Customer information screen not showing when installing photoshop CS2 -- cannot enter serial number

I own Adobe Premier CS2. When I run photoshop installation, customer information screen is not showing. So I cannot enter serial number. I have serial number.

    Adobe applications really, really like to reside on your boot drive (your C: drive in Windows).
    CS2 hasn't been supported by Adobe for years, that's why support sent you here. They have no obligation to support you from India.

  • Photoshop CS2 says my serial number is invalid & will not run.

    When starting photoshop CS2 I received a message that my photoshop user name, organization, or serial number is missing or invalid.  I cannot run photoshop.  I legally purchased it back in 2005 (I know, I've had this version for quite some time).  I used the program just a few days ago.  How do I resolve this?

    I assume I am the Admin since I am the only user on this computer.
    The Adobe CS Cleaner Tools says I have to uninstall CS program using the Control Panel>Programs>Uninstall.  I do not see the program.  Only Microsoft updates.  I searched their troubleshooting guide and found this:

    Only programs that were written for Windows will appear in Programs and Features. If you don't see the program listed and you want to uninstall the program, check the information that came with your program, or go to the manufacturer's website. Most programs install themselves in the C:\Program Files folder. Check this folder because some programs also include an uninstall program that you can try.
    What is Photoshops uninstall program?  I haven't seen a file that could be that.
    Can I use the CS cleaner program to uninstall Photoshop?

  • Crystal Reports XI Release 2 Viewer Not showing when installed on 64-bit OS

    Hello,
    I'm having an issue with the Crystal Active X Report Viewer Control 11.5.  I've got a VB .NET 2005 application that uses this control to view a Crystal Report.  I created a Setup Project and added all of the required Merge Modules to it.  It installs perfectly on both 32-bit & 64-bit OSes, but the viewer control does not show up when I launch my application on the 64-bit OS (it works as expected on the 32-bit OS).  I've tried just about everything (including changing the target platform and using the Service Pack 6 Merge Modules among other things), but I just can't get it to work.  The application doesn't error or anything, the form is just completely empty.  Will this application work on a 64-bit OS?

    I just upgraded to a computer with Windows 8.  I use Photoshop CS2.  I am getting the error message below when starting photoshop after installation.  I changed program folders, but that did not work.  Please advise.

  • CS6 not showing in product dropdown box with correct serial number

    Hi.  I'm trying to reinstall CS Production Premium on a machine that had to be restored.  It acknowledges the serial number as correct, but says no qualifying product exists on the machine despite me having installed it and currently using the trial version to get work completed.  In the product drop down box, it only lists Production Premium 5.5.

    I still can not register and use my new Elements 13.  I went to the redemption code help link that you sent me but it still asks me for a code that is 24 characters long.  On my disc sleeve is a sticker with an 8 digit number then under that number is a string of letters and numbers.  I tried to enter this string of letters and numbers but it keeps coming up "invalid".  One of the characters is a "/" (slash) and if I don't use that as one of the characters then I don't have 24 characters to put in the boxes.  Also, part of that string of characters on that sticker are the characters 13.0 which is the version that I bought.  I even tried to put in or leave out the period between the 13 and the zero but I still can not get that code to work so it will show me a serial number. On the back of my box is a hologram Adobe sticker with a barcode symbol that has an 18 digit number so I figured that is not the right code number.  Also on the sticker is a string of letters and numbers that are separated by dots/periods but that string also has 13.0 in it and even if I leave out the dot between the 3 and the 0 I still have 25 characters which is one too many for those code boxes.  I also looked in our email to see if Costco sent me a code but I have nothing from them either.  I think you're right- I obviously have a redemption code instead of a serial number on my product because nothing starts with 1057.  But I can not figure out what they want for the redemption code......Please help.......Thanks

    Recently purchased photoshop elements 11, when installing my computer crashed. When attempting to install for a second time it now displays a message saying my serial ref is invalid?
    Do I need to get a new reference?

    Dgjr7878 it is likely that the current installation of Photoshop Elements and it's licensing files got corrupted if your computer is crashing.  Is this a common occurance?  If so you may want to address the stability difficulties you are experiencing with your current computer prior to reinstalling.
    There are additional steps you can try to recover from your computer's unexpected restart.  Which operating system are you using exactly?

    May i know which OS do you have on your new laptop?
    Seems CS2 is a pretty old product, may be it is not compatible with the OS on your new laptop.
    What is the error message that you get? Error screenshot would help.

    Everything in my Java web start application works perfectly but, the custom splash screen only shows up when command line is used ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin>javaws -verbose http://www.xxx.eu/AcSentVivresCrus/AcSentJnlp/AcSent.jnlp"), if I use the shortcut on the desktop or in the start menu, the Java 7 splash screen shows up (tested under Windows Vista and Seven). Does someone have any clues?

    - The link in the generated shorcuts ("C:\Windows\SysWOW64\javaws.exe -localfile -J-Djnlp.application.href=http://www.xxx.eu/AcSentVivresCrus/AcSentJnlp/AcSent.jnlp "C:\Users\Arnaud\AppData\LocalLow\Sun\Java\Deployment\cache\6.0\46\69c1e9ee-1f252d1a") is not the same as the one I use in the command line ("C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\bin>javaws -verbose http://www.xxx.eu/AcSentVivresCrus/AcSentJnlp/AcSent.jnlp"). Is there a way in the the JNLP file to tell how to generate shortcuts (not the icon, etc., but command line options)?
    - This sample (https://blogs.oracle.com/thejavatutorials/entry/changing_the_java_web_start) displays the splash screen when I click on the the generated shortcuts (I use Windows 7). I have copied the ButtonDemo jar file and the JNLP file on my IIS web server (Windows 2008 Server), this time the splash screen does not show up when I click the generated shortcuts but always shows up when I use the command line. Can someone tell me if it is a trouble with IIS ?

    Most likely you have set the wrong file as the external editor. You don't want the obvious one; that's just a link to the welcome screen. Go back and choose this one, which is hidden away inside the folder Support Files:
