Customizing / creating new dunning letters

Hi all,
It seems as if this process has changed since previous posts on the forum.
I want to create a new dunning letter (from a current one) that has the company logo etc. on it - how do you get the system to use the new letter template?? I have created on that is in the list under the Dunning Letter 1 list, but cannot work out how to select it in the dunning wizard process.

Hi,
The Dunning Wizard uses the default layout for the selected dunning level. Go to Dunning Wizard, select Print Layout Designer, in the 'Choose document type' scroll up a little bit and select DUN0 for level 1, DUN1 for level 2, etc. Then choose your template and 'Set as default'. When you run the wizard, it will print the default one.

1) can you check in CRM_DNO_MONITOR and oepn the ticket , whethere the processor name appearing in the ticket?
2) Does your customer assign the processor manually or any automatic support team assgnemt, if so please verify your automatic support tean assignment against the blog

3)Might be an authoraisation issue of the Processor. assign SAP_ALL access and check again

Dunning letters generation when customer address is changed

Hi,
For some customers no dunning letters were generated. After investigation inactive bill-to site should be activated as invoices were assigned to this bill-to.
How is possible to make that dunning letters generated when customer address is changed and customer can receive letters to new address for all its invoices?
Any help will be appreciated!

I have created one sales order example X and i created the another sales order Y with respect to X
Is this X sales document is closed????
And I also changed the address of the ship to party in sales document Y.
Did you assgined another SP to sales Document Y
If you have chnaged the address for SP in customer master then it will reflect to both
Also it will not chnage the ADRESS NO in VBPA table, but it will update the address

F150 individual dunning letters per customer

Hell Expert,
We have created 2 new company codes by copying from an existing one and for those 2 new company codes the dunning letters are printed in the spool one by one.
In the other company codes the dunning letters are grouped in 1 spool request.
Does anybody have a clue how to solve this?

3)Insert xml in Publisher to build Fomat
4)FTp rdf
5)Create Data Definition and Template
6)Create executable and Concurrent Program
Is there any way we can build reports without use of Report Builder ? By writing PL SQL Package for Before Report and After Report etc ...

I know we have to customize the process by creating bursting program and add to the request set, but I am nor aware of the process. I have seup the process till running the IEX: Send Dunnings for Delinquent Customers programm and displaying the reminders of the customers which have setup in the XML publisher

Need to create new users in Office 365 with custom attributes from a csv file

I am exporting users from an active directory environment and then deleting them from AD. They are Alumni and will no longer be in AD.
I have a csv file with the following fields that I need to use to create new Alumni email boxes in Office 365 for. I need the CustomAttributes because my Dynamic Distribution Groups use them. I am fairly new to PowerShell and have been unable to get this
to work. I suspect I may have to split it into two parts, but am not sure how to proceed. Any assistance would be appreciated. I was directed here from the Office 365 community.

Ok, it wasn't stopping after 2 iterations. What I was seeing was 2 failures. The first was the Get-Mailbox command and the second was when it tried to assign attributes. For some reason it is not looping when it fails. It just goes on and tries to assign
the Custom Attributes. I added writes in to tell me what was happening.

Of course the user has been provisioned, but the CustomAttributes have not been assigned. :(

Problem in creating customer in new sales area

I am creating a customer in new sales area but system is not allowing but giving following message Sales area UKA1 U1 U1 is not defined for customers.
In IMG, sales area UKA1 U1 U1 exists.
How to resolve this problem?

Dear Uttam,
There are two ways to maintain Customer Master records:
1. By creating master record for each Sales Area
2. BY creating single master record & define common Distribution channels & Divisions.
In second case e.g. you have two distribution channel & Divisions C1 & C2 and AA & BB respectively. You create a master record for C1 & AA & if you have defined the above Sales areas as common then you need create new master record for C2 & BB...
These settings can be done at IMG - Sales & Dist - Master Data - Define Common Dist. Channel & Divisions.

is there anyway to Create new / add Custom Node in Component Pallete - Workflow Editor in SQL Developer - Oracle Data Miner?
Now i'm in progress create data cleansing engine in database package, and I have an idea to create new node in workflow editor, the node will call my procedure data cleansing.

Not currently.
We are working on a SQL Query node that would process data on connected input nodes and allow the user to create any sql query specification they would like.
So as long as your implementation is compatible with being included as part of a sql query, then you may be able to take advantage of this new node.
Since you describe your implementation as a data cleansing implementation, I could see it taking in what ever input is provided in the flow, and then returning a cleansed result set.

Use a Custom Page Layout When Creating [[new pages]] in Enterprise Wiki

I have followed a few different blogs and I've been able to create a custom wiki content type and create a new page layout based off of that content type. I've also set my site so that my new layout is the default page layout. This works when creating
new pages on the site but when i try to create a new wiki page --> [[new page]], I'm still getting the typical blank wiki template. How on earth do i get my page layout to sync with creating a new wiki page?

For your issue, go to Site Actions > Site Settings > Page layouts and site templates (Under Look and Feel).
Pages in this site can only use the following layouts: add custom wiki template.
Select default page layout: choose custom wiki template.

Create new, custom transitions?

Hi all! I'm working on possibly replacing FCP X in my workflow. One of the great things about FCPX and Motion was that I could create my own transitions using Motion and "placeholder" footage, then easily load them as new transition effects in an FCP X project. I have a series of light leak transitions that were basically a dissolve between A and B, with the light leak/bokeh footage overlaid with Add blend mode. While I know I can just place the footage over the edit points on the timeline, it would be much easier and cleaner to simply apply these as transitions instead.
Is it possible to create my own custom transitions with Premiere or After Effects, that can be applied as transition effects directly to clips on the timeline?
