Customer group and price group mapping

Hi All ,
I want to know where do we set the mapping for the customer group versus price group in the system .
Is there any customizing t-code for this?
Please advice.
Thanks in advance,
Swati

Dear Swathi,
There is no T-Code for Setting Customer Group and Pricing gorup in Customizing
But we assign generally this two in front end due to requirements,
like we consider in this two in Pricing condition creation in VK11, here suppose we maintain Key Combination in Customer Group and Pricing Group then we consider
Hope this may helps you

  • Primary Group and Additional Group in Solaris 10

    hi!
We've just freshly installed a Solaris 10 system. I'm very new in Solaris. There's something i noticed, and i'm not sure whether is that normal.
In the user screen in solaris management console, i notice that i'm not able to see the Primary group and additonal group list. What i can see is only the Primary group in ID format. I'm able to see it only the first time when i launch the Solaris management console or switch from one workplace to another. After right clicking on the user properties for the second time, it disappear and show only the primary group id in integer. On the left hand side of the screen, it says "The group cannot be listed. You can change the primary group 10 to another valid integer. Because of error or oversight, group membership cannot be found. You can enter a number for the primary group, but cannot choose from a list of groupnames. Also you cannot choose Seconday Group until the group info is available". "Check group files, NIS maps, or load for possible corruption. If you have not already populated appropiate files or maps, See administrator guide, Naming and Directory Services(DNS, NIS, LDAP) or docs.sun.com for LDAP see also Solaris Management console help, about the toolbox editor to manage LDAP"
Is that normal? What could be wrong here? Please advise. Thanks.

  • Creation of new employee groups and sub groups

    Hi All,
What all the steps should I follow to create new employee groups and sub groups? and  How many structures should I create for this?
    Its urgent pls.......
    Good replies will be rewarded!!!!
    Regards,
    Sita

    Hi
You can create the employee groups depending up on your clients requirement, Eg: Permanent, Temporary, Seasonal, Trainee, Advisor etc
And define the employee subgroups and assign them to the employee groups Like
Enterprise structure>Definition>Human Resource Management-->Employee Groups & Employee Groups
Enterprise structure>Assignment>Human Resource Management-->Assign employee subgroup to employee group
you can create employee subgroups depending up on your requirement like asst manager, manager, GM, MD, VP ETC an assign them to the employee subgroups ok.
Ensure that certain empployee subgroups may not be assigned to employee group based on requiremen, but create all the employee sub groups which is existing in the organization.

  • Change employee group and sub group

    Hi all,
During the new hire if an employees group and subgroup are enetered wrongly, how shouldl they be corrected. We have scenarios when the emplooyes group and sub group are corrected after a month or so and the users want to correct the same
    How do we do it?

Goto PA40 reselect the same Hire action for this employee and click execute. In IT0000 screen enter the new EG/ESG.
and save it. Then Save the IT0001, then fill rest of the infotypes.
If you have already process the payroll and the new Emp group / Sub group is in different payroll area you wont be able to change it.

  • Default excise group and series group issue

    Hi Gurus
I have a doubt. Is it possible to maintain the default excise group and series group in this order
sales org     dis chnl    division    ship pt    plant    excise group    series group
    1000               EX         CD             1000     1000       10                       A1
    1000               EX         CD             1000     2000       20                       A2
i tried this combination, but getting the error message that a key already exists....The header data sales area and shipping point already exists.... I cant understand why we cant give the same sales area and shipping point for a new plant combination
    Thanks in advance
    Mathan

    Hi Mathan,
When we say Excise group then it is maintained for the plant as it is maintained with Excise authorities. We can have same shipping point for 2 different plants but the possibilities are less and when 2 plants share the resources and facilities then those plants are registered as a single excise entity with the authorities. That is the reason that the option of having the same sales area and shipping point as header data is not allowed for more than one excise group. This is more business related than SAP.
    Hope this clarifies the doubt.

  • What is meant by article grouping and site grouping and how to define

what is meant by article grouping and site grouping and how to define in SAP.

