Custom field display on PO (me23n)

Hi, there.
On me23n screen in ECC60, I see descriptions of plant, material and material group code appear on
the screen, instead of code value.
I need to create a custom field on me23n and I need to make description of the custom field appear,
just like other standard field.
(The custom field has a custom master table with description ).
How could I achive this, without creating another custom filed for decsription?
Please, let me know.

Custom field display as a checkbox in SRM - Shopping Cart

Hi Friends,
I added a new field on SRM Screen.
Field details are as follows
Field Name : ZZPCARD_ORDER
Domain : char_x (Checkbox)
When I see BASIC DATA screen on Shopping Cart, I am getting this field as a simple character field but NOT as a CHECKBOX. Can anyone help me to display this as CHECKBOX ? FYI,I have tried with different data elements / domain available as checkbox. Customer fields are displayed dynamically in subscreen so it is bit difficult to find field attributes.

HR forms custom fields display

Hi,
1) I am designing a payslip, HR forms in PE51. I need to display some fields from a custom developed infotype.Example, I am displaying fields from p9030(custom developed) for employee shifts details, no pays. How can I include this fields from p9030 to payslip form.
2) In sm30 for V_T512Q, I am not able to add fields of a table longer than 11 characters. How will we add those fields to forms.

Oim reconciliation not update after adding custom fields

In Oracle Identity Manager 11.1.2 with connector
Connector for Oracle Internet Directory Release 11.1.1
I reconciliated users LDAP to oim, and after I add custom fields for target reconciliation, and I try to update these users with the new custom fields resend reconciliation event, this new custom fields displays in the event reconciliation page and do not in the user form for LDAP.
I already create the new form with the news custom fields associated with the application Instance.

Solution:
FVC (Form Version Control Utility) comes with OIM which updates the form which are associated with existing users.
Using the Form Version Control Utility - 11g Release 2 (11.1.2)
OR
Update PROCESS_FORM_TABLE set PROCESS_FORM_TABLE_VERSION =(Select SDK_ACTIVE_VERSION from SDK where SDK_NAME='PROCESS_FORM_TABLE');COMMIT;NOTE:Replace PROCESS_FORM_TABLE with actual process form i.e. "UD_XXX"

Need to add a custom field in ME23N item detail

How to make the custom field enable/disable in ME21n/ME22n/ME23n trans

Hi Experts,
I need help.
I have created one custom field in the transaction ME21n/ME22n/ME23n under customer data 2 tab. But my problem is the field is always in enable (means editable only) even in Display mode. How to make the field is non editable in display mode and editable in change mode.
I have tried by putting some logic to make that field to change alternatively according to change/display button. And it is working fine but if we click any othe button , this field is becoming editable even in display mode.
How to make this field to behave as standard fields?

If you have BADI implimented for custom tabs then you can do this in method ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST~FIELDSELECTION_ITEM
lv_changeable = im_header->is_changeable( ).

Custom field's text not getting displayed in standard report

Hi All,
I have a requirement like this .
There is a Custom field which we have added in a standard FICO report ie S_PL0_86000030 ( G/L Account - Balances ).
The custom field is added through a report painter , while seeing the config of report painter the custom field is showing the selection text , but when we run this transaction S_PL0_86000030 , the technical name of that field appears in the selection screen .
For example if the field is ' matnr' then we give the text as 'Material Number' . Then in the screen this field is getting displayed as Matnr instead of Material Number.
Please suggest me on this.

Custom field not getting displayed in SUS PO item level

HI all,
We are using SRM 5.0, ECC6.0 and ECS scenario.
As per SAP note 762984, we have enhanced the structures such as :
INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF_SUSPO
INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF
and have added a record in the following place in SPRO:
Supplier Relationship management-> Supplier self service->Make field control settings for tables.
| Item | Display | Z.PO.ITM.VIEW
| Item | Change | Z.PO.ITM.EDIT
But we are unable to display the field in the SUS screen.
We had also referred to the following blog :

but had no success.
Please let us know if we did something wrong or are we missing something.
Also please let us know if BSP changes are really necessary to do this as neither in the SAP note nor in the above mentioned blog, there is any mention about this.

