Customer Standard Dataloader issue

Hello,
I am trying to use the Dataloader to load the customer profile. I am not sure how to navigate sideways through the various tabs. For instance, I want to navigate from the top block to the 'Classification' tab so that I can populate the Profile Class.

Customer Standard page is behaving differently in two different instances Y

HI Guru's,
I am querying the data in one Customer standard page in support6 instance for eg: 27868 is a Acccount Number we are searching for this and we are getting the Data in this instance here the thing is the Account is Inactive and we can view even Inactive customers in this.
Now we are seraching for the Customer Number(Acct. Number) same : 27868 in Support 3 instance now here the magic thing i found is i am unable to get the Data in this intance here this one also in backend it is Inactive Customer and this is also a Standard page there is no customization for this.
Why these two instances are behaving like this if i search for a Same Account Number in Customer search page its a oracle standard page there is no customization.
Support 6 -- Is Multi node having 2 nodes
Support 3 -- Is Multi node having 3 nodes .
Previously we have perform one customization we have changed the query in both the instances same query then also it is behaving like previous one, So we plan to remove the complete customization to both of the instances and tried so we are facing this Issue.
Note : Support 6 having some Oracle Patches is different from Support 3 Patches means some patches is not applied in Support 3 instances.
So, is there any issue of those patches and these are not OAF Patches its some Apps Patches.
Please it's a High Priority issue for me so OAF Guru's update me your valuable answers to me so that i can check out why it is behaving like this.

Next i have run jdr_utils.printdocument also in all the instances so i got these output

in all the instances same , so now its a standard functionality right because i have reverted back my customizations.
i have these two scripts because 1. this is for Vo substitution removed and 2. this is for two new attributes that i added before that was removed.
Even i have checked the "About this page" link and then we tried to see the query and we got the standrad query only.
Yes DBA bounced all the 3 nodes for Support 3 and in Support 6 also he bounced 2 nodes.
The Database has only 1 common node and 1 $java_Top which is shared for all the 3 nodes for support 3 instance and for Support 6 instance that is diffrent $Java_Top .

Customer Standard Order was delivered with credit status not approved and blocked.

The Customer Standard Order was delivered with the credit status not approved and blocked.
3 orders were delivered without credit limit and now the credit limit is exceed in more than 250%,
We have checked the settings in OVAK and the assignment is correctly set as D and 01. This is an issue with a high risk customer with static check in OVA8 transaction.
Please advice.

The Customer Standard Order was delivered with the credit status not approved and blocked.
If the sales order is blocked system can not allow you to create delivery with out approving it.
3 orders were delivered without credit limit and now the credit limit is exceed in more than 250%
There could be reason that in FD32 for the payer customer the risk category might not have been assigned during those 3 sales orders creation. Also one more reason in OVA8 against the Static credit check if open order field is not ticked.
Please let me understand what is your exact issue currently?

Details: The problem in this case was that MyDate.as was serialized to MyDate.java on the server but on the way back, MyDate.java was serialized back to Date.as. As the bug suggests, added an Externalizable check in AMF writeObject functions. However, I didn't do this for AMF0Output as AMF0 does not support Externalizable. To be on the safe side, I also added legacy-externalizable option which is false by default but when it's true, it restores the current behavior.

11i Customer - Standard Form : display the bill_to adresses first

Dear all,
I'm using Oracle eBS standard Customer -> Standard form
I would like a mean to display bill_to address first in this form because we have some big customers with many addresses ...
Procedure:
Choose AR - Admin responsibility
Menu : Customers -> Standard (Form Name : ARXCUDCI)
Query a customer by its number or any other criteria -> use the "Find" button
A list of places are displayed in the window named "Match Results (Organization) ..."
-> In this window I would like to have the bill_to address first (even the principal one if possible)
I'm able to set up Forms Perso code but not to modify the standard screen
Any help is welcome,

Opening Customer Standard Form to the Address Level

Hello All,
I am trying to either use/create an oracle function in order to open the customer standard form to the address level from another form in 11.5.10. i know I can do something like this:
FND_FUNCTION.EXECUTE( 'AR_ARXCUDCI_STD'
, 'Y'
, 'Y'
, 'CUSTOMER_ID='||<VARIABLE THAT IS THE CUSTOMER ID>);
But this opens the form to the main section of the form. What I want is to open the customer form to the address level which is one level down.
I have tried messing with the function statement above by trying different parameters with no success.
I would really appreciate if someone could tell me what parameters to enter in order to achieve this or if they know of a form in 11.5.10 that does this then I can find how they did it from that.

I am not able see classification tab in R12 Customer HTML screen,which(Classification tab) is present in 11.5.10.But there are some fields which are scattered in HTML screen,is there any setup to get the classification tab on HTML screen?or suggest me if there is any work around.