    Hi Charan,
Article Grouping in its broader sense  means grouping of Articles for ease of maintenance and business functions, either on the basis of Hierarchy or on the basis of Merchandise Category.Article Grouping is also primarily useful in promotions, wherein you can define a set of articles(which may not necessary fall under the same MC or Hierarchy) and club them together and assign them in a promotion.Txn codes used are : VBG1/2/3 - Create/Change/Display Article Group

Site Grouping is used for ease of maintenance by grouping the sites. It is also used to maintain the characteristics as well. This can also be used in Allocation Tables, promotion and Listing etc
Some of the Txn codes -
    WB50 - Site Group,Create Alloc,.table
Wb56 - Site Group, Alloc.table,Maintain Sites in Class
    WB60 - Site Group,Create Promotions
    WB64 - Site Group,Maintain SItes to Class

  • ISE 1.2: Remove unused Sponsor Group and Identity Group

    Hi
I started with ISE 1.1.2 and now upgrade to 1.2.
There are 1. Sponsor Groups and 2. Identity Groups which are no more in use, but I am not able to remove them anymore.
    1. One is a special Sponsor group which sponsor group policy I already removed. The I go to Aministration>Web Portal Management>Sponsor Groups and select the appropriate Group ans click delete and ok to confirm, the following error is displayed:
com.cisco.cpm.nsf.api.exceptions.NSFEntityDeleteFailed: java.rmi.RemoteException: Failed to execute the Query : DELETE_USERONAPP ORA-02292: integrity constraint (CEPM.EDF_GST_SPGRPID_SUB) violated - child record found ; nested exception is: java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-02292: integrity constraint (CEPM.EDF_GST_SPGRPID_SUB) violated - child record found
    2. The same happens with one Identity Group. I do not have it active anymore. Not in authentication, and not in authorization policy. I go to Administration>Identity Management>Groups>  and select te group to remove, and click "Delete selected" and confirm with ok, the following error occured:
Cannot delete selected Identity Group(s) because there are resources which are mapped to these or its child identity group(s)
Is there any reason for any of these issue?
    Many thanks

    Hi ,
Please open service request with cisco. These kind of issues may happen when the dependencies are deleted from UI but there is a chance that some of the dependencies may not be deleted completely and are not visible from UI as well.  These kind of issues can be resolved under cisco guidance.
    Thanks,

  • Collapse group and next group stays on next page

I have a group that is by customer and I have it defaulted to show expanded view when report is first opened. The expanded view showing all the details spans all the way to the end of page 1 so that the second customer shows up at the beginning
of page 2.  When I click to collapse customer 1 so it is now only 1 row, I want to see customer 2 right below it, not have to move to page 2 to see the next customer.  Is there a way I can get this to work?  I guess I'm looking for it to repaginate
somehow on collapse or something along those lines.

    Hi jms1070,
According to your description, you want to apply page break when expand rows in a group. Right?
In Reporting Services, we can't put any expression to apply logic in page break property. Also the collapse/expand can't be used as field in expression. In this scenario, it's only possible for the first group spanning page 1 when the page size is same
as the heights of the details rows within first group. If you set the page break between each group instance, the group 2 is always on page 2. So it's impossible to repaginate based on collapse/expand. Your requirement can't be achieved currently.
If you have any question, please feel free to ask.
    Best Regards,
    Simon Hou

  • What is the Behavior.Navigation URL for creating navigation bar links for search scopes for security group and distribution groups?

...the search scope is used to subset the SGs and DGs. The search scope itself shows expected results. The search scope filter used is: /Group[Type='Security' or Type='MailEnabledSecurity'][(Domain = 'DomainX') or (Domain = 'DomainY')]
Tried the following, with the GUID being the resource ID from the search scope for security groups:
    ~/identitymanagement/aspx/customized/CustomizedObjects.aspx?type=Group&searchtype=e8ed98b6-e299-4b8d-bfe5-e4b2adf1cd60
    ~/IdentityManagement/aspx/groups/Groups.aspx?type=Group&searchtype=e8ed98b6-e299-4b8d-bfe5-e4b2adf1cd60
    Thanks

are you talking about redirect URL in search scope ? FIM will automatically add the searchtype querystring
for custom groups search scope you can use :
    ~/IdentityManagement/aspx/groups/AllGroups.aspx
and configure you search scope to use the same UsageKeywords as for the security groups
and restart your IIS server using the command "IISRESET"
in your case if you want to create navigation bar link to your group-type search scope use may use this format:
    http://{your fim server}/IdentityManagement/aspx/groups/AllGroups.aspx?searchtype={your searchscope guid}&content=%2a
    ex : http://fimserver/IdentityManagement/aspx/groups/AllGroups.aspx?searchtype=47e0a973-0ab4-46f5-815f-f5028c1af58e&content=%2a

  • When is a CustomNode a Group and a Group a CustomNode ?

