    why does my iphone send one picture multiple times when i select multiple photos to send (via message or email)?

    Are you sending via Camera itself?
    That is, selecting a picture, then select forward link symbol from bottom left
    then select another picture,
    Each time make sure you see the blue check mark at bottom right of each selected picture.
    The number of " # Photos Selected" should be displayed at the top.
    Then select Mail or Message and transmit.

  • Asked to enter PIN multiple times when sending Digitally Signed emails

    Hey everyone, I have been having a very difficult time trying to figure out why my co-workers and myself are being asked to enter our PIN multiple times when digitally signing emails.  My co-workers are looking to me for a solution, however
    I just cannot seem to find any information on as to why this is happening.  Could anyone possibly shed some light on why this may be happening?  Thanks in advanced!!!
    P.S. We are using Outlook 2013

    Hi,
    Let's troubleshoot this issue by the following steps:
    1. Start Outlook in Safe Mode to determine whether it's 3rd-party add-ins related:
    Press Win + R, type "outlook.exe /safe" in the blank box, press Enter.
    If no issue in Safe Mode, disable the suspicious add-ins to verify which on caused the problem.
    2. Go to Control Panel and search for "Manage computer certificates" then open it, find the certificate and right click on it, choose Properties -> under General tab select "Enable all purposes for this certificate" -> Apply ->
    OK.
    3. If you create a new Outlook profile, does this issue persist? A new profile will provide a new environment for the account and it will not remove any information from the old profile. A profile corruption may be the source of this issue.

  • Why does the Creative Cloud app steal focus multiple times when it starts up?

    I am running Windows 8.1. When my system boots up, I've set Creative Cloud to launch at startup. I like to have the CC app running in the background so I can keep all of my apps up to date.
    The problem is that the CC app steals the operating system's focus multiple times when it launches. For example, right after I log in to Windows, I'll usually launch Chrome. If I start typing something in the address bar, I am interrupted halfway through as the CC app launches and steals the focus. So then I reset the OS focus to Chrome and start typing again. And then CC usually steals the focus again after a couple of seconds.
    I've verified that it is CC by disabling launch-at-startup. Doing this makes the problem go away.
    This is completely obnoxious and unnecessary. If an app launches in the background, it shouldn't steal the focus once, let alone twice. This is software development 101. We are paying good money and should not have to deal with problems like this.

    Aperture recently started listing Facebook albums multiple times when trying to select an album to share to.

    I've seen this duplication once or twice before - in my case it was with SmugMug.
    Try removing the Facebook account from within Aperture, and then re-adding it. It should resolve the issue.

    I want it to ask the master password all the time when I open the site which my password is saved.
    This is not the problem, may be a feature.

    Your question is quite vague, but if I am right then, go to Tools> Options and then "Security" Tab then select "Saved Passwords" and you should find all the passwords you have saved for websites so far. If its an issue with the master passwords that is for Firefox itself, then the Master Passwords option is right above this. Have a look at the image below.

  • Columns in af:table rendering multiple times when filtering drop-down list

    Technology: JDeveloper 10.1.3.0.4 SU5, ADF Faces/BC
    Page design:
    Master-detail jspx.
    Each section is an af:table.
    Drop-down lists created using instructions from http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/jdev/tips/muench/screencasts/editabletabledropdown/dropdownlistineditabletable.html?_template=/ocom/technology/content/print
    Requirement:
    Data in a drop-down list on a child record needs to be filtered based on data from one or more columns in the currently selected row of the parent record.
    Issue:
    Drop-down lists have been successfully filtered using a couple of different methods, however, any time the data from the parent record is used to filter the data the columns in the child af:table begin to render multiple times. Navigating through the parent rows may cause the child records to have the correct number of columns displayed or multiple copies of the columns displayed.
    Removing any reference to the parent view object and hard-coding values instead causes this behavior to disappear.
    Each of the following methods has been tried. Each filters drop-down list data correctly and each causes apparently random extra column renders.
    1.     Cascading lists as per: http://www.oracle.com/technology/products/jdev/tips/mills/cascading_lists.html
    2.     Drop-down list based on view object that takes parameters.
    3.     Set where clause for drop down list in a method on the app module.
    4.     Set where clause for drop-down list in a new selection listener method for the af:table.
    Question:
    Is there a solution available that will filter the drop-down lists correctly and prevent the extra columns from being rendered?
    Thank you for any help that you can provide,
    Joanne

