Custom Pricing Conditions not working for a PO in SRM

Hi Experts,
We are on SRM 5.0, ECC 6.0 , Extended Classic Scenario.
We configured the pricing conditions in SRM . We defined the our custom pricing condition types as below
Condition type      --- Condition Class       --- Calculation Type
Frieght(%)            ---       Prices                ---      Percentage
Frieght Value       ---        Prices                --- Fixed Amount
We also defined the Calculation Schema.
But when we try to define the pricing conditions in SRM during PO creation\change , the standard pricing condition types work but when we input the above defined custom pricing condition type, the value entered gets cleared. Pricing Overview is not calculating the values of the custom Pricing condition types.
Please assist as where i have gone wrong. Do I need to run any standard report for pricing or do i have to implement any BADI.

But what I have observed is keyword based search is not working for custom views using protected fiexfields.. however it works fine with public fiexfields.

Custom Pakage is not working for me.

I was dropping photos just fine into the custom package a few minutes ago, and printed a few photos. I imported new photos from my external drive, and when I try to print it does not work in custom. No dropping photos into the boxes, and I cannot drag and move around the boxes. I need help! I don't know what happened that it stopped working. hmm now that I think about it.. the first photos i printed were from a new sony A6000. The ones i'm trying to print now, print fine in single photos, but they are from an older camera, could that be the reason the custom tab completely is not touchable?.. Okay no.. I just tried to custom package photos from new camera again and its not working for the new photos too..@

I am not sure exactly what is going on, there, but when you drag-and-drop a photo you have to click-drag on the thumbnail, not the surrounding gray border area.
The reasons you’re guessing why things aren’t working don’t seem like they’d be reasons to me.

Custom pricing condition not getting triggered automatically in CRM 4.0

Hi
The custom discount pricing condition created in R/3 is active in R/3 and is getting triggered for Sales Orders created in R/3.
I have downloaded the same pricing conditon from R/3 to CRM 4.0 i am able to trigger it manually in CRM service transaction. But i need the condition to be triggered automatically for the pricing group.

Hi Padma,
did you enable the condition download from ERP to CRM already? Did you run the initial condition customizing download and the initial condition master data download successfully (check also the application log in SLG1)?
In addition, you should be aware, that for any condition customizing change in ERP you need to rerun the initial customizing download (there is no delta download) and that you need to refresh the IPC customizing buffer, which is automatically done once a day by default.

Xpath condition not working for determining receivers

hello all
am writing a xpath expression for a simple structure

 <id>
</doc>
status is attribute field.and will have value 'error' and some other value for no error. I want to choose one receiver if error and other receiver if no error
so I wrote an xpath expression
/Doc[@status='Error'] EX --> Error receiver
count(/Doc[@status='Error']) = '0' --> no error receiver
it was working couple of days ago but suddenly stopped working

Are you using this in the condition editor of Interface Determination (it should not be a cause of concern though)
Can you confirm that the condition that you have specified is proper ....does it work when you specify only one condition?

Custom url scheme not working (for first time) IOS applicaiton

i have created one distribution application also register custom URL scheme. First time after I installed application, and try custom URL link, it does not work.
However if I lunch the application manually it will prompt me below mentioned message
Are you sure you want to open the application ... from the developer iphone distribution ... ?
i will click on continue, and after that custom URL link works fine with my application.
Can Custom url link launch the application directly on installation (without manually launch application and contiue)?
is there any settings, so we can make the prompt message off. So it will not prompt message.
also i had tried to create new application from another enterprise account, and deploy on other server; then it do not prompt that message, but unable to figure out the reason .

Are you exactly following the guidance in the iOS App Programming Guide for Implementing Custom URL Schemes? Do you get the same message the first time, no matter whether app has been loaded or not? Are you really using iOS 4 per your profile?
"If your app is not running when a URL request arrives, it is launched and moved to the foreground so that it can open the URL. The implementation of your application:didFinishLaunchingWithOptions: method should retrieve the URL from its options dictionary and determine whether the app can open it. If it can, return YES and let your application:openURL:sourceApplication:annotation: (or application:handleOpenURL:) method handle the actual opening of the URL.

Allow Custom Text Entry for Drop down not working For Dynamic form

Dear All,
In drop down field Allow custom text entry is working fine if the form is save as a static pdf form file.But if the form is save as a Dynamic pdf form file it is not working.I can enter custom text in drop down field but after filling it up when I click on next field the text from the drop down is disappearing.
If any body can please help me to solve this problem.

Transaction launcher not working for custom business role

Hi Experts,
I am facing a very weird problem where the transaction laucher define for BOR transaction is working for one business role(Z business role Customized one) but its not working for other business role (Z business role).
to emphasize further we have the code:-

    when lc_BUS2000115.
      lv_logical_link = lc_ZITERP1.
    when others.
      lv_logical_link = lc_ZITERP2.

IF l_if_navigation IS BOUND .
Navigate to transaction launcher using link id
    l_if_navigation->navigate( iv_link_id = lv_logical_link ).
ENDIF.
in this the logical link is is lc_ZITISU whenever this BSP application is called from both the business roles but in one the window opens up for BOR transaction whereas when we login again using different business role the code is the same as given above. I mean the sam logical link id is used and navigated to but window is not opening for transaction launcher as it happens for the previous business role.
Request your help to resolve this issue.

