Cursor Problems in Adobe Edge

Hi!
I have this problem.
I opened an Adobe Edge working file, run it and there are cursor problems in the latest Adobe Edge version. I was doing a drag and drop animation. Cursor problems did not exist in the older Adobe Edge version. I had to install the latest Adobe Edge Animate as the previous version had expired. This cursor problems of going hay wire after running it from the working file, has been going on for a few animations. And it takes more time and effort for me to rectify and debug the errors before continuing with my work. By the way, the .html from the previous Adobe Edge version works alright. It is only when I want to edit the working file in the newer Adobe Edge version, that it gives me all these problems.

I'm able to solve the problem. I looked through the codes and tried changing those parts which require the symbols' position to be changed through trial and error. If i'm not mistaken, it is related with the CSS.. it is tedious, but yeah, just change a part of the symbols' position first and try out the whole animation. observe and note down what are the changes. It will help you alot in your future code editings of the animations.

Das Problem mit Adobe Edge und Firefox war ja letztes Jahr schon Thema....
Aber dieser Blog hier     http://blogs.adobe.com/edge/        beschreibt ja eigentlich das Adobe das Problem mit diesem Fix 6.1 gelöst hätte ??!!
Irgendwie stehe ich auf dem Schlauch....auch irgendwelche Tricks im Netz den Mimetyp von "text/javascript"   auf "Application/javascript" zu tauschen und den Typ in einer
.htaccess zu definieren blieb erfolglos
Meine Adobe Software ist auf dem allerneusten Stand und meine Firefoxversion ist 21.0
Wäre für jede Hilfe und Hinweise sehr dankbar :-)

Mein Problem wurde in Teamarbeit in dem wirklichen tollen und hilfsbereiten Adobeforum geklärt.

Problems installing Adobe Edge Animate

I tried the preview version for a while, but after deleting it from my system (Mac Pro Lion) i can't install the normal version through Creative Cloud?! What do i have to do here? When i try i get the message that i have to delete the betaversion on my computer. I did that i think. But what are the steps to erase this trialversion all together?

Trying the Adobe uninstall Edge Animate (see link above) didn't do the trick either. This is getting really irritating!! Somehow, somewhere there still is some reference to the betaversion so it seems. Help!!!

I am having problems installing Adobe Edge through the Adobe Application Manager

I´m lost. I got an email advice to install Edge Animate.
1. In IE the Install Manager never loaded. So I quit IE
2. I finally go it to work in Google Chrome
3. I clicked on install
4. Everything got installed
5. But there was no link on how to launch the installed application and no help
Here is the last screen shot that I have. If I quit this install application, it appears that all is lost as my download will be cancelled and I won´t be able to use the application.
However, there is nothing to click on to launch this application. I find nothing in my Control Panel and have no idea what URL to go to start.

I've looked but still can't figure out how to uninstall the priview and apparently the Applications Manager isn't equipped to overwrite it. Last I checked the preview expires in a few weeks and becomes "unavailable". Does anyone have a solution for outright removing it before then?

Having problems installing Adobe Edge Preview

I've tried to download the new version of Adobe Edge Preview, but it won't
install because it says there is a previous version on my computer. I had
trashed and deleted the previous version but apparently there are hidden
files that still exist in my computer. I have a MacBook Pro OS 10.6.7. I
would appreciate any help I can get...please!

1. Uninstall Adobe Applications manager (Which is not needed to install edge)
2. Get Edge from http://labs.adobe.com/technologies/edge/ and install

Form inside lightbox cursor problem in Adobe Muse

So. When I put form inside lightbox and trying to clicking on the fields - they doesn't work, cursor doesn't appears. But works when click on label. See pictures below. Any advices?

Adobe Edge Animate 2014 Can't Start! -- "d3dx9_43.dll" missing. Multiple re-installs same problem. Help?? :(

This is the Dialogue I am presented after every attempt to launch Adobe Edge Animate CC 2014.
"EdgeAnimate.exe - System Error"
"The program can't start because C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Edge Animate CC 2014\cef\d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."
I've re-installed Edge Animate several times now, even restarting computer between installs. For whatever reason, whenever Edge Animate is installed, this particular "d3dx9_43.dll" file will not install along with. What can I do? I use Animate frequently enough that this will become an issue if it cannot resolve soon. Please help.