  • Picture "mms" email sent multiple times when sending to another phone

    I sent a picture using gmail to a friend's cell phone (Verizon) to [email protected] so they can get is as an MMS text. They received the message, but about a day or two later they received the message again about 15 times. I went into my sent folder and deleted the message and that seemed to stop it from being sent. This has happened multiple times. Anyone know why it would be doing this? Hopefully MMS will be added in a future update it would make it so much easier to send and receive pics.

    Not sure why and although I've done this only a few times, I have not experienced the same but I haven't used a Gmail account for this. Do you access another email account on your iPhone besides your Gmail account? If so, try using another account for sending all MMS via email to see if the same occurs.

  • Default button being clicked multiple times when enter key is pressed

    Hello,
    There seems to be a strange difference in how the default button behaves in JRE 1.4.X versus 1.3.X.
    In 1.3.X, when the enter key was pressed, the default button would be "pressed down" when the key was pressed, but wouldn't be fully clicked until the enter key was released. This means that only one event would be fired, even if the enter key was held down for a long time.
    In 1.4.X however, if the enter key is pressed and held for more than a second, then the default button is clicked multiple times until the enter key is released.
    Consider the following code (which is just a dialog with a button on it):
    public class SimpleDialog extends JDialog implements java.awt.event.ActionListener
    private JButton jButton1 = new JButton("button");
    public SimpleDialog()
    this.getContentPane().add(jButton1);
    this.getRootPane().setDefaultButton(jButton1);
    jButton1.addActionListener(this);
    this.pack();
    public void actionPerformed(ActionEvent e)
    if (e.getSource() == jButton1)
    System.out.println("button pressed");
    public static void main(String[] args)
    new SimpleDialog().show();
    When you compile and run this code under 1.3.1, and hold the enter key down for 10 seconds, you will only see one print line statement.
    However, if you compile and run this code under 1.4.1, and then hold the enter key down for 10 seconds, you will see about 100 print line statements.
    Is this a bug in 1.4.X or was this desired functionality (e.g. was it fixing some other bug)?
    Does anyone know how I can make it behave the "old way" (when the default button was only clicked once)?
    Thanks in advance if you have any advice.
    Dave

