Custom screen field in the SRM portal screen for Business Partner Bidder

I need to add a custom screen field in the SRM portal screen for Business Partner. I have added this custom field in the include structure: CI_EEW_BUT000 and activated it.
I was expecting to see the enhanced field available in the SRM portal screen when I create the bidder. But is not available.
The new field are available if I edit an Business partner only.

Hi Experts,
I have added a custom field in Contract Screen of the SRM portal by adding the field as an append structutre in structure INCL_EEW_PD_HEADER_CSF_CTR.
The custom field now appears in the header (basic data ) of the 'Process contract' screen.
NOw It allows me to enter data in the custom field .
The problem is ..
When I 'CHECK' or "RELEASE' the contract, the value entered in the custom field disappears..
How do i capture the data entered in the custom field ...please HElp!!!

We have upgraded our SRM system from 3.0 to 5.5
I have added the custom field in structures INCL_EEW_PD_HEADER_CSF_CTR and
INCL_EEW_PD_HEADER_CSF as the field has to appear in the basic data tab of 'Process Contract'.
Regarding debugging:
1. I tried to debug in BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI by calling the FM BBP_PD_CTR_GETDETAIL. inside the badi and the parameter e_header of the function module contained the custom field but had no value...!!
2. I tried to debug the badi BBP_CUF_BADI_2 method MODIFY_INPUT..
The import variable iv_fieldname contains the field name amd the variable iv_value has the value entered in the custom field .........but another import structure ls_header also contains the custom field but no value....
Method MODIFY_INPUT has only one export parameter ev_value,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is nothing to do with a SAP purchase order, and you can't maintain any number range for the same as it is not a system proposed one.
Imagine, the customer is sending a purchase order to you, and you are creating a sales order. We can give a reference to the customers PO number in this filed. It doesn't have any effect.
It is widely used in reporting.

Add description fields to the demand simulation screen on CTM

Dear SAP Gurus,
We have a requirement to add the description fields to the demand simulation screen inside the CTM, do you know how to do this? The description fields are not available in the standard layout, I couldn´t find any exit or BADI to insert more fields on the screen.

I enhanced the structure(UKM_S_BP_CUSTOMER_EXTENSION) with new custom fields from the badi UKM_BP_ADD_FIELDS but there is documentation for creating the new screen to place those new fileds i created on transaction UKM_BP.
I have looked at BDT Business data toolset

Yes. You can use this screen. For this either can modify the table VBAP with additional fields and put them on this screen.
You have to code your logic to save these values in the include MV45AFZZ. The subscreens you have to use for this are 4462 or 8459.

Would like to know if it is possible to add new screen fields to the cloned version of /dsd/sl_cockpit.
I cloned the original transaction /dsd/sl_cockpit into a diff. name, now I want to know how I can include/ add those new fields to this transaction. It looks like the screen is dynamically built using Standard ABAP classes. Need help.

Debugging the STS Portal screen

Hi Guys,
Is it possible to debug the STS portal screen? I want to check what makes the buttons (such as reject/approve/send for revision) gray and available?

Each user gets a different view of this screen depending on authorizations and customising.
'Ordinary' planners should be authised only to see their relevant organisational entities in the STS; (role assignment should include object R_STS_PT). In which case the allowed or required buttons will be enabled unless the entity is locked. (Check the 'Present status' link from Details screen).
Super-users should be authorised to see an overview of the whole planning organisation (assignment should include object R_STS_SUP). In this case some buttons on the detail screen may be greyed out until activated using the 'Edit' button. Or check the 'Present status' in case of other users already locking the item.

Hiding Screen fields in a Report selection screen

I have a requirement to hide/disable screen fields in a report selection screen when the user clicks on some radio buttons .
Here is the scenario,
1) There are 4 radio buttons four radiobuttons in one group on the selection screen:--

PARAMETER: r_not TYPE c RADIOBUTTON GROUP a1 DEFAULT 'X'.

This can also be a problem with the files [http://kb.mozillazine.org/sessionstore.js sessionstore.js] and sessionstore.bak in the [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox Profile Folder]
Delete [http://kb.mozillazine.org/sessionstore.js sessionstore.js] and sessionstore.bak in the [http://kb.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox Profile Folder]
If you see files sessionstore-##.js with a number in the left part of the name like sessionstore-1.js then delete those as well.
You will have to redo App Tabs and Tab Groups after deleting sessionstore.js.

Portal Runtime error - An exception occured : when accessing the SRM Portal

Dear Consultants,
We are logging onto the SRM Portal using url link. SAP Netweaver 7.0
But when we are trying to access any tabs in the Navigation frame of the portal it is throwing an error.
Error - Portal Runtime error
An exception has occured while processing your request.
Can you please let me know how can I find the correct reason for the error.

Hi Arindam,
Pls check Default Trace log in the NWA tool, path would be NWA --> Monitoring --> Logs and Traces --> Select Default Trace.
Find the log messages with the Exception ID found on your Portal Runtime error. These logs would specify the exact cause of error.

Will Apple still replace my power button if my screen isn't the original apple screen?

I took an iPhone I have into Apple last month and they said that for them to replace the power button they had to replace my screen first because it was a little bit off. I didn't want to pay so I went ahead and replaced the screen myself. Will Apple still replace my power button (through the program of course) if the screen isn't the original Apple screen? It is an iPhone 5 64gb

Ralph is correct. When you replace anything on your phone yourself, you void any warranty that is left on the phone, and even any support thereafter. Apple does not support third party products, and they will not touch your phone if you are willing to replace things yourself instead of spending the extra to go to a store to do it right. Sorry.
