Customer Master replication error from R/3 to CRM

Experts,
I am trying to replicate Customer Master from R/3 to CRM.
All the settings have been done. Nothing shows up in Queues. However, Bdoc hangs in "Received" state.
When I try to reprocess the Bdoc, I get a prog dump of type DBIF_RSQL_INTERNAL_ERROR in below function module: CRM_BUPA_FRG0020_SAVE_TABS
at INSERT crmm_but_set0020 FROM TABLE it_set0020_insert[]
This data corresponds to Shipping data in Customer Master.
Can you please help? I saw a similar thread in the forum where there was a suggestion about R/3 plug in update. How can I do that?

We executed the transaction BD14 for replication, it is resulting in error 29 : Error in ALE Service : Entry in Outbound table not found.

Looks like some issue with the partner profile set up for the sender or receiver of the EDI message in WE20.
Set up them again and When these have been set up try reprocessing your IDocs from BD87

We create the customer master in R3 from ISU. Where can we specify the rules for changing the customer master data in R3, which are created from ISU?

Customer master data updation from one system to another system

HI Experts,
I have an issue with customer master data updation from one system to another system. And here only one field is not updating properly from one system to another system. and we found this is through idoc , but we don't find field in any segment.
and the field is called ADDR1_DATA-HOME_CITY.
and this will displayed as different city in address column.
but as per the notes given in help , it is by program , form through only passing. but not able to trace and as per my analysis ADRC table , ADRNR had this field HOME CITY.
And this is for some customers updating wrong one from one system to another system , and for some customers field itself not updating in address column.
please can you suggest any one. here are screenshot for your reference.

R/3 to CRM Customer Master Replication

Hi All,
Iam working on CRM 4.0 with R/3 as backend system.
I have some custom fields in KNA1 table in R/3. Those fields are not there at transaction level. I have appended them to a table directly.
If there is any change to the standard fields to Customer Master that will be automatically replicated to CRM through standard BDOC.
The custom field changes are not getting replicated. what I have to do in order to replicate them to CRM?

Customer Master Replication from R3 to CRM

Hi Experts,
I am going to replicate Customer master from R3 to CRM system.As we all know ECC or R/3 and CRM customer master data is based on two different data models. So in order to avoid the Errors I would like below clarifications cleared.
1- I would like to have customers to have all partner function assignments (Sold-to, Ship-to, Bill-to and payer as in R3 ) to be replicated in CRM. How can I achieve this?
2- As it said R3 Account Groups are mapped to Customer Clasification(i.e Customer,Prospect,Competitior,Consumer-Person,Consumer-Organization). How can I map Sold-to Party, Bill-to Party, Ship-to Party and Payer BP Roles to the classification Customer?
During the test replication all the customers from R3 got replicated as Sold to party ion CRM in my last attempt.
I request you to provide me the Mapping concept and as well as the solution to have this replication achieved successfully.Any Document with screen shot would be a great help.

I also facing same problem. All are my sold to party, ship to party, bill to party and payer are replicated to CRM as sold to party (CRM000) BP role only.

Equipment Replication Error from ECC to CRM

We are trying to replicate the Equipments form ECC 5.0 to CRM 2007 facing some error in CRM like inbound queue is not generated and our queue generated with status SYSFAIL error massage is u201CBAPISTRUCTURE_NAME_UNDEFINIEDu201D. I checked in ECC out queue status is STOP. We are done the Material Master and Customer Master Data Replication form ECC to CRM successfully. Activated the Equipment related objectives and done the Initial Load we are facing the problem for Equipment.

In the SAP Help of Equipment Replication from SAP ECC to SAP CRM following are prerequisites:
Integration
The initial download of data is triggered in SAP CRM and is executed by middleware. Uploads and delta downloads take place automatically when data is changed in SAP CRM and SAP ERP respectively.
To use this function you require the following releases, or higher:
■SAP CRM 7.0 (with active middleware)
■SAP enhancement package 4 for SAP ERP 6.0

Can you check the Bdoc Messages and mention the Error and the Status of the Queues of the Equipment Adapter Object EQUIPMENT.

Customer Master creating error

HI,
While creating the customer master am getting fallowing error
Sales area MSR1 MM HY is not defined for customers
Message no. F2644
Diagnosis
The sales area specified has either not been defined (i.e. there is no entry in table TVTA) or it refers to another sales area for customers (customer division/customer distribution channel in the TVTA detail screen). This means that the customer master data of the sales area entered correspond to the data in the reference sales area and customer master data only needs to be maintained for this reference sales area.
Procedure
You can display the relevant and therefore valid sales areas for customers by selecting "Extras" -> "Sales areas" -> "All areas".
But i did all the customization.

1. Use transaction VOR1 to set distribution channels.
2. Use transaction VOR2 to set divisions you created.
3. Use transaction OVXG to maintain sales are based on division and distribution channels above with sales organization.

