Customer replication from ECC to CRM

Hello everyone,
I am having some difficulty replication a customer from ECC to CRM.
In our environment, customers are generally created from CRM & then replicated to ECC.
Now we are creating a new Distribution channel & hence want to extend all our existing customers to the new DC.
Since I am a SD Consultant, I was thinking of extending the customers in ECC.
I tried extending a customer which was originally created in CRM. When I extended it to the new DC in ECC, it dint come over to CRM.
I cannot see any BDOC in SMW01 also.
Also when I checked the Filter setting in R3AC1 for objects BUPA_MAIN & Customers .. there is nothing set in the filters for the source ECC.
Do I have to check any additional objects which I need to check ?
Or is it that no settings means nothing created in ECC would come over ?
Can anyone guide me so as to understand why this is happening.
Also if there are any filters which i need to check, can anyone tell me what tcode & what adapter objects do i need to check ?

Hi,
If you are downloading Customers from ECC(XD01/XD02/XD03) then CRM uses the adapter object CUSTOMER_MAIN and not BUPA_MAIN. You can check if there are any filters in this object.
Alternately you can check if the delta is active in ECC. I do not remember the transaction for checking this but you can find the same from the menu path.

Problem in customer replication from ECC to CRM

Hi experts,
When I create a customer in ECC using Tcode XD01 a BDOC is created in CRM. But this Bdoc shows following errors:--
     Partner (): the following errors occurred
     Incorrect input data:
     Validation error occurred: Module CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL, BDoc type BUPA_MAIN.
When I see the Bdoc message body the data(central data etc )is all blank except the field Object = BUSINESSPARTNER.
Why the Bdoc messae is not getting populated with correct value?
Also how I can see the data which is being sent from ECC. Is there any Idoc or something created at ECC outbound side where I can see the sent data?
Where in XD01 bdoc message is being created?
Please help.

Hi Vimal,
You'd need to debug the FM CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL to find out what was the cause of validation error. Once you get the missing details, check if those details are being populated correctly at ECC end.

Adi,
Where do you get the erorr? If you're downloding PRODUCT_SRV, then this is not a customizing object. Please check for related inbound and outbound queues in CRM and ECC for errors. Please also check SMW01 and see if you have any BDoc's in error. Give us the full error text of any errors found.
If you get the problem with customzing objects, please let us the object name(s). Is it just one object or all customizing object?

Equipment Replication from ECC to CRM 6.0

Hi Gurus,
I am trying to Replicate equipments from ECC to CRM 6.0
I did all the activities as specified still encountering issue while replicating.
I did following activities
1) Default settings
OLTP-EQ-0401-0401-X(Delta)
2) BADI - CRM_EQUI_LOAD_STDIMP (Activated)
3) Specify adapter object for uploading objects
0401 - DNL_EQUIPMENT
I tried to load Equipment through R3AS for "EQUIPMENT" OLTP selected.
A) I checked SMQ1, SMQ2 - No Queues are blocked.
B) SMW01---Found 2 lines for BDOC Type CRM_EQ_DMBDOC with green light successfully processed.
C) But if I Check through R3AM1 (monitor Objects) the Adapter "EQUIPMENT" is aborted.
I checked the BDOC Message for the passed lines in SMW01 it says
1) Start of Initial load.
2) No Objects were selected.
In ECC, I see enough equipments in EQUI Table. But I haven't given any filters in EQUIPMENT so that it will select all.
Please correct me if I am following a wrong process or forward me the check list for Equipment load.
I tried almost a full day on this but nothing accomplished and I found similar failure postings for Equipments a lot in Forums.

I am getting the same problem as yours while trying to download EQUIPMENTs from ECC to CRM.
I have done the following steps:
1. Created a category for the object family 0401 and assigned the relevant set types to it.
2 Maintained the settings for downloading equipments into CRM at:
SPRO --> Master Data --> Installed Base --> Replication of technical objects from SAP ERP --> Define default settings for replication equipment.
3. Activated BADI CRM_EQUI_LOAD
On triggering the initial load am getting 2 F02 state CRM_EQ_DMBDOC bdocs w/o any classical / extension data in it. When I check for the trace I get to see the message 'No objects selected' for the ECC system though there are equipments in the ECC equipment table EQUI.
Would appreciate if you could share how did you solve your problem.

