Customer Report with Sales Employee and Due date
Hi,
I need to configure a report for Customers with Sales Employee & Due date.is there any standard report for this combination in SAP or Do i need to Configure separate report for this.If i need to configure this -kindly help me with some guide lines to prepare this.It would be a great help if you provide some steps to configure this Report.

Open items report with Sales Group and Office
Dear all,
Our client wants a report for AR open items which shows amounts and sales group/ office for a customer.
E.g.:
Sales GR Sales Offi Net due date Customer Pay. terms Amnt in loc. CUR

Does anyone know how I create such a report?

KhI don't think such a report is available as Std. You may choose to write a report based on VBRK, KNA1, KNB1, BSID and BSAD

Hi Experts,
I Want to develop a new abap report which would contain the data for sales orders and delivery.
I want to fetch all the sales orders based on the ship date (LIKP-WADAT_IST) of the delievry.

Creating a custom report with detailed header and then associated detail
I am very new to CRMOD, so this question may be basic, but I have not found any good material yet to help me out, so here goes.
We are trying to create a Quote report that will be sent to our customers. The report needs to have both a header and detail section basically as follows:
<Header>
Quote Form
Date:
Expiration Date:
Sales Person Name:
Customer Name and address
Terms
... some other text data ...
<Detail>
Standard fields that define the quote, these are easy.
What I cannot determine how to do is create the header section. In the report designer, it only allows for a Title, logo, and another text line. Can anyone suggest another method?I do not have the narrative option.
Options available are:
Title
Table
Chart
Pivot Table
Gauge
Active Filters
legend
Advanced
--> Column Selector
--> View Selector
--> Funnel Chart
--> Ticker
According to the documentation, the narrative view should be available from the advanced menu. Am I on a different package by chance? -
SAP report with sales (invoices) and cost of goods sold
Is there standard SAP report that would show list of invoices, the materials sold, and the cost of goods sold (for how much they were bought)?

If it is a one time activity, the please do the following.
SE11 , put the table VBRK and execute (you may use selection criteria like DATE o BILLING DATE if there is any specific data which you are trying to extract.)
VBRK-VBELN will give you the list of invoices.
You can download the same into spreadsheet.
Now copy the VBELN entries from the spreadsheet and put it in SE11 of VBRP as VBELN.
VBRP-MATNR will give you the material sold.
Download the same into 2nd spreadsheet
your cost of goods sold will be coming in the pricing procedure against any condition type.
So in VBRK which you have extracted earlier, you will find VBRK-KNUMV
Put that KNUMV in KONV table (put KSCHL= your condition type which shows the cost of goods sold).
Download that also as a spreadsheet.
Now you may combine these 3 spreadsheet with the help of someone who is an expert in excel and get the required data.
(BILLING NO FROM FIRST EXCEL , MATERIAL FROM 2ND EXCEL AND COST OF GOODS SOLD FROM 3RD EXCEL)
Check and revert back.

EWA Report with yellow rating and NO data
Hi,
We have upgraded the solution manager to EHP1 in June. Befor that my EWA was working perfectly fine.
Our EWA report (after upgrade) is getting generated and has a rating yellow but it contains No data.......shows data oly for hardware capacity even no other performance factors included in the report.
I checked settings in satellite system as well as in solution manager. everthing is working fine. All RFCs, service defination, word setting everthing is fine.
I need your assistance to resolve this issue o priority as its EWA for PRD isnt getting generated.

Could you be more specific about your requirement. I could understand that you wanted to know what all are the Customer sales reports could be provided in SD.
Generally irrespective of projects few reports are considered as baseline reports for any SAP implementations.
For example: 1. Order intakes daily
2. Order intakes monthly
3. Order magin (daily,monthly)
4. Order analysis.

I am implementing the mentioned tutorial. I have succesfully deployed the AccessStatisticApplication PAR on portal. While scheduling the report from Content Management -> Reports -> Running Reports, it is giving error "<b>Can't find bundle for base name com.sap.netweaver.km.stats.reports.DocumentAccessReport, locale en_US</b>". Has anyone faced the problem, can anyone please help to remove this runtime error.

You can definitely use the application property service in production scenarios - it's used by other components in a standard KM install, i.e. out-of-the-box.

This should definitely not happen! Did you get SAP support to take a look at this? Was it the most popular documents report that caused this, or some other custom code? There should be no such problem with this service, since it's been around for quite some time and in production use.

FIX: Change your Billing Cycle and Due Date!
There are many people angry about the change in billing due dates that have been set by AT&T recently. There is a way to get your due date back to where you want it but does require a little work on your part. NOTE: I am not an AT&T Employee, this is just advice from someone doing a little research! How the change works:First you will need to contact AT&T customer support (as this is just a customer to customer support forum so nobody here can make changes to your account). Let them know you want to change your billing cycle and due date. First month - you must complete your current billing cycleSecond month - you will have a prorated "short" cycle anywhere from 0-29 daysThird month - you will start with the billing cycle on the new date you select. There are a couple of other requirements below just so you are completely informed when talking to AT&T support.
Billing Cycle Change Requirements:
Changing your billing cycle is NOT an option in all service areas so contact support at 800-331-0500 to find out if this option is available in your service area.
Your billing cycle cannot be changed during the five days before or after the close of your current cycle. Your billing cycle cannot be changed if your account is in a delinquent status, or if the account will fall delinquent before the requested change date. If you have a payment arrangement set up, the payment arrangement must be made before the billing cycle is changed. If you have Autopay, you may see two Autopay drafts in one month due to the billing cycle change. Please keep in mind that when a billing cycle is changed you will see prorated charges to get all of the billing back on track with the new dates. Understanding that this does create an inconvenience for many people for the first 2 months you will be where you need to be after and back on track. If anyone has anything to add please do so and I will update my post.Hi there
This is a great guide that will be very helpful to any of our customers who wish to change their bill cycle dates! I’d just like to thank you for posting this and add some further expectations.
The balance on the prorated second invoice shows as Past Due on the customer's third invoice, even if it is not. The cycle change process does not impact their account status and corrects itself on subsequent bills. With regards to prorated charges, the customer is provided a video bill with their next statement to help explain the charges.

Quickest method - Plant and due date to o/s PO and SA items
Due to volumes, performance is an issue for a Z report. Ideas on quickest method to get to outstanding PO items and SA Delivery Schedule items due on given dates for a single Plant. There are other search criteria but I don't believe these will be tightly specified and Plant and due date (at EKET or EKES level, as applicable) are the prime ones.

As you can see in the system information view, the field described as "Del. date" in the Sale Order lines is named <b>ShipDate</b> !
So I simply use a FormatedSearch to change its content according to the Sale Order Document Due Date and the customer location.