Forgive me for my greeness here, but..
Items like area panels (left panel, nav panel) etc. would be classified as a Group, by definiton, as it will contain numerous sub elements
However, items such as custom buttons.
If they are declared as a CustomNode they return a Group object anyway on the overriden Create
But I also see examples where it is simply defined as a Group initialised with content which graphically represents the button and the event functions to trigger.
So, is there a solid distinction to determine what should be classified as a Group and what should be as a CustomNode ?
Is the only main difference the ability to apply a transformation more easily ?
Or am I missing the point completely here ?
    Cheers
    ScottyB

Yes, it is unrelated, you should have made a new topic, perhaps linking here if you feel it was relevant (at least you made a search before asking!). Even more as this question is marked as answered!
Anyway, you make a mistake many JavaFX coders do: you bind to a function call.
It doesn't work. At best, you can do: var x: Group = bind getAGroup(param); and then the binding will be against param: when it changes, the function will be called again and the result affected to x.
But otherwise, the bind has no way to know if it must call the function again to see if the result will change...
Otherwise, the answer to your first question is: yes, group's content is automatically displayed in the scene.

  • WiSM redundancy, mobility groups and RF groups

    Hi there
we would like to implement the following:
    - Support for about 2000 LAP's
    - 1 x Catalyst 6509
    - 1 x Sup 720
    - 7 x WiSM's
What I'm interesting is are the following points:
    1. I thought that we would build the switch completly redudant, so we have to wlan switches (switch A and B) with 7 WiSM's eatch. So I can garanty a N+N redundancy --> each LAP's has a primary controller on switch A and it's secondary controller on switch B. The LAP's can be splitted on the two switches, but for your understanding there is a 1:1 redundancy. What do you think of this design, is the too much or is this appropriate?
    2. As I know you can build up a mobility group of a maximum of 24 controllers or 12 WiSM's. I would put only these controllers in a mobility group, where Layer 2 roaming can occure.
    3. But what is about the RF groups - there is a maximum of 1000 LAP's, so I can put only 3 WiSM's in one group. But this would not work form me, then I would have 2 WiSM's on switch A and only 1 WiSM on switch B in a RF group (not a 1:1 redundancy). First is it possible to put WiSM-A and WiSM-B into different RF groups, I think so because they are logically splitted, aren't they?
And what RF group design would be best (just as a reference)? I thought that it would make sense to form a RF group for each of the seven pairs (1 WiSM on switch A and 1 WiSM on switch B) for redundancy? What do you think of that approach?
    4. So I would have 1 mobility group and 7 RF groups. Or do you recommend to form the mobility groups like the RF groups? But what happens with Layer 2 roaming in that case?
I'm sorry for the long and messy text, but I hope you can see my design questions?
    Thanks a lot in advance.
    Dominic

It sounds like you already have some good replies. Personally I like N+1 redundancy, but that is a designers choice. One thing I should point out is that the 6500 can only support 5 WiSM cards each. In this case a 4 WiSM x 3 chassis option would give your more spare capacity with only 12 total cards. The lower WiSM cost (12 vs 14) would help offset the cost of the extra chassis. You could also support 2400 APs with 8 WiSM cards even if one switch is down.
Not too long ago Cisco added the ability to set the priority of APs so your critical ones would join a controller and the less critical ones would go down if a controller failed and there were no redundancy. That is something to keep in mind when designing wireless. You may not need redundancy for all APs and that could affect your design and costs.

  • Address Book "Groups" and "Smart Groups" don't appear on iPod Touch

In Address Book I have some 200 contacts (cards) and I've started making groups manually and also using Smart Groups.
The contacts are all there-- WELL WAIT-- I'm not there! ME-- My contact card is not listed in iPod!
ALSO: none of my GROUPS or SMART GROUPS are listed! Why not?
    OK appreciate any comments.
    Steve

OK so I guess I have to solve my own problems...
...seems that if you delete and re-do the GROUPS in Address Book, then they do appear.
As to "Smart Groups"-- seems they never appear on the iPod Touch.
    Other comments or info appreciated.
