Customise Sap Report -- Add logo and change report layout

Hi All,
I have a requirement to amend sap standard report to add logo and change layout, could some one pls point me to teh right direction. Should we .1 Create a new smartfrom if yes -- how to to create smartfroms
2. Should we create new Zreport...3. Is Adobe Interactive forms any good---- cld you please share the steps to create Adobe Ine Form 4. is sap script any good way in my situation

Changes to SAP Standard are always a bit tricky, specially if we are talking about legal reports. If the standard report uses smartform, you can change the standard form without needing a SSCR key, so no need to create a Z report or smartform even, but like every change on SAP Standard, if further changes are made by SAP through Support packages you will always have to replicate them yourself everytime this happens. I would suggest creating a new Z report by copy of standard and new Z smartform, that way you can always recurr to the standard and see what was changed and then replicate them in you Z reports.
To create smartform, go to TCode smarforms and you can create one by copy of an existing smartform.
Adobe Interactive forms is more complex then smartforms and unless the standard uses a print form, i would not suggest you creating one as it will envolve a bit more knowledge.

SAP reporting layout sharing

Looking for a way to share reporting layouts between users without giving all the users access to modify the layout. I thought this was standard SAP however my IT department is indicating it can't be done.

No I don't think there is a way you can do this, there is no "protect layout" function like their is for a variant. The only way to get around this is to take away the ability to create a global layout from the end uers by security changes and then only have IT set up your global layouts. This way no one end user will be able to change the commonly used ones.

Altering copied SAP report layout

I've copied SAP std report from investment management (in IME2) to create my own layout. I've copied the report and form, and have alterred the form to my liking.
When I execute the report, the summary section at the bottom of the report appears correctly, but the middle section doesn't show the same columns.
I can't find where this is controlled/stored. How do I get into the centre section of the report layout to alter the column layouts and bring in my new columns when the report executes.
Can anyone tell me how I get into this area of a report to configure the column layout

No I've checked throughout Report painter/writer, and its not there. Style wise, it appears to be more of a Profitability Analysis report.
I've managed to create my own copy of SAP standard report S_ALR_87012825, with a modified form that gives me what I nee at the bottom summary section. I've spent hours trying to get into the middle section, but just can't find a way.
the nearest I got was in IME2, where I can right click on the program name, and choose "Layout Display", but there doesn't seem to be any editing options where I can alter the columns in the middle section of the report, which I basically want to replicate the summary section at the bottom.

We have the pay slip configured with PE51. It's working fine but it doesn't have logo or lines, at the moment we use pre-printed sheet when we print the payslips for the employees.
Now we need add a logo and create the output as a PDF. To achive this I have been told that I have to create a smartform with the logo.
How I should create the smartform from PE51 to add the company logo?
How I can create the PDF output?
After doing the changes, do we need customize something else to execute the correct smartform payslip from PC00_M04_CALC_SIMU?

Add logo and remain transitions

I have edited a video in iMovie '11 with transitions between different recordings. I now want to add a logo to the complete video in the left upper corner (transparant .png // picture-in-picture), but after adding the logo the transitions are not shown in the video anymore.
How can I add a logo and remain the transitions in the video? Hope someone can help me with it.

Views in MM03, how can I add fields and changes fields labels

I need to change some labels that appear on Sales: Sales Org 2 (view on MM03, MM02..MM01)...
Im not sure what I can do this.. Im an ABAP Programmer(beginner) and I know how I can change labels of fields in programs(reports) that I did...but in This case. I don't know what I can do...
example: when I enter on MM03..I select differents views(including Sales: Sales Org 2), later I specify sales Org and distribution Channel (I need to specify this information for see these fields on this TAB Sales: Sales Org 2).
When I access in tab: Sales: Sales Org 2, I can see one Group that it's called
Material Groups that contain two fields called MVKE.MVGR1 AND MVKE.MVGR5... I saw in the screen these fields with the description from each field..example: Material Group 1 (MVKE.MVGR1 )... I would like to know :
1.- How Can I change the description Material Group 1 (in this screen) by other description (example: material test)...
2.- How can I add more fields in this group...example..If I need to add MVKE.MVGR2 ..??

After you made label changes on custom screen then you need to go configuration (Define Structure of Data Screens for Each Screen Sequence) to replace the standard SAP screen with custom screen. You can also do testing for custom subscreen as well. Give it try.
And how about If I move this screen??...is it dangerous??...or how can I know if this screen affect other section of programs?