Issues in employee replication from ECC to CRM through ALE/IDOC

Hi,
We are replicating the employees from ECC to CRM through ALE/IDOC.
Some times for some employees, the Idoc status in CRM is 52(Application document not fully posted) in CRM (WE02 tcode)
If I see the details its showing as " Identification Category BPCCOD is Not Assigned to Any Identification Type"
What I need to do now to avoid this.

Hi Babu, I'm having the same error when I replicate my employes. I have define BPCCOD in spro - Cross-Application Components - SAP Business Partner - Business Partner - Basic Settings - Identification Numbers, but this configuration does not resolve my problem.
Could you resolve this problem?.

Business partner replication from ECC to CRM

Hello community!
I need help with business partner replication for financial services from ECC 6.0 to CRM 7.0 using standard intagration scenario BusinessPartnerReplication from XI Content SAP ABA 7.0. Scenario type is asynchronous ABAP Proxy to ABAP Proxy.
I activated proxies on ECC and CRM side as described in blog: /people/vijaya.kumari2/blog/2006/01/26/how-do-you-activate-abap-proxies
ECC, CRM, PI systems are registered in SLD.
And also i created configuration scenario based on BusinessPartnerReplication scenario from XI Content SAP ABA 7.0 and all necessary configuration objects.
The thing that i cann't find:
What standard function modules from link below should i activate on ECC sender side and CRM receiver side in transaction CRMC_BUT_CALL_FU for my replication work?

Business Partner replication from ECC to CRM based on Company code

Hi:
I got this requirement where we need to transfer customers from ECC --> CRM. Customers specific to a company code.
Trying to maintain Filters for CUSTOMER_main--> KNB1- BUKRS to filter customers by a certain company code. I get this error " Table not maintained in smoftables."
Checked table " SMOFFILFLD" to see there are no entries for KNB1.
While I could check with my superiors on restricting transfer of customers based on Sales area data, as KNVV and KNVP data is maintained.
I would like to know if I can proceed with adding new table KNB1 to this table. If this is not recommended kindly suggest one.

"Error in validation" in order replication from ECC to CRM.

Hi,experts,we always have a problem,that is the "Billed" status can not be replicated to CRM from ECC(We excute billing in ECC).
In the BDOC we always have error message "Error in Validation (Details: transaction SMW01)".
I found the preceding contract of the order had been locked by the middleware user.
Is it related with the BDOC validation??
Can anybody suggest?

Please unlock Queue using SMQ1 ( Outbound ) & SMQ2 (Inbound Queue)
First try using SMQ1 & SMQ2 in CRM then try in ECC.

Customer replication from ECC - CRM

Hie Guys,
We have created a Customer in ECC. But it has replicated to CRM without sales area and Role.
Now i have tried downloading customer from r3ar2 and manually saved ..but no suncsess. B doc says thare is a validation error. CRM_BUPA_MAIN_VAL.
Its so stupid Error that if i create another customer in ECC with same (100%)information it replicates well with sales area. Can any one suggest me what could have gone wrong?

solved! by deleting this employee completly and re downlaoding.

Order replication from ECC to CRM

Hi All,
The requirement is we have different order types for example, ZOR, ZGW, KE in ECC out of which we would like to replicate only ZOR order type orders. So I used Adapter SALESDOCUMENT in CRM and set filters with AUART (Order type) EQ ZOR and ERDAT (Creation Date) GE '04/05/2010' so my assumption is if any ZOR order is created after 04/05/2010 they will replicate to CRM.
And I created transaction type ZOR in CRM and ZGW, KE are not created in CRM as I do not need them. I checked CRMFILTAB and the filters are there but the issue is:
Everytime I create ZOR order in ECC these order are replicating fine. There are 2 BDOCs generated R3AD_'CUSTOMER' and CSA_ORDER_'Order number' successfully...so far so good.
Whenever I create any order with ZGW, KE Orders, even these orders are trying to replicate to CRM and getting failed as we do not have ZGW, KE Order types in CRM. The BDOC is R3AD_XXXXXXX is failing with the following error messages.
-->Processing of document with Guid A6BE324C3C92B353E10000000AFEC80C is canceled
-->Business transaction type ZGW does not exist
-->Validation error occurred: Module CRM_DOWNLOAD_BTMBDOC_VAL, BDoc type BUS_TRANS_MSG.
For example, if the order is created for customer 7719, In SMQ2, R3AD_0000007719 as failed and this is blocking all other 7719 customer related changes. How to make these other orders not even try to replicate to CRM and fail.

