Custom Error Report for Truested Recon in OIM 11.1.1.5

Hi,
We are planning to have a custom scheduled task to generate csv report for failed recon events. We have some 4 trusted recons (2 custom + 2 GTC) in our environement. Does a DB query would be sufficient to meet our requirement. If yes please suggest the tables that we need to consider. Please suggest whether it is a good practise and has any one implemented such before ?
We cannot go far any tool like BI publisher now so any means of generating report through custom code would be helpful.

The RECON_EVENTS and OBJ table will be sufficient to know which resource object the recon event was for, and the status of the recon event.

In this you can control the release of order & also issue custom messages. Work with your technical person to implement the same.

Error in configuring Custom Error Pages for Faces Portlets

you can specify an errorUri attribute on the facesContent object for the error page.
<netuix:facesContent contentUri="/testList.jsp" errorUri="/error.jsp"/>
WebLogic Workshop even allows setting this in the tool.
However, the errorUri never gets picked up and the following error shows up.
<BEA-423266> <No setter for property :: errorUri.>
Anyone faced this problem. Is there any other alternative to specify a custom error page for JSF portlets.
Please note that the errorUri works fine for the jspContent tag used for JSP Portlets.

You need to check if you have access to AXF_CONFIGS table. Check if you have ran GRANT_ACCESS.sql script which has below grant commands.
grant execute any type to apps;
grant create type to AXF;
grant select on AXF.AXF_CONFIGS to apps;
v_formId AXF_CONFIGS.FORMID%TYPE; means tableName.columnName%type;
so looks like when you are running AXF_EBS_SOLUTION_DATA.sql you are not able to access AXF_CONFIGS table.

GL Account Report for a Recon Account

I am trying to find a report for a asset recon account that will give balances by profit center and by cost center (with descriptions). We are usibg business areas so need to break it up by business area and period.
Is there any standard report available for this purpose or what other options are available to get this type of information out of SAP?

Customer master report for new and changed customer

Hi All,
I want to write a report for customer master, If a new customer is created or if customer is changed the report should get the customer and download it to a flat file.
There is no proper spec they want customer based on acount group,Here how i can find the customer is newly created or changed. Change pointer is active.
in table CDHDR if customer is created the date and object id is there but changed the changed date is not in table kna1.
Please help me regarding the logic.

Please check for the delta entries on the customer master tables in DBTABLOG.
This table stores all the changes made in database level.

Custom Error message for BI iview

Hi guys,
We have configured over 100 BI iviews in Portal which we do not want people to access for a certain period. A simple option we have thought is to remove all permissions on the System connector created for BI which would automatically deny users from accessing it. However, it gives a Portal Runtime Error message, is it possible to custom a message page for it?

We have a requirement to display a custom error page instead of the standard"404 - The requested resource is not available" displayed in KM document iView, when the resource in question doesn't exist.
Is it possible to display custom error message? If so, how can we achieve this functionality? What are the settings to be made?

But the scenario what I am talking about is different from the one mentioned in the link.
I am using a KM Document iView. In the iView parameter, Path to Document, I have given the path to a document which does not exist in KM.
For example, Path to Document - /documents/Test Folder/abc.html.
There is no document by the name abc.html in KM.
In this case, I get an error called "404 - The requested resource is not available." How can I get rid of this message and show a custom message instead?
Please note that, this message appears at the iView level (and not page level as mentioned in the link)

Customized error message for MethodValidator

Hi,
I coded a validation method and attached it to an entity attribute through the MethodValidator of the Entity Object validation tab.
When I test it in the application module tester, it works fine. Just the error message produce by BC4J is too generic, like "JBO-27013: Attribute set validation method validateIsSoldTo failed for attribute IsSoldTo in Customer".
Is there anyway that I can provide a more meaningful customized error message?
I am using JDev 3.2.2 for a JSP application using Data Tag.

short of coding the dml procs yourself and trapping those error messages that way, i don't think we offer you a good way currently to trap and translate error messages coming out of our automatic DML processes. i've just logged the enhancement request to facilitate this, but for now i'm pretty sure you'd have to code that dml and trap your errs yourself.

Custom Error Message For Session State Violation

Can anyone tell me is there a way to have a custom error message whenever there is a session state protection violation ?
Currently it throws an error message as follows:
"Session state protection violation: This may be caused by manual alteration of a URL containing a checksum or by using a link with an incorrect or missing checksum. If you are unsure what caused this error, please contact the application administrator for assistance"
Can i have a custom message here ? An image, or a custom text for a more friendly end-user message

Creating a customized Historical Report for Abandon Calls

Hello
I have a specific question about generating a customized report for a user. She wants to know the abandonment rate minus the calls that drop off in 10 seconds. I don't use historical reports so I'm not too sure how to do this. I looked at the canned reports but it doesn't look like none of those works.
Can this be done?

Here's a couple of suggestions:
1) You can try the 'Contact Service Queue (by Interval)' report. This has a stat on it called 'Percentage of Service Level Met— Without Abandon'. The description of this is:
Percentage of presented calls, not counting abandoned calls, handled within the time shown in the Service Level field. This value is calculated as follows:(Number of calls handled within service level / (Number of calls presented – Number of calls abandoned within service level) * 100%
So to get this working the SLA on your queues would need to be set to 10 seconds, and presumably 100% of calls to be answered at 10 seconds.
Be aware that the SLA calc is done when the call happens, so if you don't already have those settings it will apply to calls from the time you make the change.
2) As per Anthony's suggestion, and custom report is the other option. It's a matter of developing SQL code and a Crystal template, and some XML for UCCX HRC - so unless those are things you are familiar with it's not trivial. Maybe PM me if you want it doing for you.

I want to develop an customer Ageing Report in abap to calculate the net due date which is similar to the Tcode fbl5n but the problem is functional consultant told me about this tcode and there is no such information regarding the specified tables which are to be used. Use the development tools available to you - the transaction and a sample account is all you need. Debug, ST05, SE30, etc....

Custom error message for Back Button Error

I am using JDeveloper 9. I have tried to create a custom error message to handle a "Back button" press.
But the error message is usually ignored and the system's regular "Stale data" message appears. Is there a way to prevent the system's message from appearing and to raise a custom error message?

Error report for itunes

when i open itunes an error report box pops ups and itunes doesnt open! what can i do?

I have this exact same problem. I don't know how to fix it either. So I'm just gunna tag along with you here. I have tried to uninstall it, then re-install it. That didn't help. I've saved all my pix to a floppy and contacted dell and had them do a system re-boot..then tried to download and install it again. But nothing has helped.