Could you please fully unlock my BIOS and add all the extra stuff you have? I also need to reconfigure my keyboard. I have attached an image of the layout I need, and the following are the changes explained.
1. Swap Left CTRL and Left ALT
2. Swap Fn and Windows Key
3. Convert the "extra \ key" next to the spacebar into a HOME key
4. Convert Right ALT GR key into an END key
5. Convert Right CTRL into Right Click (pop-up menu key)
6. Swap the Caps Lock Key and LEFT SHIFT key
I installed the lastest BIOS from the MSI Site using the DOS method (70E) update. BIOS info is in the screenshot. After unlocking will I be able to set fan speeds from BIOS? If I want fan speed tweak should I give you the fan percentage that should be mapped to the temparature in C?

Floating logo and pages off centre?

I am a novice Dreamweaver MX user developing an asp application using the bones of an old site I had built years ago. I have designed a new logo and changed out all the pages in the old site with the new logo. I have also built some new pages and connected with new links. My box runs windows XP professional and I am using a medium size LCD TV as my monitor. (51 eyes not good) Settings are 800x600. On my computer set up the entire logo and pages look good in the browser and all are centered, all seemed well. I then went to the local library to see how they looked. I now have logo not centered in line with the rest of the document and some of my new page/pages are right on the left margin of the browser not centered as in my set up view.
I then changed my settings to a higher resolution and found the same result as the library.

try giving left and right margin : auto ;
to ur main div tag. not like 30*px and any value,,and u will see ur page wil be in center in all browser. and
have u used external css,,? if not, we have to reset all tags first b4 proceeding further work , in html

Repetitive task help - adding logo and bumpers to 50+ sequences

Is there any way to add graphic and video elements to multiple sequences, and then export? The only way I've been able to add logos and pre-roll and post-roll bumpers is by manually adding them to each sequence. I don't have Shake or any other expensive software (besides FCP), just automator, applescript, etc.
Please help. I don't want to get carpal tunnel.

I'm guessing the sequences are already cut...?
One solution would be to set up a sequence (template) with your pre/post bumpers and logo(s), then drag each sequence from the browser, into the template timeline, rename that sequence and put it in a dedicated folder in the browser for a Batch Export.
For the Batch Export select your dedicated bin in the browser, (or all the sequences in the browser you want to export if they're listed individually), then control-click on them and select 'batch export' (you can do this from the "File" menu as well.
Check the buttons at the bottom of the batch export interface for the settings/destinations you want.

New and changed edition of a book in a different size: best route?

I have a book in InDesign CS6 in a single InDesign document. The book is currently layed out as A4 portrait (297mm x 210mm) but that limits my professional printing options. A second edition of the book will be written with changes and additional materials. I plan to keep the old InDesign document for the first edition and create a new InDesign document for the second edition. That document will then have 280mmx216mm (or 8.5in x 11in) size with a gutter margin implemented.
Now, I want to start the new edition from the existing content of the first edition. So, I have a couple of options:
- Create a file copy and change document layout from that one
- Create a new document with the correct size and do some sort of export-from-old/import-to-new (idml?)
I've started with the first route. I changed the masters (2). I tried layout rules but that became a mess (my lack of expertise I guess) and also when I had some pages that I tried to reapply a master to, instead of applying it, that action inseerted two new blank pages based on the master, not what I want. So I restarted, leaving layout rules for what they are, changed the masters, but the result is that all the text frames have to be reset to the Master's size by hand. I can reapply the master, but the text frame keeps its old size.
I must add that my document has something like 170 diagrams, some inline, some anchored, some floating that need to go over to the new one. Preferably not by hand.
If I want to create a new document with the smallest possible change of carrying over any problems of the original and the smallest amount of work to get to the new version (in the ultimate case I have no problem redoing all the 170 diagram placements or changing the size of all text frames on each page by hand, but I'd rather not) what can I do?

There is always going to be some manual work involved in reformatting a book like this, especially with the images, particularly those that are not anchored and may need to be repositioned. Layout Adjustment can help a lot -- I use it for this from time to time -- if you turn it on before making any changes, then make sure the margin guides are set to the size of the main text block before you attempt to make any change to document setup.
Once the margins are correctly setup you can use Document Setup to change the page size, and then go to each master page and change the margin settings to what they should be, if different, and to move master objects that you would not be overriding. That should get you 80-90% of the way to your new layout, and you can save the file with a new name. You want to avoid reapplying master pages that have objects that you've overridden.
