Custom Fields to Contract 'Conditions' Screen

Hi
Please share how to add custom fields to Contract 'Conditions' screen just like 'Unit Price'.
As there is no '_CI' table for conditions table, we are not able to implement the same. We also tried using BDT but to no avail.

The requirement is to add three more informational fields beside/below the Unit Price. Those fields should hold data, condition wise. i.e. it requires to add 3 more columns in VICNCN table to which I'm afraid there is no custom include available. Also we referred note 690900. Please help how to proceed.

We have a requirement to add new custom fields in the Contract Item screen at required position, in Left and right side container.
We have tried the following methods but have not been able to achieve the same. Kindly help!
1) Added new field in Context through enhancemnt in the Details screen View of Contract , Binded the field to the field in structure INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF_CTR and add the field to teh Layout - Using this method, The field is not saved to the table.
2) Added the field to meta data table /SAPSRM/V_MDF_IC - This is positionng the field on teh right container at the bottom. We want to position it on left side.
Kindly help to understand where we are going wrong.

Sorry ..You are right..I was looking at some other WDC related to contract data..It you map the CUFs to /SAPSRM/S_CLL_CTR_ITEM which has the include structure INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF_CTR then it should work fine.
If you do this, are you able to view the new fields on the screen?
you mentioned that you are not able to save the data to the table.
Include your fields in INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF as well because if you add CUF to any of those doc types, you also have to add those CUF to the global structure for CUF documents.
Also Check if you fields are there in structures BBPS_CTR_CUF_ITEM,BBPS_CTR_UI_ITEM and BBPS_CTR_ITEM.
Check whether you have implemented the BADI's like BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI ,BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI and BBP_DOC_SAVE_BADI . check out the structures (whether they having the CUFS) used in those if you have implemented any of them .

Adding Custom Fields to Contract Overview Screen

Hi,
I have added Cost Centre as a custom field to the Contract Header screen; I'd like to know if it is possible to add this field to the Overview screen/tab, as we consider it an important field. The SAP documentation hints that it's only possible to add to HEADER or ITEM tabs; is this true?
This is for SRM 7.0
Any pointers would be of great help.

You would have to enhance webdynpro component /SAPSRM/WDC_CTR_DOFC_OV_H for this.

Custom field in Basic data screen of invoice entry screen

hello,
I want to add custom fields in basic data screen of Invoice entry in SRM 5.0.
As invoice Entry screen is divided into three parts:
1. Basic data Screen
2. Header data screen
3. Item data screen
Now according to OSS Note number 672960 we are able to add Custom fields in the header as well as item data screen of invoice entry without any difficulty.
but our requirement is to add custom fields in the basic data screen.
Is there way available to add custom fields in the basic data screen.

Passing custom field in contract in SRM to contract in ECC

Hi,
We are using SRM 7.0 with ECC 6 (no EHP). We're planning to use central contract distributed with IDOCs. Our contract in ECC has custom field added in the header. We have tried and successfully pass the contract from SRM to ECC (using IDOC BLAORD03 and COND_A).
I know we can create custom field in contract in SRM, but how to pass the value in the custom field in SRM contract to custom field in ECC contract? Do we need to edit IDOC BLAORD03? Is it possible?

Moving Custom fields to the main screen in CUP

Hi Gurus,
I am wondering if there is a way to move a custom field to the main screen like under general information instead of it being in the more section. We have a custom field which would be mandatory, So it would be nice to have it on the main screen.

Hi,
There is no way to achieve this. As per the desgin, CUP adds all the standard field to main screen and custom fields under more section.

But in this link while you are at the 11th step
select your required view.
and do the rest as usual.
This is at the configuration level u can add your customer fields.
I dont think there are any exits available that can fulfill your requirement as the same requirement is fulfilled at the customization level.

Adding custom fields in Contract and PO screen

I am trying to enhance contract and PO screen by creating structure Ci_bbp_hdr_ctr and Ci_bbp_hdr_po
Now I am able to display the required fields on the screen.
Is there any other way to do the same??
I want to change the position of the fields, how to achieve that??
and How to display drop down fields??

The position of the customer fields depends on the order you added them in the Incluse structure as per the OSS Notes 458591& 672960. If you added a customer field first then it would appear first simlarly if you have added it at the end of the structure it will appear towards the end of the screen.

Custom view in contract account screen

We added custom fields/view in contract account screen. The new section is confidential and can only be seen if there is proper authorizaion.
I was able to hide the fields in the new view/section but not the view/section itself. If the user has no proper authorization, all the fields are hidden but it still leaves a box with nothing in it.
Is there a way to hide this box or to only display the view/section according to certain conditions?

