Customer complaint and dissatisfaction of services and treatment provided

I RARELY complain and try to just get on with things but this company has just about made my situation as bad as it could ever get. Where do I begin? I chatted with them as I noticed I had a charge on my account that was supposed to be part of my international favorites (that I pay for every month). The woman said the following (verbatim as I have a screenshot): "You'll not be charged for this and please be assured it will not happen again". Then went on to say the credit amount will be reflected before the bill is generated. This chat was several weeks ago BEFORE my bill and I have proof in a screenshot of the chat message. Of course they have it as well but refuse to take responsibility for this. I then received a text message yesterday saying I had to pay the full amount (without the credit) so I chatted again and the final answer was that the credit was going on the next bill. SO not only was I lied to but now they have had the audacity to say that there is nothing they can do now that the bill has been generated. I KNOW that there is something they can do. They are the company, their accounts, their billing. I called this morning as the chat service was obviously NOT working and was told again that there was nothing they could do. Washing their hands of their responsibility once again. AND on top of that, my last month's device charge had not been deducted and I was late on payment. I NEVER unauthorised any payments. I was told to call my bank. BUT before hanging up I wanted proof of credit. Carmen advised she had sent the text to my phone 3-5 times and also sent a email and I have yet to receive either. I tried to keep her on the line until I had some type of proof but she would not stay on. Why were they not able to send me text or email? THEY ARE the phone company I pay for these types of services??? I went on to call my bank who then advised that there had been no transactions on O2's end and are now sending a letter that I will get within 5 working days to have written proof from my bank that no such payments have been UNAUTHORISED. So I found myself wanting to make a payment I did not want to make in the first place and could not do it!!!! RIGHT?? Get where I am going with this? I propose to this company that they take a serious look at the treatment of customers and most important that they VALUE their customers because without them they would NOT exist. Bottom line is they did not keep their word and I am not happy about that. Not once did I feel any type of retribution for what they have caused. Yes, they credited my account and it will show on my next bill but it is about the principal of the matter and the respect they should have for their clients. I wonder if I will get a response from this? Probably not. I bet this gets deleted from their FB page. below is the copy of my chat Inline image 1 looking forward to hearing someone.  Best

Crazy that you have to keep chasing this. Just a couple of observations,  I would never rely on live chat to deal with anything account related, a credit can be added to the account immediately. This obviously wasn't done and that's unacceptable, it should have been applied when agreed. However the adviser was correct about not being able to alter the bill once it has been produced, the system won't allow this and it will have to now applied on your next bill. Keep an eye on My O2 and I agree with  about making an official complaint via the link. Very poor customer service and experience.

  • Customer complaint and credit management

    Hi,
    we have the following business case, credit management activated:
    1. a customer has a complain about a delivery (e.g. poor quality/wrong material)
    2. the corresponding invoice is shown as an open item in FBL5N
    3. a credit note request is created for the sales order, but it can take weeks until it gets released. In the meantime the customer becomes overdue.
    4. now the following happens: when the customer wants to place a new order he will be blocked by the credit management.
    We first have to release him e.g. via VKM4. The same with deliveries.
    Is there a possibility to mark the invoice in question as not relevant for the credit management?
    My first idea was to change the credit note requests as relevant for the credit management (VOV8), but unfortunately those requests are not visible in FBL5N. Thus we would loose the overview of invoices in question.
    Thanks for your answers...
    Cheers,
    Marc

    hello, PP.
    i don't have an answer yet.  actually, i will add to your question.
    a credit memo request is supposed to be not relevant for delivery.  so why is this updating open delivery value?  maybe it's SAP standard?  maybe credit group 03 (delivery docs) was assigned to the credit memo request doc type?  if so, why assign credit management to credit memo requests anyway?
    regards.

