Customer Response to a Survey

Hi,
For email campaigns we need to store the survey responses of each customer in the target list.
The business scenario is that on receiving an email campaign, the prospect/customer clicks on the survey link URL, submits his responses to the survey and sends back. These responses are stored in SAP CRM. I want to know how and where these responses are stored for each customer.
I think this will be a standard feature. Would appreciate an answer from the forum.

Is it possible to capture the the customer responses without creating an activity or a lead? The idea is to capture the customer responses without creating any transaction.
Also, there is an "Evaluation" button in CRM_SURVEY_SUITE. Is it a case that if I click on this button, then I get to see the survey result for each customer to whom the survey had been sent. Riight now, with the current setting of our system, when we click on this button the message that we get is "No Data for Evaluation". Would appriciate if we can have a step-by-step procedure to have this as well.

  • Custom responsibility cannot read ar_system_parameters

    We are upgrading from EBS 11.5.10 to 12.1.3
    I am not able to run the seeded report ARXAGE (Aging - 4 Buckets Report) in R12 from a custom responsibility, though I am able to run it from the seeded Receivables Manager responsibility.
    The resaon being the Charts of Accounts parameter value is not defaulting. The default value is :
    select sb.chart_of_accounts_id   from gl_sets_of_books sb, ar_system_parameters sp  where sb.set_of_books_id = sp.set_of_books_id
    I am turing on the display property of the Charts of Accounts parameter. When I a logging onto Receivables Manager and attempting to run the program - the Charts of Accounts parameter is defaulting to 101. However when when I am trying to run the same report from the Custom Responsibility the Charts Of Accounts parameter is not populating with any default value. This is despite Examine/Profile$/ORG_ID is showing a value for the custom responsibility.
    When I am updating the parameter value to 101 - the process is still failing - because in the before report trigger there is a query on ar_system_parameters which is failing.
    I would like to know what needs to be done and why ar_systems_parameters could not be read from the custom responsibility (but can be read from Receivables Manager responsibility)
    I have compared the profile setup at responsibility level for both the Custom and Receivables Manager responsibility in R12.
    For custom responsibility - HR:User Type and MWA: Enable Personalization are defined.
    For Receivables Manager - AR: Dunning Letter Remit-To Address Label Size, AR: Mask Bank Account Numbers, AR: Use Statement, Dunning, and Late Charges Site Profiles, AR: Keep or Replace Existing Profile Amounts only.
    So I guess ORG_ID is defaulting from the Site Level for both. So what needs to be done to setup Application Context for the custom responsibility.

  • Issue in Custom Responsability in SSHR..

    Hi Friends,
    How are you, hope you are doing well. Friends I am facing an issue in SSHR. I had created a custom Responsibility for a Manager Self service, after creating that, when I am trying to open any function (say Promotion or transfer or Absence). When I had choosed a Particular employee for the Transaction. I am getting “Waiting Approval of others”. Can any one pls me out to slove this issue.

  • Controller  Error  is not working for Custom Responsibility

    Hi All
    I create a controller , Its working with Standard Responsibility. I am Setting two Values , One from database Column and other from calling a custom funciton . Its working in Standard Responsibilty.
    But same thing I am trying in Custom Responsibility , Its showing One value ie database value, But not The function return value.
    Is it the issue with security?

    If you remove this Security Profile , the Controller Works.
    But if u set the Controlller it does not work.

  • Urgent: Error in opening custom OAFpage from forms of custom responsibility

    Hi All,
    I have a custom responsibility to which some of the form functions(like submit conc requests,view requests, profile...are attached) and some of the custom oaf page functions are attached.
    When i try to open the attached custom oaf page when in forms, am getting the following error :
    You have insufficient priviliges for the current operation. Please contact your System Administration.
    If i try to open seeded oaf page from seeded responsibility through forms, it opens up fine with out any error.
    Please do reply if anyone is aware of this issue.

    The user has access to the pages am trying to navigate...
    I am able to navigate to those oaf pages from home page successfully using the responsibility which has the oaf pages tagged...
    the same responsibility has some forms tagged under it...
    the error comes when i first launch some forms attached to that responsibility and from the forms i try to access the same oaf page which gets opened fine from home page...

    Just save the theme and you'll have it in all other projects available, no need to save is as an empty project at all. I would also recommend to save the custom theme colors palette, more information here:

    If you need more placeholders than the ones you create on the master slides, you can create a template.  All depends on your needs...read the thread under the first link. You'll see that my opinion about templates is totally different from Rick's opinion. A template has a theme as well, even if you create a template, please save that theme (and the color palette) because it is a bit more flexible that a template. A theme has three components: Object styles (with the three breakpoint view styles for each object), master slides and skin. Shapes in CP8 have also three states because they can always be used as buttons.