    Hello all,
    I think I have found a solution. The behaviour of the how the default button is triggered is contained withing the RootPaneUI. So, if I override the default RootPaneUI used by the UIDefaults with my own RootPaneUI, I can define that behaviour for myself.
    Here is my simple dialog with a button and a textfield (when the focus is NOT on the button, and the enter key is pressed, I don't want the actionPerformed method to be called until the enter key is released):
    package focustests;
    import java.awt.*;
    import javax.swing.*;
    import java.awt.event.*;
    import java.util.*;
    public class SimpleDialog extends JDialog implements java.awt.event.ActionListener
    private JButton jButton1 = new JButton("button");
    public SimpleDialog()
    this.getContentPane().add(new JTextField("a text field"), BorderLayout.NORTH);
    this.getContentPane().add(jButton1, BorderLayout.SOUTH);
    this.getRootPane().setDefaultButton(jButton1);
    jButton1.addActionListener(this);
    this.pack();
    public void actionPerformed(ActionEvent e)
    if (e.getSource() == jButton1)
    System.out.println("button pressed");
    public static void main(String[] args)
    javax.swing.UIManager.getDefaults().put("RootPaneUI", "focustests.MyRootPaneUI");
    new SimpleDialog().show();
    and the MyRootPaneUI class controls the behaviour for how the default button is handled:
    package focustests;
    import javax.swing.*;
    * Since we are using the Windows look and feel in our product, we should extend from the
    * Windows laf RootPaneUI
    public class MyRootPaneUI extends com.sun.java.swing.plaf.windows.WindowsRootPaneUI
    private final static MyRootPaneUI myRootPaneUI = new MyRootPaneUI();
    public static javax.swing.plaf.ComponentUI createUI(JComponent c) {
    return myRootPaneUI;
    protected void installKeyboardActions(JRootPane root) {
    super.installKeyboardActions(root);
    InputMap km = SwingUtilities.getUIInputMap(root,
    JComponent.WHEN_IN_FOCUSED_WINDOW);
    if (km == null) {
    km = new javax.swing.plaf.InputMapUIResource();
    SwingUtilities.replaceUIInputMap(root,
    JComponent.WHEN_IN_FOCUSED_WINDOW, km);
    //when the Enter key is pressed (with no modifiers), trigger a "pressed" event
    km.put(KeyStroke.getKeyStroke(java.awt.event.KeyEvent.VK_ENTER,
    0, false), "pressed");
    //when the Enter key is released (with no modifiers), trigger a "release" event
    km.put(KeyStroke.getKeyStroke(java.awt.event.KeyEvent.VK_ENTER,
    0, true), "released");
    ActionMap am = SwingUtilities.getUIActionMap(root);
    if (am == null) {
    am = new javax.swing.plaf.ActionMapUIResource();
    SwingUtilities.replaceUIActionMap(root, am);
    am.put("press", new HoldDefaultButtonAction(root, true));
    am.put("release", new HoldDefaultButtonAction(root, false));
    * This is a copy of the static nested class DefaultAction which was
    * contained in the JRootPane class in Java 1.3.1. Since we are
    * using Java 1.4.1, and we don't like the way the new JRE handles
    * the default button, we will replace it with the old (1.3.1) way of
    * doing things.
    static class HoldDefaultButtonAction extends AbstractAction {
    JRootPane root;
    boolean press;
    HoldDefaultButtonAction(JRootPane root, boolean press) {
    this.root = root;
    this.press = press;
    public void actionPerformed(java.awt.event.ActionEvent e) {
    JButton owner = root.getDefaultButton();
    if (owner != null && SwingUtilities.getRootPane(owner) == root) {
    ButtonModel model = owner.getModel();
    if (press) {
    model.setArmed(true);
    model.setPressed(true);
    } else {
    model.setPressed(false);
    public boolean isEnabled() {
    JButton owner = root.getDefaultButton();
    return (owner != null && owner.getModel().isEnabled());
    This seems to work. Does anyone have any comments on this solution?
    Tjacobs, I still don't see how adding a key listeners or overriding the processKeyEvent method on my button would help. The button won't receive the key event unless the focus is on the button. There is no method "enableEvents(...)" in the AWTEventMulticaster. Perhaps you have some code examples? Thanks anyway for your help.

  • Receiving the same text message multiple times when person only sent it once. How can I make it stop?s from

    I received the same message multiple times and the person that sends it only did it once. Also, I have trouble getting texts from non iPhone using friends.

    It's actually probably a carrier (or hardware) issue on the sender's end. Tell the sender to pull the battery from their phone (or reset it if the battery is non-removable). I've seen this issue with certain HTC phones (HTC did release an update which solved the issue on my Thunderbolt). As far as I knew, I only sent the message once. However, it would show up multiple times on the receiver's phone. Pulling my battery would solve the problem for a while. It did take the software update to stop it permanently.

  • Album Songs Appear Multiple Times When Synching

    Hey all, I keep encountering a problem when synching my iPhone. One of my albums (Daft Punk, 'Discovery') when synched has some of the songs appear twice. When I synch my iPod, I don't encounter this issue though.
    On top of that, if I download the album directly from the iTunes store on my iPhone, this doesn't happen. As such, I can narrow it down to the PC synch. Any ideas of what's going on? What can I do to fix it? All I've done before is delete the multiple songs manually on my phone, but that gets annoying.

    It's been a few days now and no one's responded. I've figured out a fix for this problem from some alternate forums.
    Here's my fix:
    1. Find the album to fix and select all tracks.
    2. Change the album's name to anything but the original title. In this case, we'll rename the album "Fix Me".
    3. Sync your iPod.
    4. Change the album's name from "Fix Me" to the original title.
    5. Sync your iPod once again.
    Step 3 may be irrelevant for some, but I found that some albums needed to be synced twice to work properly.
    Hope this terribly inconvenient and temporary fix will hold others over until iTunes is updated.