Set up Oracle Customer Standard (R12) in JDeveloper

We need to add some extensions to the Customer Standard > Site Details OAF screen. I am trying to get it up and running on my local client PC in JDeveloper but i am missing the parameters needed to launch it directly. I can launch the Customer Standard > Search form, search for a user, and click on the results to get to the customer overview screen. When I click on a specific address details icon I get an error so I'm hoping to jump direct to the site details screen if possible.
### Steps to Reproduce ###
Set up Oracle Customer Standard (R12) in JDeveloper. Rebuild and run the oracle.apps.ar.cusstd.srch.webui.ArPrtySrchPG.xml. Search for a user (person). Select the user to go to the overview screen. Scroll down and click a details link for an address. The following error is displayed.

I can't seem to move/change the order of songs within my customized standard playlist.

Somehow the order of songs in my customized Standard Playlist is locked. iTunes won't let me change the order. Is there some Preference or default that makes them locked into position? The playlists created by iTunes allows me to drag songs up or down but my Playlist won't.

If shuffle is selected on for the playlst, you won't be able to re-order the songs. Turn shuffle off and try again.

Customizing standard ESS Leave Request Application

We are using standard ESS Leave Request application in our project. I need to set a default value to " Type of Leave" to some value say "Vacation".
Anyone kindly let me know is it possible to set some default values in SAP standard applications and how can we do that.

Customer will give the Raw material like Grey (Non Valuated material )
Normal Process :
Once we created a sales order for 100 meters , at the time of production completion the finished stock will be increased or decreased like 110 meters or 90 meters
1. At the time Delivery how system will accept over delivery and under delivery . i have seen the 2 fields in customer master where we will we maintain the Percentages how system will determined
2. Billing will be done by based on delivery qty and after that i have to raise the Excise invoice based on billing level
my doubt is how can we know or Track this sale order we delivered qty less or over ? is there any report available in standard SAP ? how to close the sales orders ? is there any mass close of sales orders ?
3. At the time of Excise invoice they want to enter the Assessable manually how to do in SAP ?
Return Process:
1. we will raise the Return Order based on document type RE , but in my case client will take the Return Goods and he will give the price of raw material like Grey how i am going to handle this situation ?
2.How to process the excise related activities what the settings i have to do and what are the t-codes ( I think we can use J1IH ) i have to use
3. What the documents will be generated
Please guide me because i searched in Forum i couldn't able to find out
is there any solution ?

Yes you can have limits to over and underdelivery in XD01 or VD51, depending upon either you want to give limits for a customer or for a cust-mat combination
Can you please explain because my doubt is if i entered manually system will accept i want to restrict the end-user like for example he can enter over delivery 10 % and under delivery 5 % where i have to fix those percentage because if i am not fix End-User can enter sometimes over delivery 11 % and under delivery 10 % system will accept i want to restrict that
3 steps -
1. in VD51 create cus-mat info record, go inside the record by double clicking - give Underdelivery % & Overdelivery %, Save.
2. in 0VLP, for your delivery item category, in field "Check Overdelivery" = B (Situation rejected with error)
3. in OVM1, for message VL 064 change to E (error), this is for Underdelivery
Now if sales order is created for 100EA. Underdelivery and Overdelivery = 10%
Then user can NOT create delivery e.g. for 80EA or for 150EA.
I have tested this.

In sales order in VA03, item level, Tab Schedule line - there you can see clearly Ordered Quantity and Delivered Quantity

The status of the order you can set/configure, if in XD02, in Tab Shipping, field = Partial delivery / item
status can also be configured in VD52, field = Partial delivery / item
This way you do not have to manually close the sales order, even if you have underdelivered. Select the option (A, B,...) which fits your business requirement best.

Explain this more. (what are material you have sent to customer & what material he is wanting to pay for; are they different MMRs?)
Two ways -
One have different cond records with different MMR and prices (if Finished mat = M1, and raw material = M2); in MM01, Tab Sales org 1, you can have Sales Unit changes set.
Second have a different pricing procedure for RE and another for OR.
Customer will give the Grey Material ( Non - Valuated ), we send the finished Material to customer correct , Due to some reason customer return the Finished Goods that time Client will pay the Grey material value
1 Questions -
e.g. Grey mat = M2
Finished goods = M1
Q1. RE order shall have different material #s from sales orders, because RE shall have grey mat. & OR shall have Finished mat. Is that correct?
Then - cond records in VK11 for different materials, for con type PR00 for M1 and M2; this is possible.

MSS: customizing standard toolbar - repainting of screen - other issues

1) In the System and Menu drop down menus there is a Print button. Is there any way of moving that button so it appears on the tool bar by itself?
2)When you display an ALV report in the web browser it, the report expands only as big as the browser initially opens. Before we upgraded to integrated ITS7 the previous version had the standard sap gui with the green check mark and an input field beside where you could enter a transaction. Our users would simply expand the browser and hit the check mark which would refresh the screen and the ALV report would expand to the size of the browser. I read you can not go back to previous themes. Is there any other logical solution anyone can think of
3)MSS -> HR Reports
For some of the reports if there is nothing to display (say because the user did not pick a proper date range) a sap screen in the brower states "No entry found for your selection"(so there is a meaningful message) but for some reports it does not do anything. Is there a way to get at the code to change that? Also for some of the reports if no criteria is put in the Seleted Objects table it goes to the report criteria selection screen in sap as if you launched it throught a transaction. Is there any way of blocking that and displaying a message to the user?
I'm just having a real hard time figuring out where and how all this is put together and where the source code is.

