Custom fields are clearing in SOS tab?

Hi,
I added 5 custom fields in SOS tab when moving from one tab to other tab values are getting cleared.
Could you please let me know how to solve this issue its urgent.

Hi,
SOS Tab designed only for showing the data. No data transfer to shopping cart occurs automatically - you have to implement it by yourself.

Custom field in 'Notes and Attachment" tab of shopping cart

Hi All,
I am working in SRM 7.0 classic scenario and i have requirement in which i need to add custom field in 'Notes and Attachment" tab of the shopping cart portal.
I have added those fields in structure --- INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF and INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF_SC.
Also implemented the BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI in while i am populating the custom field value.
I have created custom field as INPUT FIELD in webdynpro component /SAPSRM/WDC_DODC_NA and view : V_DODC_MAIN_VIEW.
Now I can see the custom field value in table BBP_PDISC, but i am not getting the value in Shopping cart "Notes and Attachments" tab.( I am able to see the field but not the value of it).
The value is getting populated in ITEM DATA tab instead.
Please suggest if i am missing anything in the process and how to achieve this.

Hi,
You have done everything.. well.. except that you did not set the attribute of the input field to this value.
When you have value u just need to bind it using set_attribute method of the element.
Use ctr+f7 to generate the wizard .. select in set mode.. click on context and select the attribute that you have created in the context.

Data arrived in ODS new data - all data fields are cleared

Hello Experts
We are loading every day since 3 years data into a DSO There is a simple start routine.
Issue:
Suddenly 1x record out of 12'000 records loses the data fields or in other words the data fields are cleared. The key part of the record still extists. The table of new data shows the record with all cleared data fields. Thus before activation the data are lost already somwhere in updating.
We dont use expert routines, no end routines ect. It is a simple 1:1 transformation with a simple start routine.
We debugged the start routine and the record still exists correctly at the end of the start routine with all entries in the data fields.
So quite tricky and we hope of some good ideas , you may help us.

The data request has been split in 2 x data packages.
And the erroneous record was exactly the last data record in data package 1.
I have than increased the data request size from 10’000 Records to 50’000
records (default) and it worked than perfectly without clearing any data
columns
For me absolutely not understandable, why this can happen.
Do you have an idea.

You can create field using EEWB or follow the following simple process
1. Create the required field as " attribute" using the tcode COMM_ATTRSET
2. Assign it to a set type using the same tcode COMM_ATTRSET
3. Assign this set type to the product category usign the tcode COMM_HIERARCHY in the set type tab and use the view ID as "BASIC"
The field will then be available to you in the product master to the products with are created with the named product category

Custom fields on shipping notification (ASN) tab in PO.

Hello Guys,
We are on SRM_SERVER 550 service pack SAPKIBKT07.
We would like to add custom fields on the shipping notification (ASN) tab in PO.
To do so we had gone through the OSS Note: Note 672960 - User-defined fields 2.
But couldnt find the structure in which the custom fields can be added. More over we are not running on SUS.
Currently we are creating ASN through XI interface. Using Sproxy We had called the function module BBP_DDN_UPDATE to create the ASN.
Do let us know if any details are needed.

You can add custom fields in a separate tab in header using the below 2 BADIs.
1. ME_GUI_PO_CUST
2. ME_PROCESS_PO_CUST
For above BADI's create screen ...and assign the screen group and screen no for that implementation....

For BADI's,
1)goto to tcode SE24 give the CL_EXITHANDLER and display and then double click on the GET_INSTANCE
keep Break point at this location 'call method cl_exithandler=>get_class_name_by_interface'
then the tcode it will trigger there and we can debugg there we can find badi'for that tcode and then remove the break point.
2)Goto to tcode->status->program name->double click on that program will display's
then press crtl+F then cl_exithandler

PO screen custom fields are not in correct order

Hi Experts,
After creating Shopping cart and purchase order successfully created.
Added my custom fields for PO structure INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSD_PO fields are visible in PO screen automatically with out adding my custom fields in PO layout /SAPSRM/WDC_DODC_PO_I_BD
when i go to PO screen i can see my custom fields but all fields are not in correct order.How can my fields should be in order.
and i added two custom buttons in my PO layout for WD component /SAPSRM/WDC_DODC_PO_I_BD i am not able to see my buttons?
Could you please help me out in this issues its urgent.

I've had this problem. There may be a more elegant solution, but what I do is make a playlist of the album and put the movements in the correct order in the playlist. I've also put numbers (01, 02, etc.) in front of the name of the movements. Either one works.

