Customer unused wise report
Hi Gurus,
Is there any sap std report for extracting Sr no Wise detail for unused stock Available with Distributor (consignment stock).

have you been wondering why nobody has responmded to your VERY VERY URGENT request for help?
Could it be that your one line query does not even contain the basic data that we need to use to be able to help you???
Your title states <b>Customer</b> unused wise report (Customers are an SD record this is an MM forum).. As for "unused wise report", I have no idea .
I know that it is difficult to explain something in a different language but this is even more reason to use standard SAP wording and add a bit MORE info rather than less.
As for "Sr no" I would have to guess that this is Serial Number??? But I have no idea how this ties in with "unused stock available with distributor".
So if your question is "very very urgent" then please at least give us something that we can start to look at for you.
Again I have to point out that I understand language problems (I am not proud of the fact that I can only speak one language) and I realise how difficult it can be, so I am not complaining about your use of English in any way.
PLEASE give us more to enable us to help you.

Any body is having the report on Cash Customer Bill wise Details (with invoice details) ? Input criteria - Company Code, Plant, Cash Customer Name(customer Name given while creating cash customer) & Date Range(Document date). I am using the tables BSEC,BKPF,VBRP,BSAD,BSID. Out put i have to get Date, Doc No, Particulars QTY UOM Material Rate and Gross amount(Opening & Pending Amount) as line items.

can somebody give me a clue as to how to take customer group wise sales report

it will not get the sales report with customer group wise in standard SAP.
in standard you will get the data for the following selection :
a. Sales Office wise : MC-E
b. Sales Organization wise : MC+2
c. Material(Article) wise : MC+Q
tell me one thing, whether u need the report customer group wise or customer account group wise.

Business Area wise Vendor & Customer Line item report

In FBL1N in dynamic selections you can give the business area as the selection parameter otherwise after execution of report with the help of layout you can set filters for business area.
Go to FAGLB03 give the vendor or customer reconciliation account along with business area. So after you execute the report you can choose vendor code and business area.

How to get summary wise report?
hi experts,
i have report, AR Aging analysis, in this i have Base Date and Current date, based on these it calculates age and it shows that amount in that age column, in my report it showing detailed report, but i want summary report.
for example:
cust no., Bdate, Curr.date, Age,0-30,31-60
100,3/1/2008,3/31/2008,30,5000,0
100,3/12/2008,3/31/2008,19,2000,0
100,3/3/2008,3/31/2008,28,2000,0
like this it showing, but i want summary wise, that means it should be summarized based on customer number,
is it possible or not,
if it is possible please help to do this,

Summarization of report depends on the data and query structure, as the example you have stated in this you can see although its for the same customer but somewhere down the line for other fields its having distinct values. So this way's you cann not get the summraized data for customer.
if the report is somewhat like this :
cust no.,Age, 0-30,31-60
Then ur output wil be summarized for a particular customer.
100, 77, 90000, 0

To determine which info blocks should be displayed in the sales summary and how they should be combined in views, see the IMG under Sales and Distribution - Sales Support (CAS) - Sales Summary.
If you want the sales summary to appear differently to specific users, you can assign views to users in this Customizing step.
If you do not do this, the system displays the standard reporting view.

This is the work of a technical person ie. ABAPer.
You have to give him tables names,fields for defining reports.
Alternatively, you can use SAP BW to define your customized reports.
Please let me know if you need more information.

When you generate the aging report in v8.8:
u2022 You can group the report by customer or sales employee in the customer receivables aging report, and by vendor or buyer in the vendor liabilities aging report.
u2022 You can specify more flexible time interval. For the time interval Days, 4 new fields are added for you to specify the duration.
u2022 You can hide the Future Remit column on the report by choosing Ignore Future Remit.
u2022 When the aging report has been generated, you can view multicustomer/multivendor detailed information in the aging report window. There is no need to double-click each customer/vendor row to view the details.
