD both internal to machine. At this point I am losing file because I am unable to save in the file type I need. Does anyone out there know how to solve this issue?

I haven't been unify photoshop much in the past month, but I did try your suggestion and it seemed to work for a while. Today when i went to save a document the same thing happened: click on file>save at this point I can not click on save even though it is highlighted. Tryed to use command s that brings up the save dialogue box, but when I try to change file type I again cannot select it from the drop down menu.

It would worth your asking in the Final Cut Pro X forum - someone else may have experienced the same problem.
I assume you have already trashed Preferences/ByHost/com.apple.dotmac... (several files beginning with this) and (same path) com.apple.idisk - though I suspect the problem lies rather with the individual programs which are trying to access something on the non-existent iDisk.

I ahve this small report which shows the pro-rate factor .