I want to add custom field in tab 'Genera'l in tcode IQ02 .
I tried to find the screen exits but none of them is useful.
I want to add in program : SAPMIEQ0
Screen number: 101.
Is there any way through BADI we can add the same?

Have you tried config (tscode = spro)?
You might just find inactive fields that could meet your requirement.

Custom fields are not appearing in BP

Hi Friends,
My requirement is to add a new fields in Business partner(TCode:BP). For this I have created a new tab using Business data tool set by following every step. I have regenerated the screens also(using Tcode:BUSP). But after executing the transaction I am able to see the tab but not the fields. Fields are not appearing in the tab. What might be the reason?? Kindly clarify me.

I have requirement where in I need to add two custom fields in IE02/IE03.
Completed part :
1. The new fields are added in the EQUI table in CI_EQUI structure.
2. Created a project in CMOD and linked enhancement ITOB0001 to it .
3. Activated the User exits EXIT_SAPLITO0_001 and EXIT_SAPLITO0_002.
4. Logic in EXIT_SAPLITO0_001

Read carefully the SMOD enhancement documentation
During CMOD execution, double-click on one of the Customer-exit dynpro (first time, choice the first one, the other dynpros will be used later for other objects)
In EXIT_SAPLITO0_001, pass the dynpro number in export parameter (e.g. 1000 for first one)
NB: In this exit you receive I_OBJECT_TYPE as imported parameter to identify Object Type: '1' = F/L '2' = EQU '3' = SER (do not try to change it ) so include may start with a CASE I_OBJECT_TYPE. WHEN 'EQU'. E_SUBSCREEN_NUMBER = '1000'... ENDCASE.

I have to add custom fields at item level in transaction VA01/VA02.
Is access key required to add fields to additional data screen i.e 8459 ?
Is there any way to do this without using access key ?

We have got a small requirement to add 2 custom fields in SRM Shopping cart.
Need to add a input field, which should act just like Requisitioner in ECC. ( F4 help ).This will allow to create shopping cart on behalf of some one.
Need to add input field, which resembles Goods Recipient in ECC ( Free text)
After adding custom fields, how do i ensure that, it's mapped to right field in ECC.I spent much browsing SRM forum, but couldn't gather much information. I understood that, this involves configuration in SPRO.
Any information or help in any kind would be really helpful.

IDOC Custom Fields are not coming in MII

Hi Guys,
I am receiving Standard IDOC (MATMAS) with Custom segment. Custom segment having two Z-fields and One Standard field. While fetching the IDOC at MII end, I am able receive IDOC except Z-fields, Custom Segment is coming perfectly with the one Standard field but missing Zfields.
I'm using MII 12.1.5 Build(92). Please provide your suggestions on this issue.

Check if your MII is capbale of reciving the custom fileds. check mapping on sender and reciver side if z fileds are mapped correctly.

ALV output to excel - custom fields are missing

Hi,
I am displaying the output using ALV grid display. I have few fields in the output table that I am calculating based on the rest. When i save this output file to an Excel file I am getting all the fields except the ones that I am calculating. something like
vbeln | posnr | kwmeng | custom field1 | werks
1 0010 10 alb1
I am getting the werks field value in the custom field1. and custom field1 value is missing.
Please suggest me some solutions.

Check the format in which you export to Excel (MHTML, XML, ...) and try antoher one.

Custom field in Purchase Order header tab

Hi,
I have created a custom input field for ME22N transaction using the Program SAPLXM06 and screen number 0101.
The screen is getting visible in PO transaction and user can enter the value in it.
But it is not getting updated in the database table inspite of passing the screen field value to ekko-zzfield.
Moreover, i have defined screen field as ekko_ci-zzfield, as this field has been added in the EKKO table.
What could be the reason???

Adding Z fields in SOS tab

We have a requirement where we need to add Z fields in SOS tab using FPM. How this can be acheived ?
As of now we added the Zfields in the standard structure BBP_PDS_PARTNER using include INCL_EEW_PD_PARTNER_CSF.
Enhanced Standard WDC /SAPSRM/WDC_DODC_SC_I_SOS view V_DODC_SC_I_VENDOR.
Added UI elements in view. So custom fields are displayed in SOS tab.
But the data entered in the SOS tab is automatically refreshed when any action or if we move from one tab to other tab.
I have few queries.
1) Are we following the right approach.
2) Is this possible to handle using SPRO configuration
3) If the above approach is right then how we need to procced further?

check what's happpened in the refresh mapper method /SAPSRM/IF_CLL_MAPPER~REFRESH (/SAPSRM/CL_CH_WD_DODM_SC_I_SOS class).
