Custom Lync reporting to get inbound number list and call duration

Hi Guys,
I know this is going to be complex but surely a Lync SQL expert can assist here.
I would like to create a custom report of all inbound call received over a period of time with the call duration. The default reports does not have features to narrow down based on calling numbers. Is there any way that I can get a big extract for all the
calls received by the firm and later I can use vlook up etc to get what I want.
I am not good with sql but this I think

Hi,
Base on my knowledge, you can custom Lync Call Details Reports with the help of the link you provided above.
The first step to creating a custom call details report for use with the pre-existing Lync Server Monitoring Service Reports is to establish a secure connection to the SQL Server and LcsCdr database objects that will be used as data sources for any new reports.
Next, access will be provided to the user-defined database objects that reside in the LcsCDR database. Once the data is accessible, then it is time to present it by using the SQL Server Report tool.
More details, it is for Lync Server 2010, but similar for Lync Server 2013:

Getting StorageManagementInformation using Lists and Libraries

Good morning,
I am using SPSite.StorageManagementInformation to get the size used for my sites. The idea I have is calling this method twice with an accurate number on the limits due to the bad performance this method have (the first call will be run
with SPSite.StorageManagementInformationType.DocumentLibrary and the second one with SPSite.StorageManagementInformationType.DocumentLibrarySPSite.StorageManagementInformationType.List).
Now my question is: what is a list and what is a library? I have run these two methods with a high value for testing and, for example, for Document Libraries I get the next template Ids: 101, 113,114,116,121,122,123 and 851.
I would like to query every list in my SPSite and increase the counter depending on if it is a List or a Library (screenshots attached).

Customer Master Report needed for jurisdiction, tax code, and district

I am trying to pull a customer master report and need to include the following fields:
Name (NAME1)
Account (KUNNR)
Jurisdiction ( TAXJURCODE)
Tax Code (TAXKD)
District, which is County for US addresses (CITY2)
I haven't seen a report with CITY2 and have tried S_ALR_87012180 or opening KNA1, KNVI, etc.
Any ideas?

No there is not such report or transaction.
You may look at tables KNA1 + ADRC.
In table KNA1 there are fields ORT01, ORT02, COUNC and CITYC that could help
Otherwise you must link KNA1 and ADRC with field KNA1-ADRNR = ADRC-ADDRNUMBER

How to get phone to list missed calls when phone i...

ive a nokia 5210. When my phone is off and i get calls i never know because when i switch it on it doesnt tell me ive missed calls. I know on my other phone which is and updated model it does list, so why doesnt the 5210.
Ive tried looking at call divert but when i try to activate divert when unanswered it wont let me

You've had a phone that lists missed calls from when the phone was switched off?
What phone, what network?
I'm pretty sure there's no way of making your phone show you missed calls unless the calls were missed when the handset was on.
About the diverting calls - where are you trying to divert to? If you're on Pay & Go some networks only allow you to divert to voicemail...

How to get information about connections and calls?

I would like to know if there's a way to get informations like time spent and bytes transfered from connections* and callings made from the cellphone, not just from a midlet application?
* Any type of connections like WAP, SMS, GPRS.

As far as getting the time it takes, as i've previously seen responded to this type of problem you can get the time before and after the event that took place and do a subtraction to calculate the time it took.

Customer Aging Report by Highest Due Sorted List

Can any one tell me is there any report where i get Customer Aging Details like S_ALR_87012178 - Customer Open Item Analysis by Balance of Overdue Items. and sorted by highest Due balance Accounts first rather than by Account No.

You can get this in evaluations F.30, however I think the report you mention can be sorted by the highest outstanding amount.
You cannot however in the report you mentioned sort it by say highest amount over 30 days which you can in evalutions.
Use the search option in the forum about how to create evaluations, I have posted some stuff on it before.

How to get MAC address list and HDD serial number from Windows and MAC machine?

I'm developing a AIR application. I'm implementing the product key mechanishm. I need to identify the users' machines uniquely. I chose MAC address would be a better way. But a computer has list of MAC addresses including LAN card and Wi-Fi card addresses. So, I need to get the list of available MAC addresses from the computer and the Hard Disk Drive's serial number. HDD serial number would be helpful to cross verify the identity.
I'm able to get the MAC address using NetworkInfo class. But I need to get a list of available MAC addresses and HDD serial number.
Is there any classess to accomplish this task?