I know we are eligible for Scenario A but I haven't activated the Scenario A settings as of now. What we did was, we made the message in ECC from Error to Warning so that it'll allow us to change the order created in CRM. I wasn't aware of the scenarios during that time as I was new to CRM, recently I went through and need to activate them in the system.

Delta Replication for Customizing object from ECC- CRM

I need help on delta replication activate for customizing objects from ECC to CRM. I finished with initial load with product replication and everything worked weel. The problem is that product hierarchy continuely changing in ECC everyday, so the delta for the products error out due to incorrect product heirarchy in CRM becuase the delta is not working for DNL_CUST_PROD0, and DNL_CUST_PROD1. Please show me how to activate the delta for those DNL. What business transaction do I need for those so the delta will work for them too? Rewards points if helpful

I think you need to do Request downlaod for the Product Hirearchy when ever there is new one created in ECC.You can do request downlaod by creating the object using R3AR2. Exeute the object though R3AR4 and monitor the status using R3AR3.

Customer replication from R/3 to CRM as BP's in install at role

Customer's already exist in our ECC system. In CRM, we need to create the ECC customer;s as BP in install at role. From some ot the previous threads, I found that PIDE transaction can be used. Can anyone explain me the steps clearly for creating the BP's in CRM correpsonding to the R/c customer. I don't want to replicate them as BP's in ECC.

You have to check all relevant functional modules are available in the table.
Then,you have to maintain/delete entries based on standard document.
Make sure all Queue is available with system users,right RFC and the queue is registered.
Make sure all the RFC connections are created and working properly.
You have to generate the objects.
Please check some of the above steps .

of the (Include) program "LSMO0U06".
Do I need to download anything else before doing the customer download from ECC to CRM.
Can anyone help me fix this issue.

Replication Z-Tables from ECC to CRM

We have a client with some Z-Tables in ECC and we need to replicate this tables in CRM, anybody have any information about this.

The following link shows the replication from CRM to ECC. The same can be followed for replication from ECC to CRM.

You can also try this
1. Create the Ztables both in ECC and CRM
2. create customizing adapter objects in R3AC3.
3. copy the stanadard FM 'CRM_BUPA_MAP_ADREREG_CI' to custom FM and write source code. load object in R3AS.
4. create a variant and shedule the based on requirement

Replication of Quotations from ECC to CRM

Hello Experts,
The scenario is as follows:
I am required to replicate all the quotations from ECC to CRM.
My question is: what are the various middleware settings to be done?
I have created a transaction type for quotation by the same name in ECC and CRM so far.
It would be great if I can get help on the following:
1. What are the item categories that I need to maintain on both ECC and CRM side for Quotation?
2.What action profile do I need to maintain on ECC and CRM side for quotation?
3.How should the number ranges be defined on ECC and CRM side for quotation?
4. Do I need to do a Cross-Copy Control of quotation from ECC and CRM at the transaction and item category level?
5. Do I need to assign the Quotation Type (ECC) to ERP Profile on CRM side?
6.Can the transfer of quotations from ECC to CRM happen only after replicating the product and customer data from ECC to CRM?
What more needs to be done?
Once the settings are complete and fool-proof, I know I can run an Initial Load (R3AS) on the object: SALESDOCUMENT from R/3 to CRM.
What are the filter settings to be maintained in SalesDocument Object?
Experts, this is my requirement and all the pointers would be greatly helpful.

>> You can make a Z copy of the standard Quotation Item categories in ECC and CRM.

>> Action profile settings are specific to your business scenario. You need to define ACTION Profile in ECC. In CRM you can have an ACTION PROFILE and assign it to the CRM Transaction Type
3.How should the number ranges be defined on ECC and CRM side for quotation?
>> If ECC is a leading system for quotation creation, the number range will be EXTERNAL in CRM and assign this EXTERNAL number range for CRM Quotation Transaction Type

5. Do I need to assign the Quotation Type (ECC) to ERP Profile on CRM side?
>> Not sure on this. Requesting other experts to answer this.

>> Yes. The master data such as Material, Customer, Pricing should be downloaded to CRM, if the quotation needs to be replicated to CRM.
