Customer cannot login and did not get password email

Customer tried resetting his password and does not get the password emails, gets invalid login/password.
Customer would like a direct contact when this is fixed as he does not have a secondary email.

    I've tried, said they could not help and I should get in touch with the USA App Store. But the problem of getting in touch with the App Store USA is the only option I have on the phone, and my English is not very helpful. Therefore needed a complete address e-mail.

  • TS1398 bought a mini and also have an IPAD2  have used ITunes to download all programs to the mini but have NOT BEEN ABLE TO have the connection to the Internet and CAN NOT get any emails. I NEED HELP!!!!!!!

    I thought when I bought a MINI that all I'd need to do is sync up with ITunes to get all apps and setting to the Mini. I was wrong as I can not connnect to the internet and can not get any emails. Have tried just about all suggestions under support  but need to reach out to actual users who may have run into similar prblem. I must be missing something as I have to believe that Apple would make it as simple/easy as possible to connect to the interne. I still have my internet connect with my Ipad2.

    Try this first - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
    Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts   Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.

  • Mac will not login and will not get past start up blue screen

    I installed a new security update and then I clicked for the computer to restart after it did it would not login into the computer, it just stays on the blue screen and says starting Mac OS X... Also before I had to login with my username and password and it just automatically skipped that step and tried to login. I have tried using the disk utility in the install disk, I have also tried the fsck and nothing seems to be working. Please help with any ideas or thoughts you might have.

    Hi table,
    I had the bluescreen thing happen to me a while back. I too tried to login as 'safe-mode'. The first time I tried it I must have gotten the timing wrong because the login window did not appear. I did eventually get the timing right and it worked, however prior to that while I was sitting there looking at a blank, blue screen I hit the enter key. The login window just 'popped' in at that point. It may not work for you but it couldn't hurt to try it.

    I have tried to to buy Azure but I have noticed there is a free trial. So I decided to go for that because why not? 2 days ago I have tried to sign up and I got charged for 1.40$ but nothing was activated... So I was like ok that is just a dollar who cares.

  • I purchased a season pass to a tv show and did not get all of the downloads

    I purchased a season pass to a tv show, and only three of the eight shows available for download actually downloaded. The other five came up to download, but then disappeared. There will be around 20 all together, and I know the other 12 will not be available until after they air. I even received a confirmation email that showed I should have been able to download 8, not just 3. What can I do? How do I get the other 5 that should have downloaded?

    Go to the page roaminggnome linked to. Under the *Get Customer Service* column, click Video, and it should expand the list.
    Click on *Video Purchases* next, and it will expand the list again.
    Click on *Lost or Missing items*.
    A gray button that says *Email Us* will appear on the right.
    If you aren't seeing that, maybe your popup blocker is hiding it.

  • The Login Keyring did not get unlocked when you logged out.

    This is getting to be very annoying, no matter which desktop environment or window manager I use, I am always asked for the Login keyring password.
    It used to be that this didn't occur, and quite frankly I cant quite figure out what caused it.

    KDE4
    OpenBox
    Fluxbox
    Please help me on this.
    EDIT: I just remembered something, I switched to KDM recently, could this be the culprit?

    Follow the instructions for setting up the gnome-keyring with slim but edit the kdm pam config (in /etc/pam.d) instead.