    We have a custom responsibility, that gives administrative access to Workflow Notifications of the type 'Requisitions' to the user who is assigned the role.The following are the details for the custom responsibility.
    Responsibility: PO Requisitions Workflow Admin
    Menu: PO Requisition WF Admin Top Menu
    Function: Find Admin Notification for iProcure
    Function Type: SSWA jsp function
    HTML Call: OA.jsp?page=/oracle/apps/fnd/wf/worklist/webui/NotifSearchPG
    The EBS version is R12.1.1
    But the problem is the, it displays all types of notifications along with Requisition Notifications. Any pointers as to how i can restrict notifications other than the Internal Type REQAPPRV, prevented from being displayed ?
    I'm new to OAF so i've no clue as to where to begin with. Any help would be much appreciated.

    I'll make my requirement clear first so that you may know what i'm trying to convey via my question posted earlier.
    The responsibility was created so that any person assigned that responsibility may have access to all workflow notifications that of are of the Type "Purchasing Requisitions". But when i query in the Self Service Page, workflow notifications of type other than requisitions are also being displayed ,e.g Journal Post Approval Notifications, Purchasing Invoice Approvals etc.
    So i would like to filter the result set being displayed to only Purchasing Requisitions. Kindly, provide me steps i would need to follow to achieve the same.

  • Create Custom response file for Oracle 9i client

    I am trying to create a customized response file for oracle 9i client installation,
    setup -record -destinationFile C:\response_files\install_oracle
    i replaced setup with the path and i followed the instruction correctly, after the installation is done i do get two response files in the location
    Then i created a batch file to run the response file , it installed , but when i check the compmonents what ever is installed, it never recorded all the components which i installed during the time of RECORD mode
    is there any thing i need to do for record all the components

    i have oracle client 9.2.0.1.0
    We need to run both the run time installation and custom installation
    when i did record i was able to get only the run time installation, the components which i customized, i never got, after when i try to install the response file, it never installa all the components
    what should i do to make both runtime and custom to be done in one response file,
    i have a .rsp files which do install the custom with all installtion, but we also need
    under programs, ORACLE INSTALLTION PRODUCTS and under that HOME SELCTOR, UNIVERSAL INSTALLER, missing.
    let meknow how i can add this to my .rsp files which installs perfectly with custom installtion, if you have any customised .rsp files which will fill my needs, can any one post it

  • Custom Response Parameters using RIDC

    Hi All,
    I have a custom service called "UPDATE_USER_PROFILE" that will update the record if it exist already, or inserts new record if it doesn't exist (I am using a merge query fort this purpose) into the User_Profile database table. When i am calling this service from RIDC code, I want the users to get some response if the action is successful or not. I am thinking if it is possible using RIDC to define custom response parameters. When i am using the getResponseAsBinder method the response i get is not what i want. I want to display some status message regarding the action. Someone please help me.

    I have created a function into the service and executed the query there. If the query is executed successfully am making it successful otherwise unsuccessful.

    In the new 12.1.2 version of OLM we have added new functionality called "Administrator Access control". This will do what you are looking to do.
    In versions prior to 12.1.2 this is not possible.

  • Payslip UAE from Custom Responsibility

    Hi,
    We are running Oracle Payslip for UAE Legislation. I am able to run the Payslip from HRMS seeded Menu but able to run the Payslip from custom menu. It gives me a error saying Payslip Functions is not available for current responsibility.
    Any ideas will be helpful

    I mean seeded Responsibility i.e. Employee Self Service I can see the Payslip but if I make my custom Responsibility and add the Payslip Menu to it, I get the error message as said previously

  • Update marketing attribute and customer master data via Survey Response

    I am creating a marketing survey. I have come to a point where I am able to get the reponses posted by the business partners.
    Now I would like to update the BP's directly when they respond. The challenge here is I want to update both Marketing attribute and Customer master.
    Is this possible with standard function modules. I am using version 4.0. Please let me know.

  • How to receive and evaluate customer feedback for Makreting Survey?

    Dear all,
    We need to send a Customer satisfaction survey to a target group and we have to get the feedback from customers.
    How can we know that, how many customers selected the same answer for a specific question, and how can we evaluate the answers based rating factor.
    I know 'Evaluate without BIW' option, but how this report looks like?, and can we get the detailed analysis from this report. We are using CRM 7.0 and we don't have BIW in our Landscape
    Please educate me in the above scenario as it is an immediate requirement from client side. Your help will be highly appreciated.

    The SAP Library has a good starting point with examples that should offer some insight into how to work with the Campaign Automation, which is how you could process the specific survey responses...otherwise the area you've already found is where you can check for more generalized data (How many people answered Yes/No, etc.)
    Specific answers are typically tracked by adding the respondents to various Target Groups for subsequent processing.