Hi Preston,
1.) it is unfortunately not possible to move the button from the menu to the top. What should be possible is to catch Ctrl-P in webgui as in SAP GUI if the print entry in the menu is available. We (ITS development team) will check this.
2.) With current SP from NW2004s webgui automatically sends a resize event to the backend. Therefore the ALV will use the full screen area after maximizing the browser window.
3.) if the report works this way there is no chance to change this on ITS/webgui level.

Getting a error while deleting a personalized column in customer standard page.

I have added a column through personalization in standard customer page.
The personalization was working fine in the standard pag and I can able to see the column in the account section.
But when I deleted the column which I had added through personalization, the page get error out.

Custom fields mapping issue of sales order replication from R/3 to CRM

Hello Experts,
I have to replicate sales orders from R/3 to CRM system (Initial and Delta)
The issue is I have custome fields in R/3 which are maintained in custom table(Z table) in R/3.
We added those custom fields in CRM customer_i table to synchronise with R/3 data.
To MAP R/3 custom fields to CRM custom fields, i have the following customization.
1. Added the custom function module in the event CRMO_200 and moved all the custom fields into interal table IT_OTHER_INFO.
2. The intrnal table IT_OTHER_INFO with data is passed into CRM standard function modules.

I went through the Note (1053817). It is good. I understand that the custom fields should enhance in the BAPE_VBAP in R/3.
My Scenario:
Goal: Orders replication from R/3 to CRM along with Custom fields.
In R/3, all the custom fields are maintained in Z table (Not VBAK or VBAP).
All these custom fields are belongs to Item level.
In CRM, The custom fields are maintained in CRMD_CUSTOMER_I table though AET.
I need to MAP these custom fields to CRM while order replication from R/3 to CRM.

Spark skins, modules and custom themes: linking issues?

I've read some other threads on this topic that were related to the pre-release versions, but I can't get a complete answer get. I also opened an issue in the bug tracker (https://bugs.adobe.com/jira/browse/SDK-30748), but I'm also posting here, hoping to get some help.
Basically, I have a bunch of skin classes for the standard Spark controls (e.g. s:Button), as well as other skin classes for my custom SkinnableComponent objects. I need to reuse those skins in many projects, so I created a theme: I put in a Flex Library Project all my skin classes, all related graphical assets, and a defaults.css stylesheet that associates each component with its correct skinClass.
Now, in my modular application project, what is the correct method to link this compiled theme SWC? I tried different ways, and found some issue for each one:
In <app>-config.xml, using the <theme> compiler option: this way, modules don't pick up the skinClass correctly (default components use the standard Spark skin, and for custom components I get many skinNotFound errors).. its a pity, I like this method because command-line invocations of MXMLC (build scripts) automatically apply the settings in the config.xml file, while I have to manually keep in sync any additional compiler argument.
In <app>-config.xml, using the <theme> compiler option and add -compiler.isolated-styles=false: seems to work, but not always.. moreover, the option must be put in additional compiler argument, and not in <app>-config.xml, to have effect... I understand that the config.xml file, in a modular application, is only applied to the main application (or that it must replicated with correct name for each module)?
In additional compiler arguments, using the theme+= option.. these arguments should be used also for modules compilation, and this seems the most effective solution at the moment (swf size of compiled modules has slightly increased), but skinNotFound errors still happens sometimes, usually going away after a clean build.. maybe this has something with the incremental build performed by Flash Builder and/or optimization of modules?
Right now, I've tried adding also -keep-all-type-selectors in the compiler arguments to see how it goes...
Is my scenario supported by Flex 4? How should I setup my environment? I read how to create custom themes in the official documentation (http://help.adobe.com/en_US/flex/using/WS2db454920e96a9e51e63e3d11c0bf69084-7f85.html) and a specific help section exists about using styles with modules (http://help.adobe.com/en_US/flex/using/WS2db454920e96a9e51e63e3d11c0bf69084-799a.html#WSda 78ed3a750d6b8f1b97f82d12508050aa0-8000), but it only cover simple style sheets, no specific information about compiled themes and the suggested linking strategy.
I'm using Flash Builder 4.5.1 and compiling with Flex SDK 4.5.0 (both application and theme), the project use some Halo components (e.g. DateField) but almost all components are Spark, and I use Spark component for <s:Application> and <s:Module>. Modules are optimized for the main application, and are loaded using the ModuleManager.