Vendor number entered in customer master data-error

When entered the vendor number in the customer master data in contrao data tab in general data and save it ,system throws an error enter address number.
Double click on the error it gives below message :
Please enter an address number
Message no. AM016
Please advice.

Even if the address for both are same still it gives error,and also if the address is different the error is thrown.Both the ways it throws the error.I get this error only when i enter vendor no in customer or customer no in vendor if not it saves with out any error.

Customer master data copying from one sales order to other

I have requirement on customer master data maintenance, When ever i create a customer in one sales area it has to copied automatically to other sales area.Even if i change also system should replicate the changes to same customer in other sales area.
How can i achieve this?

This will make sure that Master Data you create for one Sales Area is valid for other Sales Areas also...

Customer Replication problem from R/3 to CRM

The scenario is: We have upgraded R/3 to 4.7 and the logical system names have changed. CRM is still the same one ( 4.0 ).
Everything works fine. If I create an order it goes to R/3 and If I change an existing customer in CRM or R/3 it get replicated into the other system.
But if I create a new customer in R/3, it does not go to CRM.
All the tables are ok with the correct logical name and RFCs are working fine. Serial numbers are ok too and Delta download is active. I do not know what else I can check.
Did you have any similar situation? Any ideas of what I could check?
Any input is highly appreciated.

your points did help me to rectify the problem. here was another solution i did try and it worked out.My problem was in table CRMPAROLTP, in the field CONSUMER. It seems that 4.7 does not need to have this field filled. So I remove the entry and the information flows.

LSMW Customer Master LSMW Error in program RFBIDE00

Hi,
I regenerated program RFBIDE00 using RFBIDEG0.
After generation i'm getting short dump while executing RFBIDE00. short dump is as below,
"The data object "BKNB1" does not have a component called "QLAND"."
i checked and found that structure BKNB1, does not have this field. I'm now not able to revert back the program to earlier version as well.
If anyone has come across the same error, could you please share the solutions.

Check via SNOTE is this note was (or is being) implemented by somenone else (). It was, else regeneration of the program would not have inserted a line with this field (*) and it was not implemented via Support package, else the field QLAND would be in structure BKNB1. Perhaps the note is not yet "fully implemented" nor transported in Qal. and Prd. systems.
If you are or have been in an Upgrade Project, you can also look at SPDD and SPAU on the same objects (structure BKNB1 and source program RFBIDF00)

Material Master replication ... ECC to CRM

I have a requirement to replicate a material master record from ECC to CRM, based upon an 'external event' (i.e. an event other than the change of the material master record itself, in ECC). The event is the change in status of a record in a z-table.
What is the best way to accomplish this? Is there a function module or BAPI that I can call, to trigger the replication of a material to CRM, whenever this event occurs? Are there other suggested / better approaches to satisfying this requirement?

If your CRM system is new then you have to do the initial download of material from ECC to CRM. To do that first download the material customizing object (like category. group etc), from transaction R3AS (CRM side) then download the product/Material.
After do the initial download, activate the change pointer for the material related message type (matmas etc..)from transaction SALE (ECC). And schedule I job to run its on daily basis.

I am trying to load material data from SAP to CRM. Materials are in general coming across however i have a lot of errors visible in smw01 with the following entries:
@0A@     BDoc validation error     PRODUCT_MAT     mBDoc Validate     06/04/2010     14:20:05     QAS100     R3AI_MATERIAL     MW_RFC_USER     DF6FDBE147AC2EF1B467002264F6091A
On closer examination i can see that the specific issue relates to teh following:
A key was used twice for multirow set type CRMM_PR_TAX
    Message no. COM_PRODUCT512
I can see on closer examination of the individual entries why the issue is occuring when i show the Bdoc message extra data I can see that there are multiple entries for CRMM_PR_TAX

Mapping Sales dist from customer master to 0SD_C01 infocube

Dear All,
I have a requirment of mapping Sales Dist ( 0SALES_DIST ) from Customer Master ( 0CUST_SALES ) into report based on Infocube Billing Condition Value ( ZSD_C01 ) . i.e. report should show Sales dist data fro customer master and not from transaction data.
The infocube ( ZSD_C01 ) contains sold to party ( 0SOLD_TO ) which can not be mapped to 0CUST_SALES .
Is there any solution for this.

When I am doing remodeling to Add 0CUST_SALES in Customer Dimenssion and using 1:1 maping with characteristics of 0SOLD_TO option . system is giving following error.
Characteristic 0SOLD_TO does not have all compoundings of 0CUST_SALES
Since 0CUST_SALES is compounded with Sales Area remodeling doesn't work in spite of having all characteristics of Sales area in the infocube.
Is there any other way to replace the data.