Adobe Edge installation problem

I downloaded Adobe Edge Animation installer in my PC with Windows 7 and, three times I tried install it, without success. All time this message appears: "Founded following problem: fail error on installation of creative cloud desktop. (Error 1)"
Someone can help me?

You can try this :
Please rename OOBE to OOBEE.OLD Folder from the following location
location in Window C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe
location in Mac: library>.application support>>Adobe>> OOBE
After renaming the OOBE folder please uninstall Adobe creative cloud from the cleaner tool and re-installed the product from from www.creative.adobe.com/apps
PS: Please uninstall Creative cloud connection if you see in Cleaner tool.
As the above discusson also mentions renamimg, Please disable the firewall of the system & network & then retry.

Incase the error still persists, then the next best step would be to review your installation logs to determine the exact point of failure.

Im haveing a problem with google map in my adobe edge web page file project

ok iv set my google map for a certain address in adobe edge however when I load the file in a internet browser the map is scrolled further away from the address and marker that is placed on the address.
the problem is that when I load the page the map is not on target it looks like this

Please correct your download file - it will not open/unzip - it says it is currupted or damaged.

Adobe Edge CC install log in problem

Anyone else having troubles installing Adobe Edge CC on their mac. I get to the point where the Adobe Appliaction Manager (7.0.0.414 (7.0.0.414)) is asking for me to sign in and when i put in my details (which I've changed my password to see if that made a difference) the loading animation just sits there looping for more than 10 minutes before I cancel it.
I installed Adobe Reflow CC with no problems (or it asking for my log in), so this is weird. Any help would be appreciated.

I work at a University, so on my Mac I had to do the following: go to apple icon->system
preferences->network->ethernet->advanced->proxies-> and untick all proxies on left hand side.
Then it gave me access.

Adobe EDGE click-through example problems

I was just reading through Jim Babbage's recent Adobe EDGE
article "How to create a click-through mock-up
with Adobe Fireworks CS3" (thanks Jim!) and ran into two
weird problems with the mockup_final.png file that comes in the
tutorial's ZIP file. Has anyone else encountered these?
(1) I cannot save the file after making even a single minor
change - I get an error message that the file is locked.
(2) When I export the HTML click-through (according to the
instructions), the index.html page looks and acts as expected, and
the image file is 845x700 px. However, the two gallery pages
(europe_gallery and canada_gallery) are tiny and look like
thumbnails (200x166 px) - the hotspots are in the proportionally
correct place, but the pages are miniscule! (At first I thought it
might be a weird Firefox issue resizing the bitmaps, but the actual
JPEGs are this size!)
I'm not sure how or why FW CS3 is exporting a normally sized
page as a very small image. I've shut-down and re-started FW,
downloaded the ZIP file again, and even tried to export before
making *any* changes and after making minor changes to the file.
Every time the canada_gallery and europe_gallery pages export as
200x166 px bitmaps.
Jim, if you're reading this, do you have any ideas or
solutions? (And thanks for all of your contributions to this forum

Problema al compilar archivos de Adobe Edge

Hola, tengo un problema al compilar archivos de la carpeta public de Adobe Edge. Tanto en Xcode como en Eclipse con Phonegap aparece un error en la sintaxis del archivo preload.js que Edge ha creado. Con otros archivos de Edge sin embargo no ha aparecido el mismo error. ¿Alguien más ha tenido este problema? Y de ser así, ¿cómo se puede solucionar?

A ver si entiendo, al compilar los archivos el archivo que tiene problemas es el preload.js, has intentado abrir el archivo para ver qué está ocasionando el problema? Intenta descargar esta librería http://www.createjs.com/#!/PreloadJS

Adobe Muse, using an adobe edge web font but having a problem with Google Chrome

I have created a website with Adobe Muse and I am using an adobe edge web font that looks great on all browsers except for google Chrome... On chrome the font looks fuzzy and broken-up. Is there a way to fix this??? Thanks.

Adobe Edge download problem

Adobe application manager can't download Adobe Edge Animate. Is there any alternative download way to Adobe application manager for download Adobe Edge Animate.

Is Edge Animate not showing up in the Adobe Application Manager? If so your system might not meet the required Tech Specs listed here http://html.adobe.com/edge/animate/tech-specs.html.