    My Chi

    Hi John,
    Actually, thanks to your examples, I have my Authentication Scheme setup using a custom authentication function that first checks that the Username/Password are valid, and if so, then validates that the user has also been setup in AD with one of the groups used by my application. What I'm wondering is, when I replace the built-in Authentication Function it appears that the function that I code must have the correct signature (accepts UserName and Password, and returns a boolean)... but I really want to be able to also return the actual AD Group that the user is assigned to for use within my Authorization Schemes. I'm not sure if/how I can do this from my authentication function, or if I just need to re-query AD again in my Authorization Schemes to get the AD group that the user is assigned to.
    Appreciate the help,
    Lori

  • Status updates from custom class and WordAutomation Services TimeJor in irregular intervals

    Hello Devs,
    following problem: I have a custom application page opened as modal dialog, on which I have a progress bar. The progress bar shows the status of two processes:
    1. On button click about 500-600 list elements are being copied from one list to another. I am monitoring the progress and every two seconds I update (with ajax requests) a progress bar control on the page.
    2. After all elements (these are docx files in a document library) were copied I trigger the Word Automation Services timer job to convert these Word files in PDF files. I am also monitoring the timer job progress and update the control on the page.
    All this works great in my development environment. In the test environment I have two front-end servers and the progress is not being updated regularly. I have also custom logs and see that half of the logs are on the one front-end and half on the
    other. The progress bar updates in big time intervals (or sometimes not) dependant on which server the code runs currently...
    Is there a way to always get the actual status of these two processes, no matter which server serves the requests at the moment?
    Any help will be appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Vasil

    Hi Rahul,
    this is how I query the timer job status:
    private static ConversionJobStatus GetJobStatusObject(Guid jobId)
    ConversionJobStatus jobStatus = null;
    try
    jobStatus = new ConversionJobStatus("Word Automation Services", jobId, null);
    catch (Exception ex)
    Logger.Error("Error getting the ConversionJobStatus object.", ex);
    return jobStatus;
    And then I call jobStatus.Refresh() to get the new values.
    What could be possibly wrong on the way I get the job status object?
    Thanks,
    Vasil

    Hi,
    if you using the SAP standard libaries, which contains the T-Rex and catalog implementation, it should work.
    However you have to manually initizale the catalog and the connection during the application start.

    Hi,
    We are working on Complaints and Return Business Process in CRM. Let us know if any Enterprise Service available to create the Complaints and Process the same.
    I am able to see the process in the ES workplace however not able to see the corresponding services as PO creation etc. Hence would like to know the same.
    Appreciate your thoughts.

    Hi,
    basically if you do not find it in the ESW ... this means it's not existing (yet) !
    I double-checked and there are indeed no services for complaint handling.
    There are services for Customer Return handling (Manage Customer Return In), but only in ERP

  • I get bad information from Apple customer care and i lost my warranty !!!!

    hi i called the customer care to repair my iphone 5c and the advisor told me there are no Apple store in Belgium you have to go to paris, i have to pay 300euros to travel to paris !!! i bought a battery on eBay and i replaced the mine but the problem was not the battery but the logic board.
    i called i second time Apple customer care and the advisor told me you can take your iphone to Easy-m (repair center agreed by Apple inc.). i left my iphone to this shop and now he will not repair it for me because i opened this one.
    the first advisor told me there are no apple store in brussel and you have to travel to paris ... it's not my fault if the advisor was not good trained ... i bought my iphone and he still on warranty to 27 December i will this iphone 5c repaired
    it's a iphone 5c 16Gb from (sprint)
    if this iphone is not repaired i will do a complaint !!!
    thanks for understanding

    Apple will not touch any iPhone that has been opened by anybody other than certified technicians, especially when they install an unknown battery from an unknown source.  You have sacrificed any support and warranty from Apple:
    "This warranty does not apply: (a) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports; (c) to damage caused by use with another product; (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquake or other external cause; (e) to damage caused by operating the Apple Product outside the user manual, the technical specifications or other Apple Product published guidelines; (f) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Apple or an Apple Authorized Service Provider ("AASP"); (g) to an Apple Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Apple; (h) to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Apple Product; or if any serial number has been removed or defaced from the Apple Product, or (j) if the product is stolen or Apple reasonably believes that the product is stolen based on information provided by law enforcement authorities."

  • Transaction code for creation of Complaint and RMA?