Thank you for your inputs. I executed the program but it didn't display the field.
But I was able to rectify it by re-creating the steps mentioned in the blog (see original post). I had missed giving correct positions to the custom field.

Custom fields in additional data B not displaying - Sales Order

Hi gurus,
I added some custom fields to the addtional data B tabstrip in sales order screen, but they didn't display. This is in the client's system. BUT in our own system it works perfectly. The screen has been activated.
Maybe it's because of the version difference?
Anyone experienced this before?
Any suggestion will be great.

Custom Field value is not getting populated in Display mode

Hi Experts ,
I have created a custom field on sales tab for BP Role Bill to prty in BP transaction in SAP CRM. The problem i am facing is that , after i chose my sales area field value is not populating in first time no matter whether i am in display or change mode but the moment i switch to the other mode the value is being populated. Kindly help me in solving this.

If the field is added through AET, can you please check the Get & Set Methods?
If the field value has fixed values which you have defined while creating, then check GET_V & GET_P methods.

Custom fields not display in SRM5.5 Basic Data Frame

Hello Everybody,
      I am working on SRM5.5 Server which i have to add two custom fields in Basic Data Frame..
     No field is display in basic data frame After I added those fields in INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF_SC and INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF.
    I added these fields by help of 672960 OSS notes..
   Add also when i execute the program BBP_DYNPROS_GENERATE where I entered the program name as SAPLBBP_PDH_CUF and execute but non of them is working fine..
Is there anything else do i need to display custom fields in basic data frame??
I have one more question..
When you logon through SAPGUI and goto BBPSC01 t.code where you see lots of fields in basic data frame such as unloading point and all.. But those all fields does not display when you logon through WebURL..
I checked is there any BAdi such CUF or Screenvarient or some Badi has been actived but non of the Badi has been implemented..
To display all the fields which are display in GUI Mode also should display in URL..
To bring this functionality , What do i need to do?

We are trying to add custom fields to the Shopping Cart Header. We are using SRM 5.0. We added the fields to the structures "INCL_EEW_PD_HEADER_CSF_SC" & "INCL_EEW_PD_HEADER_CSF". We are able to see the custom fields. But the issue is , we are able to see the custom fields in the Shopping Cart one step shop scenario. Whereas when we run the wizard which is a 3 step scenario, we are not able to see the custom fields.
Technically speaking, the custom fields are visible for the ITS BBPSC01 & BBPSC03 , where as these custom fields are not visible for the ITS BBPSC02.
Please let me know, if we need to append the fields to some other structure to be able to see them in the Shopping cart wizard also.
I will be gald to provide any kind of info.

When you are adding a custom field to MAKT table you have to add it to appending structres SKTEXT and DMAKT too because the standard uses them to read/write the data to MAKT. It's easy to do but hard to find out

Displaying Custom field in shopping cart header

Hi all, I know how to add a field to header and item levels of the shopping cart.
- In the note 672960 it says 'Note that the header fields cannot be displayed for the shopping cart. If you define fields on the header, they can only be filled in BADIs.'
However,
We are able to fill in the name of the shopping cart on the third step, which is also a part of header information. Is there a possibility to add a custom field(the user must be able to fill it) and display it in that screen???

Those fields are in the BSEG table but my problem is that I can't display them on the F-47 transaction.
So can you help me make those custom fields appear in F-47 ? Please help me I am so desperate now...

Content Search web part - Display Project Enterprise Custom Fields and Lookup Tables

My ultimate goal is to display a rollup table of our active projects (from PWA) on another site collection using the content search web part. I can return default properties (such as the project name, author and URL) fairly easily using the same basic steps

My problem is that I want to also display information associated with each project from our PWA enterprise custom fields (such as risk, phase, etc.)
Because these custom fields do not appear to be site columns, I'm at a bit of a loss as to how this data is searched / indexed / mapped.

According to your description, my understanding is that you want to display PWA enterprise custom fields in a Content Search web part in SharePoint 2013.
As your active projects were from different site collection with the Content Search web part, you need to do a crawl for the content source, then create a managed property for the column in CA->Search Service Application->Search Schema. When you create
the managed property, select Searchable, Queryable, Retrievable. Then map it to the crawled property based on the custom column. You can find the crawled property by searching the name of the column in crawled properties.