I tried by applying the PFCG role id of business role which was working to the business role id of the one for which it wasn't working and then try testing whether the transaction launcher is triggering. But the transaction launcher screen is still not opening even after doing this.
Probably there's something else too which is causing the problem. Request your inputs on this,

It has java and vbscript .Java retrieve the dynamic values of servername,userid,password from the server it will pass to the VB .VB will connect to the windows 2003 server and it will create user,update user,delete user etc.I deliverd the connector which is working in the Jboss and Bea weblogic application servers.The customer asking for Websphere application server When i use the Websphere application Server 7.0 The "Vb script is not working for provisioning(Create user function) please help on this .example vbscript code as follows

There is usually a button bar with buttons to format text like Bold and Italic just above the text area where you compose and edit the message text. 
That toolbar may also have a button to turn a text link into a clickable hyperlink (look for a chain like button). 
You can select the link text and click that button to turn the link into a clickable hyperlink. 
If you can't find the button then hover them all to check the tooltip of each (e.g. Insert hyperlink).

I can only apply it on an existing stroke but can't draw a new one with the selected profile. In fact if I change the profile to other than the default Uniform I also can't draw a new stroke with any other width than the default 1 point. This doesn't seem normal.
Using SC5 on a PC.

Another question on the same topic.
Once I add a new profile to the list is it possible to put it on top of the list. I need this because the Adobe people decided to put the list in a tiny scrollable window with only a few of the first profiles showing. If there is noting in the interface may be I have to modify some program files settings?

Iam working with Hyperion Financial management with odi. created dataserver and physical schema and logical schema
and imported RKM HYperion Financial Management Knowledge module.

How to access/display custom pricing condition values in the webshop (eg. o

Hello,
we are using B2B with IPC-pricing, using our own pricing conditions. Calculation of the prices works fine (can be verified when enabling the price analysis link).
Now we need to show some of these own pricing condition's values (not the ones available in the salesdocument header/item like getNetValue, getTaxValue,..) in the shopping basket (order.jsp).
How can we achieve this (eg. get the IPC to transfer these values back to the shop or read them somewhere)?

That will work (return any pricing information/details like custom pricing conditions, subtotal1 - 6 etc. as in pricing analysis) for order.jsp (display shopping basket), order_change.jsp and orderstatusdetail.jsp (display order), but not for confirm.jsp (order confirmation / print order).

In confirm.jsp there is no IPC-document available (<HeaderSalesDoc>.getIpcDocumentId()/getIpcConnectionKey() are null). Also BOM -> getBasket()/getOrder()/getCustomerOrder()/getQuotation() are empty. Here we've transferred the necessary pricing informations from basket to confirmation through the UserSessionData.

That whole solution does work fine also when pricing analysis is disabled in XCM. (Note that we've enabled "doItemCalls" in backendobject-config.xml according to note https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1004533, but we did not use the ExtensionData-mechanism to transfer data from/to ABAP, because that would need changes on ABAP- (to fetch and fill) and Java-side (to read and display) and because we could not find/access relevant pricing information from IPC at the time the BAdI is called. Also the BAdI CRM_ISA_HDR_PRICING mentioned in the note does apply for the web catalog. We've used that to give IPC more information to calculate the netValue using additional pricing conditions for the catalog.)
We've also implemented note https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/892761 to show a different price (eg. grossValue) in the mini basket (total items and price in basket).
If there's a need to display a different price in the catalog, there note https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1022962 could be implemented.

MN04 not working for free text PO

I have maintained a condition record through MN04 in purchase organisation, company code and vendor combination. This condition record is working fine for regular purchase orders. But it is not working for free text PO's. Could you please guide me why is it so?
I am maintaining same purchase organisation, company code and vendor combination for free text PO also. Question is why it is working for a purchase order with material inside it and why it is not working for purchase order with out material.

Seems you are using a custom print program and form. I would suggest to change the program to SAPFM06P, form routine as "ENTRY_NEU" and the form as "MEDRUCK" in NACE transaction for the output type and check the scenario again. Also cross check the settings with the KBA: 1829682 - Output type is not determined in Purchase order
If its getting triggered, then check the custom program and the form with the help of technical team.

Defaulting Rules have been setup for return line & standard line based on few conditions and it is working fine if we create a sales order directly from OM (Manual SO)?
But in our project we are using Depot Repair(Repair Orders), we tried to create a service request and then converted to a sales order here defaulting rules not working for repair orders?
Please help me to solve this issue ASAP.

For most of my users the alert pops up fine when I start Thunderbird, but for a few it doesn't. All of the machines where setup with the same install script. If I log into one of the machines where it's not working as a different user, then it works fine, so I know the files are in the right spot. So why would it not work for specific users? Is there something in the user's Windows profile that could cause it to not work? Or are there any other suggestions?

As it turns out this was a known bug that was corrected in the recent release of Java 7_65 and Java 8_11. Here is a link to the bug description in the database.