    Hi,
    In the tcode crmd_order i've a complaint and return creation option is this the one to create complaint and return material authorization.
    pl also tell me how do you create a repair order and a service order.
    Pl I need transactions. I understand the configuration as I have the best prasctice bu I do not know the creation of RMA / Complaints/Repair order /service order ..that is the trnasactions required for service.
    For sales and marketing I know ..I am looking for service module in CRM
    can any one please help me out as it is a very urgent requirement.
    Thank you,

    Hi Polite,
    The transaction CRMD_ORDER is the superset for all the transactions mentioned by you. So it is better to remember just one transaction instead of remembring the subsets . Once you use the transaction CRMD_ORDER and then Follow the menu Business transaction -> Create (F5) you will get the list of transactions you can create this is nothing but the the transactions you have mentioned.
    If you know the transaction no. you can directly open that in transaction CRMD_ORDER. The other opetion is to use the SAP Menu instead of transactions.
    <b>Reward points if it helps!!</b>
    Best regards,
    Vikash.

  • Tracking sales, customer retention and Inventory management

    Hi,
    I own a t-shirt screen printing business and am looking for a solution to help me track sales, categorize customer information and manage inventory. I'm still relatively new to numbers 09 so I'm trying to determine if this program can help me achieve my desired end result.
    I conduct two different types of business; wholesale printing and online sales.
    I offer wholesale printing for local companies such as pizza shops, churches, family events etc. They typically have a design prepared and order 50+ t-shirts at a wholesale price. Pricing is determined by a lot of different factors such as; amount of t-shirts ordered, number of colors in print, number of print locations.
    Online sales, refers to a line of t-shirts I created myself and sell directly to customers. I sell through multiple online mediums such as; etsy, ebay and my dot.com. Each of the sites I sell through has a different set of fees associated with the transaction. For example, when selling through etsy; for each transaction etsy takes a % of the sale, plus a predefined insertion fee for posting the listing. When a customer is making a purchase through etsy they have two payment options; etsy's direct check out, or to pay with paypal. When the customer opts to pay through etsy's direct check out; there is a % fee etsy charges, as well as a predefined processing fee (in addition to the original % fee and insertion fee I mentioned above). If a customer through etsy opts to pay with paypal while checking out, then there is a different % fee as well as processing fee that paypal will charge. Also, both etsy's and paypals checkout methods charge a different % fee and processing fee if the package is being shipped to an international destination. Ebay's fee structure is similar to etsy ie; a % fee and insertion fee, as well as a seperate % fee and processing fee that paypal charges.
    Wholesale printing only makes up about 10% of my business so I can pretty easily track those sales as is. Retail sales makes up the other 90% of my business and has become difficult to manage.
    Etsy, ebay and paypal all keep transaction details that can be downloaded in csv files. In the past I have found it difficult to organize all that information and make sense out of it because its coming from multiple sources. I'd like to have one program to track all my online sales and customer information and present in in a nice neat fashion.
    That's where a program like numbers 09 comes into play, hopefully. To keep track of blank inventory I would like to organize and keep track of all the different blanks shirts i have in stock. Say for example I print on a blank gildan brand shirt that is called GL2000, I would like to have a category for the GL2000 as well as a sub category for the different colors of that shirt I have (blue, black, brown, green etc.), as well as another sub category for the different sizes (small-5xl) available in each of the different colors. I would like to have a separate spreadsheet listing all the finished goods (printed shirts), along with the sizes available for that design on hand. Then, when I print new shirts and enter them into the finished goods spreadsheet, I would like it to subtract that amount from the corresponding blank shirt spreadsheet. For example; I have some designs I print on brown shirts and I would need to create a formula that knows that that particular design is on a brown shirt and not green or some other color. That way as I print more shirts I will have a running inventory of both finished goods as well as what I still have left in stock as blank shirts.
    Then I'd like a spreadsheet for me to enter in all the relevant sales data as it comes in. I was envisioning entering the data into that spreadsheed right as I'm shipping out the order. It makes perfect sense because all the information I'd like to track and organize is readily available on the screen when I am creating the shipping label. I would like the spreadsheet to keep track of; Sale date, ship date, item sold, item size, buyer id, transaction id, first name, last name, address, city, state, zip, country, price, coupon (if used), shipping, total (price + shipping), how much the shipping label cost, site item was sold on (ebay or etsy), etsy fee if sold on etsy (% of price + predefined insertion fee), ebay fee if sold on ebay (% of price + predefined insertion fee), refund (if applicable... also if a refund is issued, it would have to automatically adjust the total as well as fee, after entered), sales tax (would only apply if they entered the sate I do business out of in the state column), ebay processing fee, (for etsy transactions) a checkbox to inform the spreadsheet if the etsy transaction was paid through paypal or direct etsy check out (because of the different fees associated with each.) then a corresponding cell with the correct processing fee, it would also have to take into account which country the item was being shipped to and apply the correct fee associated with that country for either of the check out methods; etsy or paypal, then a total after all fees, then possibly a total of all fees paid.
    Like I mentioned before, I'm relatively new to numbers 09. I have made some progress in creating the spreadsheets but feel there is a steep learning curve when defining some of the formulas and functions of the program. I'm still not sure if numbers 09 will be able to do all that I need it to do in the end, so I wanted to ask if it is possible before I continue working on it.
    Any help would be appreciated. Are there any books I could study to learn the program better? I just picked the apple pro training series for iwork 09 but found the numbers section was mainly for beginners and didn't go over some of the more complex functions I'd like to learn about. I searched for other training material but couldn't find any.
    If numbers 09 isn't a suitable program for what I'm trying to accomplish, any suggestions on what program to use? I've looked in to quick books but wasn't sure If I could do something similar with numbers. Thanks for taking the time to read.

