Customer support chat box does not show up

I want to talk to a support person, but when I click the chat option it tells me that a new window is supposed to open but it does not and I cannot get to any support....
I need to know if I can transfer my unlimited europe subscription to another subscription and I cant find that answer anywhere and now I cant get the chat....

Skype is aware there can be problems reaching their customer support unit; please try again using a different web browser. Also, look to approve a pop-up dialogue box which would connect you to start an instant message chat with a customer service agent. If you have pop-ups blocked in your browser settings, this will also impede reaching an agent.
Subscriptions can not be transferred or cancelled, with a pro-rata share of the cost applied to a new subscription.  Cancel the subscription you no longer need, and start a new subscription which better meets your needs.  The cancellation takes effect upon the end of the subscription's term, be it one month, three months, and so on.

    It's a bit hit and miss, Walter. Sometimes the box to enter text shows up straight away in the inspector under "text". Other times, although you click "text" in the inspector, there's nowhere to actually write anything.... then what you have to do is move the trackbar over the Title Box until you see the text boxes in the main Viewer. In the Viewer, double click a text box.... you can enter text there, but it's a bit flaky, but when you've clicked in it, you'll find that under "Text" in the inspector, the box for inputting text has magically appeared!
    I'm not sure if anyone else has this trouble, but it is a bit of a pain!

  • Facebook Like Box does not show in Safari or IE.

    I am trying to add a feed from my client's Facebook page. It works perfectly in Firefox and Chrome, but not Safari or Internet Explorer.

    I also administer the Facebook page for PCBasics. When I copied the address from Firefox (my default browser) the address is "https:" but when I look up the address on FB with a different browser, it gives me "http:"
    Just removing the S in the address in the HTML for the facebook like box has partially fixed the problem. Now it appears correctly in Safari. But I just installed Chrome on my Mac to test it, and the like box still will not appear. (And yes I cleared the cache.)
    One other point... I am using Chrome to view the Facebook Developer page to get the code (https://developers.facebook.com/docs/reference/plugins/like-box/) and the like box does not appear when I enter the address http://www.facebook.com/pcbasicsllc OR https://www.facebook.com/pcbasicsllc. Anyone know why that would be?

    We are trying to get the instant messaging work. When I clicked on send instant message on the username a blank window opens and nothing can be performed on it. (Normally a chat box appearing...but not anymore)

    Can you make sure you do not have more than one Mail.app on your computer? and maybe are trying to launch the old Mail version?
    Also, the path on your report shows that your applications folder is on your desktop. Is that true or do you have more than one Applications folder? DId you move your App folder to the desktop?
    Go to spotlight and search for Mail.app to see if you have more than one on that computer, if so locate them and get info from each to see which version is which.
    let me know what you find.

  • VI Server dialog box does not show

    I have an application that has a number of pop-up windows. Some of these are the built-in "File Dialog" VIs & some of them are my own modal windows (open when called, close when done). I have about 5 of my own and several built-in ones (like Yes/No Dialog boxes).
    I want to run a Web Server or VI Server to this application and am not sure how to best handle these pop-up windows. I would guess I would need a separate Web Publishing .htm file for each window, but of course the File Dialog does not have one. And I'm not sure what is the best approach using the VI Server.
    Any suggestions? I do not want to make an executable in my case as the program needs to run locally but be accessed remotely.

    The popups you're talking about called from the File Dialog VIs are windows system dialog boxes. These will need to be opened by a program on the remote machine somehow. This can be done either by remotely executing the code or modifying the code to use a different type of popup box native to whatever environment your client is running (for instance, google chrome has a prompt box). If you're running the whole thing in HTML you might look at http://www.javascripter.net/faq/confirm.htm for info on how to write a simple javascript dialog. I'm not sure I completely grasp your application, but regardless you're going to have to manage those popups from the remote execution environment. Just make sure you understand that the File Dialog ones are coming from windows system calls.

    shows, but when i click the other box, the failure caption could

    I don't believe you can make it work that way. Here is how
    Success/Failure captions work with Click Boxes. Any click on the
    box itself will cause the Success Caption to dsplay (If it has been
    enabled). Any click OUTSIDE the Click Box area will cause the
    Failure Caption to display. (Again, if it has been enabled).
    I'm thinking you can get what you want by thinking backwards
    a bit. For each of the three incorrect Click Box areas, configure
    the
    Success Caption to resemble what you want the Failure to
    read. You may also wish to change the caption style so it's
    different. If you did this, a click on the other Click Box would
    trigger it's Success Caption to display, but it would effectively
    present a Failure to the user.

  • UCCX Web Chat Transcript does not show local language

    Hi Everyone,
    I have installed UCCX10.5 with CUCM10.5 and SocialMiner10.5. The web chat function works fine.
    But when customer try to download the chat transcript it shows only English language, any conversations that typed in local language doesn't show (Blank).
    I already installed language pack for SocialMiner but it still doesn't works.
    Anyone please advise.

  • Gmail message text box does not show up when I click on message to read it. Text will appear quoted if I click in Reply box.

    When I open Gmail, I get the usual list of messages. When I click on a message to read it, everything appears as usual except the box with the message text in it. To see that text, I have to click in the Reply box, and then I'll see the original message text quoted.
    This is true on three different Gmail accounts. I've not changed any Gmail settings. I have enabled and disabled various extensions and User Styles that affect Gmail, and turned off Greasemonkey, without effect.
    Yesterday I did update Java 7 update 10, but Gmail was still working after that. I did install several new extensions at that time, but I tried disabling them and restarting, and the problem persisted.

    Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

    I have a new iMac 27" computer purchased yesterday. It is running Maverick 10.9.4. I had an iMac 24" running the latest version of Maverick it could run. The graphics card crapped out and I could not repair the computer. Howver, I had a "My Passport" back-up disk from which I transferred all the files to the new machine. Howver, I can not open any of the CS4 apps. I get the error message: 150:30, which I I have learned from Apple is a licensing issue error code! How can I activate my CS4 on the new computer?

    You can run the license repair tool from Error "Licensing has stopped working" | Mac OS or you can simply uninstall the product and can reinstall the product from Download CS4 products.

    MMS is a carrier issue... contact Verizon and ensure your account is provisioned correctly.  I would think that someone would be intelligent enough to do that before buying a new device, but......
    iMessage could be an activation issue or a network issue.
    Have you tried Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings?
    Does iMessage work consistently on Wi-Fi?

    The sign in box does not show up on Mapquest when I use Firefox. If I use Internet Explorer, the sign in box appears. I disabled the Firefox add-ons thinking there might be a conflict but no luck. Mapquest support is at a dead end, too, especially with it working in IE but not in Firefox. Suggestions?

    I have a text box <input type="TEXT" name="invoiceDate" readonly></input>. I select the date using datepicker .The date gets displayed in the text box.Then i click on "Show" button which loads the same jsp page again.
    When the page is loaded the text box does not show the date.
    I try to save the date in the text box as

    The value is saved in this hidden variable..
