Custom report setup in OTM

Can anyone please guide me for setting up the Custom report in OTM (Oracle transportation Management)

You can follow these steps to get this resolved:
Go to Admin - Click on Application Customization - Under Application Setup, go to My Homepage Custom Report - Find the Report you would like to reset and click Edit - Check the Execute Report Immediately checkbox.

Here's one method using the Custom reports console. Not the best mind you but quick to setup if you just need results on who the dups are.
Go to Custom reports
Select New Report (Type = Workstation; Focus = Basic workstation attributes)
In column selection place "Login Name"
In summary criteria select "Workstation Instances (Summary) > 1
Save with a name like "Duplicate Logins
Run report

Thank you for your answer but I would like to be more exact in my question because I already know how to set a Print Layout as default in a screen of SAP B1 like A/R Invoice by the way that Parlati has mentioned :
1. Open a blank AR Invoice (e.g. service or item type)
2. Click on Menu >> Tools >> Print Layout Designer... or pen icon on toolbar
3. With The Document Type selected - choose template and click on Set as Default
But I usually use the Query Manager Tool of SAP B1 to create new queries and reports and I use the Print Layout Designer to setup the layout of these reports. These reports are printed normally via the print preview Icon of the toolbar. But now I would like to know how can I set one of these Reports as default in A/R Invoice screen of SAP. Because it's a one of my customized Invoices.
Is there a way to do this?

Error creating custom reports. Permissions issue with custom reports

I am having permission issues with reports. I am building a new Configuration Manager 2012 infrastructure and I have configured the Site server on Server1 and the DB is on Server2. Server2 also hosts the Reporting Point and SSRS roles/features. If
I look in Monitoring at the Site Status and Component Status are all green no issues with the setup.
Running SQL 2008 SP2 (no CUs). I have a service account that I used to install Configuration Manager and SQL. This service account is running the SQL service on Server2 and i am using the same account as the Reporting Services Point Account.
I log into the SCCM console with a different user account, lets call it Admin1. This account is a member of the Full Administrator role. I can run any built in report.
When I open the SSRS website and try to create a custom report I connect the DataSource using Windows Authentication. So the Datasource is connecting using the logged in users account. In this case Admin1. I test the connection and it connects fine.
I test this query. (Select * from v_R_System) I only have about 10 workstations discovered so the report shouldn’t be very big. I get an error “The Select permission was denied on the object ‘v_R_System’, Database ‘CM_XXX’, schema ‘dbo’. (Microsoft sql server,
Error: 229)”
I have fixed the SELECT permission error by going into the database (using SQL Management studio) and granting Admin1 Select rights to the Configuration Manager database. I can now run the above query and make custom reports.
My 2<sup>nd</sup> problem is that other members of the Full Administrator role cannot run these custom reports unless I go into the database and grant them the SELECT permission.
Question:
Should I have to manually go into the database to add SELECT permissions(i could use a group)? shouldnt Configuration Manager take care of this for me?
Maybe the built in reports use the SQL service account rights and the custom ones do not? Am I doing something wrong with the Datasource when I create these custom reports?
What is the correct process for creating custom reports?

I think i am getting closer to a solution. After the Custom report is created. i can go back into the report. Delete the DataSource. Then browse for a dataSource. there is a datasource located in http://server2/reportserver/ConfigMgr_XXX/
That datasource is used by all builtin reports. if you view the properties on the Credentials tab it is set to "do not use credentials" and the option is greyed out / cannot be changed.
it looks like i still need the SELECT permissions on the database to create the report initially but at least i have solved the problem with viewing these reports.
Can anyone confirm that what i did is correct?

Custom report migrated from 11i r12 not working

Hi,
I've a custom report developed in reports 6i in 11i env.If you run this report in 11i it's displaying data no errors. It has been migrated to R12.I tried to test this report.It's not displaying any data or errors.Is there any environment or intialization setup I need to take care of before testing this?

If the issue with printing only, can you reproduce the issue with other printers? What if you print the out file using the lp command?

Custom Reports using Book of Business

I was wondering if anyone can provide some help with book of business and custom reports. I have tried to created a custom report and changed the Book in the book selector at the top of the reports page, but it still returns results from all of the entries as opposed to just those associated with the book. Any ideas?

UCCX 8.5 - Custom reports (not using Crystal)

I have a customer requesting a report of the calls per hour per agent...Say I go into the reporting system that I have setup and the person is able to select a date range and queue name, the output should show a series of tables (one for each day) that includes agent name, with the number of calls taken per hour....
can anyone point me in the right direction of a sql statement that would querry the database to do so?

Custom reporting on the UCCX platform can be a real chore, luckily if what you're doing is only a modification of an existing report you can create the new report with minimal hassle.
UCCX primarily uses stored procedures to generating report data, the procedure name and variables it consumes are provided in the report defintions provided with the HRC client (check the installed directory). This is an XML file you can parse.
From there, you may customize to your hearts content and display to whatever interface deemed appropriate.
You may wish to consult both the UCCX Database Schema and Historical Reports developer guide for your partitcular version of UCCX.

I'm out of the network so I can't double check this but I don't think Zen captures that information. If my memory serves it captures some PNP info from the screen like the manufacturer and product ID's.
It looks like you could pull the data from the registry.

I think the challenge will be that this key will vary from system to system. And if you have multiple monitor setups you would want to collect both sets of data.
One way you could do this would be to deploy a bundle containing a small easily available executable called DumpEDID.exe (google it) This little command line utility does exactly what it says on the box. It reads the EDID data from the display and dumps the data back to the command shell.
Then all you need to do is to run a script to retrieve this output and load it into a custom made registry key. From there you can then pull the registry data into Zen and even create an ADF field for the info.

My Client requires a custom report to track the document flow any time i.e., once the material arrives the purchase dept makes an entry like PO date the date of arrival,and Gr date the GR approval date and document handed over for Invoice verification date and payment made date.

No My client requirement is not like that,suppose one fine day if he wants to track the positon of GRN document or a bill at what stagei.e.,if in FI if they say they have not received any document to process or they hold the document for days and say just today GRN has been handed over to him ,The Materials guy has to generate a report and say this is the day the document is handed over to you.
Is this can be done.or only out of SAP.

How to add a specific parameter in custom report

With OIMReports:
1- Including in XML files the parameters as section: Examples of InputParameter tags and ReturnColumns tag
2-And Creating a New Entry in the REP Table.

With BIPublisher(easiest way-license is needed):
Once you downloaded and install BIPub in your application server you will have access to all OIM report definitions.Then it is just a matter of learning how to change a report definition. It's very simple.
It has a 'desktop tool' that you can install in your desktop. This specifc tool provides an extension to MS Word(MACRO) and you can even work with Word to generate report templates.
Descriptions:
0- deploy BIPublisher and OIM reports to your apps server
1- Install the BIPublisher desktop tools in your desktop
2- Modify the report query using the BIPub interface and add your UDF fields
3- Run the report you want to modify from BIPub and export the generated data as XML
4- Download the report template in RTF format
5- With RTF file(open it) in your MS Word
6- Load the XML file you generated in step 4 in your MS Word
7- You could load this specif xml change what you want. (word will have a 'BI Publisher' menu with different operations you can do)
7- With Report template(save it).
8- Update the report template in the report definition(using the BIPub web interface
9- Run the report again
It means that front end page you need to edit this in Word page.