    Thanks a lot Mahesh for your reply. I just tried your answer: I've assigned the CRM Service User license to the user, on top of the CRM Sales user license. But still same problem.
    Can you let me know where you can view the exact license chart? The link I have posted above seems a bit outdated as it does not reflect the actual license limitations.

    I have created the request template and HR user who has HR admin role can log-in and access the request tab and request for others.
    how can i achieve the following one
    now the user who has been created by above HR user. the User should be able to log-in and access a link(custom) and (should be able to access only self-service) on request tab like "Request AD Account" this should take him to new form where his profile attributes are pre-populated and a Notes section where he will enter justification then submits the request. the request goes to his manager for approval and once he approves he will be provisioned into AD

  • Custom Trust and Key Store

    Hello, I've successfully configured the Custom Trust and Key Store on one server (hosting OpenSSO,) but when I follow the exact same directions to configure the Custom Trust and Key Store on another server (hosting Identity Manager with OpenSSO policy agent) WebLogic pre-empts my configuration by loading the DemoTrust.jks and cacerts keystores. I think the issue is introduced because the OpenSSO policy agent requires an Authentication Provider (Agent_Authenticator, com.sun.identity.agents.weblogic.v10.AmWLAuthProvider) that is loaded before the WebLogic domain's config/config.xml file, which contains the Custom Trust and Key Store entities.
    Thanks.
    A part of the log file showing that these two stores are loaded before the custom identity and trust stores are loaded:

    The root problem is the Certicom SSL does not support SHA256 algorithm, which is required with the trusted certificates of “ttelesecglobalrootclass2ca" and "ttelesecglobalrootclass3ca"
    A fix is included in JDK 1.6.0_13 wherein WLS just ignores these certificates.
    You can get more information on the fix for Oracle Support
    You can delete these certificates yourself using the keytool utility..Thank you. I removed them all, but WebLogic still loads the Demo and JDK keystores and not the custom keystores before loading the security realm.
    Is there a way to specify the KeyStores for the security realm?
    I've provided the following to the JVM but to no avail:
    -Djavax.net.ssl.keyStore=/export/home/weblogic/keystore/keystore.jks -Djavax.net.ssl.keyStoreType=jks -Djavax.net.ssl.keyStore
    Password=***** -Djavax.net.ssl.trustStore=/export/home/weblogic/keystore/keystore.jks -Djavax.net.ssl.trustStoreType=jks -Dj
    avax.net.ssl.trsustStorePassword=*****