Report to get total number of users logged in after a certain date

Hi,
Is there any report available in SIM which can give us the record of the users who logged into it after a certain date.
I tried to use Historical User Changes Report but in this report there is an mandotory aatribute 'object Type' which filters the search based on its value. For example if we will give 'a' in the object type then the search result will contain only those users whouse accountID contain the character 'a'.
But my requirement is to fetch all the logged in users after a certain date. Is there any other report available for the same.

In SAP FI, i want customer report on following basis:
Due Date
Invoice Date
Dispatch Date.
The above report should be in bucket format i.e. 0-30 days, 30-60 days and so on.
Please let me know if there is standard report available or report needs to be created.

Get URL for List and ListItem

Hi,
I have a SharePoint List (SPList) and need to provide the URL for the list. It should be possible to copy this URL to the browsers address field and navigate to the corresponding Details or Overview View (or default view) of the list.
Additionally, I have a List Item object (SPListItem) and need the URL to directly navigate to the DispForm.aspx of this item.
I tried it like this:
string listURL = ... + "/Lists/" + myList.Title;
string itemURL = listURL + "/DispForm.aspx?ID=/" + id;
The URLs are correct as long as the "Internal Name" of the list is the same as the displayed name of the list. But in SharePoint it is possible to add a List-Template with no blanks in the name (e.g. 'MyList'), but later rename it and include a blank (e.g. 'My List'). In this case the listURL I retrieve with the above code snippet does not work anymore! For SharePoint only a URL with the list name without blanks is existent. In short: the URL does not include the blank for the list in the url but myList.Title does!!
So my question is, how can I get a URL that directly leads to my list's Details view (or default view) and the URL that leads directly to the list items "DispForm.aspx"??

        It seems you need to get correct ListItem URL from ListItem’s property, and thanks for all helpful suggestions.
       In this situation, would you please try using List’s Form property instead of “SubString”, code like this:
        string itemURL = yourweb.Url+"/"+yourlist.Forms[PAGETYPE.PAGE_DISPLAYFORM].Url + "?ID=" + item.ID;
      Then you will actual retrieve the correct path to the DispForm.aspx page.

Lync Client Can't Download Address List and other problems

We're currently in the process of testing for a production Lync Server 2010 deployment and we're run into some problems. I've been digging around on the Internet and the Technet forums but can't find a solution to this problem.
Whenever someone logs in with the Lync Client, they are immediately presented with prompts for user credentials. No credentials work. When you cancel out, you can still chat, but there is an error that says the Address Book can't be downloaded. I've confirmed
that the SSL certificate works, I've made sure the Kerberos Account is configured properly, I've reinstalled the Web Components, and I've tried numerous other solutions I've found for this issue. Nothing seems to fix the problem. When I try to run test-csaddressbookservice
in the Management Shell, I get the following:

I'm not real sure what to make of this. Any thoughts?

My situation was somewhat different but running Test-CsAddressBookService would fail with error:
'The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found.'
All clients were unable to retrieve contact unless the full sip address was entered.
Environment.
Server: Lync2013 STD
Client: Lync2010
Did the following:
Checked replication under the Topology tab in CSCP- mine had a green check.
Reinstalled .net 4.5 via add/remove programs
Registed .net by running the following from an elevated cmd (run from .net folder) : aspnet_regiss.exe -I
uninstalled Lync webcomponents from add/remove programs
From Lync install media- reinstalled webcomponents.msi (browse to \Setup\amd64\Setup)
Checked IIS>Application Pool and ensured all ASP.NET and Lync components are set to v4.0 of the .Net Framework Version
Launched the Lync setup and reran step 2: Stetup or Remove Lync Server Components.
Reran Test-CsAddressBookService:
successful
Tested Lync client: Successful

If you are running CCM 4.1, I think you should check the "Block OffNet To OffNet Transfer*" under the Service-> Service Parameters-> CallManager to "False"