I do not believe there is an option to hide the section / view completely through any of the configs. Since SAP is building that subscreen area based on config, it would not be possible to suppress it through code either.

Custom field in Contract Account ( CAA3 ) using BDT

Hi,
I need help on BDT Configuration.
I have been trying to add custom fields in the Contract Account, under Payment/Taxes Tab using BDT.
I have followed all the basic steps required for the configuration but still the fields donu2019t seem to appear.
I did refer to BDT Developers Manual from SAP.
Can anyone help?

By Using CAWM area menu t-code you can do the screen enhancements.
After adding fields to field group
Create a view and add this to field group, Create a screen and add ur fields and write code to update those fields in database..
Add your view to the corresponding section.
After this you have to call BUSP t-code , Application object as FICA and activate all screens.

Addition of custom fields in Contract and mapping it with the fields in SRM

Hi all,
A custom field should be added to bid invitation in SRM and mapped to a custom( Z field) field which is present on the contract header screen in R/3 backend. Is it possible to map these custom fields. The custom field which is in the backend contract is a mandatory field for creating a contract in the backend. It is not getting filled so the contract is not getting created in the backend. One solution which we thought of was to create a csutom field on bid invitation and pass the value of the custom field to backend by concatenating it to any of the standard field ehich is getting passed to the backend and then splitting the standard field and retrieving the custom field value and restoring the standard field value. If you think of any solution do let me know.

Creation of Customized field for Pricing Condition tables

Hi Friends
I have a requirement to create a Pricing condition table with Customized field starts with 'Z' and
Field length should be more than 80.
After creating New Customized Field, system is not allowing to create Pricing Condition table and giving error 'Too Many fields selected (larger than 100 bytes)'.
Could you please advice how to over come this error and Maximum field to create Pricing condition table .

Hi there,
Table & table attributes are defined by the ABAPers. Not by finctional consultants.
You need to have an access key to define new tables & access sequence.
Check with your ABAPer. He will be able to help you with that.

Add Custom fields in Report Incident Screen in EHSM

Hello experts,
I want to add custom fields like Notification No. and division in Report Incident screen in EHSM.
I have added two fields.
Business Object: EHHSS_INCIDENT
Node: BASIC_INFO_ALL
Structure: INCL_EEW_EHHSS_INC_BINFA_D (added two fields using append structure)
Now how can i link with my screen and how to fetch notification data (standard F4 help)?
and when i save data, where it will save?
Can you guide me with proper steps for it as i am new in it.

Hi Jayvin,
To add the above fields on the screen, open the component configuration of the required screen.
Enhance the same and add the fields from the respective Node.
You did not worry about saving the data, once the fields are placed on the screen it will get save on click of save/ on event of save.

Custom fields on Purchase order screen in SRM are missing.

SRM 5.0 R/3 4.6c
We have custom fields which appear on the create PO in SRM, the criteria for these fields to appear is if the item is of service type.So if its service item there will be additional/ custom fields for input purchase order screen in SRM,
But at this these fields dont show up for service item PO's . this is happening in Q and P environments while it is working fine in D and S. No changes were made to the system.
Also if I look in to bbp_pd info for the previous service PO, the data shows up in bbp_pd but the data or the custom fields are missing on the web.
We tried deactivating/activating the custom class in Q , but that did not help us!
Consider this as urgernt!
Can anyone please throw some light on this!

if yes, then keep a break point there and see if you are missing any thing there...

Custom fields in Cash Desk Screen

Hi Expert,
We have a requirement to capture Check Issue Date and Drawn on Bank while taking payment in Cash Desk Through Check.
As there is no such field like Check Issue Date and Drawn on Bank (only Amount and Check Number) in the Cash Desk Screen for Check Payment, we need to create custom fields on the Cash Desk Screen for Check Payment.
Could you please suggest me whether we can create custom fields on the Cash Desk Screen for Check Payment? Becasue the fields in Cash Desk Screen ultimately update the corresponding fields for that payment lot in DFKKZP table.

Hi ,
You wont be able to achieve the same with either EVENTS or APPENDING the structure RFKH2 .
For check the structure RFKH2 is used which has the Ehancement category as not enhanceable , so you wont be able to append the structure RFKH2 .
So as a workaround you can use other fields like additional information , reference or other fields for the same .
Else , you will have to go for the access key to change the settings of the structure and then to append it , which is not desirable .
