Customizing infopath form without using infopath designer in SharePoint 2013

hi friends
i need to depoly infopath from in client environment. this form fetch data from some lists.
they dont have infopath designer in their environment how can i customize my infopath form to link with those list without using infopath designer is there any way to do it.

You cannot edit Infopath without using Designer.

Getting error while publishing workflow using SP designer for SharePoint 2013

I am try to setup Workflow manager for our sharepoint applications.
WF manager set ran without any issue.
I registered the SPWorkflow service which succeeded as well. The Workflow service application shows "Workflow is connected"
I am creating a workflow using sharepoint designer using my credential (not Service account). I am able to save it but while publishing, its prompting with an error.
The error says "Errors were found while compiling the workflow.The workflow files were saved but cannot run." Clicking advanced button show
"Microsoft.SharePoint.SPException: We're sorry, we weren't able to complete the operation, please try again in a few minutes. If you see this message repeatedly, contact your administrator.

According to your post, my understanding is that you got error while publishing workflow using SharePoint designer for SharePoint 2013.
Please check whether the Central Admin > Manage Service Application-> “App Management Service” is started.
Please check whether the “Configure service application associations”, ”App Management Service” is already associated.
Then please check whether the “Manage Services on server” and the “App Management Service” is started.
In addition, please try to re-register Workflow Service.
If the issues still exists, please follow the steps in the
Steps to Verify that Server Is Correctly Set Up. After you verified that the server is correctly set up, follow the steps in the
Steps to Troubleshoot Workflow Management Service and
Troubleshooting the Service Bus for Windows Server then retry your action related to publishing workflows

UserProfileService on new item form WITHOUT using InfoPath

I have used the user profile service in InfoPath, but was trying to do so on an existing form that was created out of the box.
Is there a way to pull this data in sharepoint designer, I am looking for the email field, or name field.

How do I allow anonymous users to submit an infopath form without using code

I have enabled anonymous users on my sharepoint site and given it as many permissions as I can. I'm able to browse to the site, but I get an error when I hit submit unless I'm logged in as a domain user. I'm also prompted for a login if I click upload
on the site. I'm not really a programmer, I've tried some programming things I found on the web but I haven't been able to make it work.

Based my research, OOB SharePoint don’t allow anonymous users to contribute contents(Edit, Upload and Add) into list and library.
This is by design behavior, and it’s a consideration about security in order to help protect your site from potential script injection attacks.
For anonymous users, only the View Item permission is available for libraries.

Refresh InfoPath form without closing it

Hello, i'm trying to refresh a section in infopath list form without closing the form. I don't want users to close and open the form again to see the field data. how can i get this done????

I understand that you want to refresh the InfoPath form without closing it in SharePoint.
I recommend to edit the form and add a Update Form button which is used to refreshes all data in the form.
You can set the Update Form button action by adding a button control to the form, and then going to the
Properties for the button control. The Update Form button action is located in the
Action drop-down list box on the Button Properties dialog box.

In Anne Stenberg's Blog from 2 Nov 2011 3:00 PM "How to Create an InfoPath Form to Auto Populate Data in SharePoint 2010" she artfully steps through how to create an InfoPath Form to Auto Populate Data. It works but... Jason, another user,
wrote whenever the form is opened again either to view or edit, it displays the current users information instead of the value of the person who completed the form in the first place.
Anne's response was "Hi Jason - I had forgotten I had that problem, too. Change the Form Load rule's condition to
DisplayName is blank and that should work."
My problem is I can't find anything other than AccountName in "Select a Field or Group" [GetUserProfileByName (Secondary)] to use in the Condition statement that will correct the problem.
Any help will be very appreciated.

Hi Joe,
I recommend to add one more condition in Form Load to make the form not be populated with current user’s information (You can change Title to another column which should not be blank when users create a new item).

To get the button on system form without using ADDON

I want to get the new button on tne System Form without creating or using Add-on.
And while clicking on that button, i want to display "Hello World" message..

Hi Nisha,
It is not possible to add a button on a system form without using an add-on, this is because in order to add a button an a system form you have to access its form id at run time (that converts this standard form into a customized form for your add-on ) the location of some existing control that will be taken as the base location identifier for the new control and only then you would be able to add a new button on the form.

How to compile a form without using apps in r11?

Is any possible to compile a form without using the apps?
We want to create an account(not use apps) to "compile a form" in our test environment for special developer.
What should I do if it's possible to do?
or If not what can I do?

We are merging with the other company now.
Their developer will test in our test/dev environment.
But the policy don't allow them to access the apps account directly.
It looks like I can't create a non apps user which has got same rights/privs as apps user.
The best option for me is to let developer compile the form in NON PROD env with apps user
or create a custom shell script to compile the form like srini said.

Hiding a Form without using EXIT_FORM.

Anyone know how to hide a form without using exit_form or minimize? Im shocked I havent found a way to keep a form active in the back ground without having it displayed. Imagine a minimize without all the annoying windows on the bottom of the oracle desktop... anyone know how to do it? Let me know :)

HIDE_WINDOW does not hide a window that is associated to the main canvas of a form, same goes for HIDE_VIEW. And what do you mean by open_form?

Make use of validator framework.. this would enable you to do validation both @ client side by javascript under defined validation rules and also enables you to do it @ serverside....
And if want to create a Dyanamic Form beans which takes care of validations to make use ValidatorForm or DynaValidatorForm class under the pacakage org.apache.struts.validator and create an instance of it with preconfigured validations under structs...

Is it supported to use shared mailboxes in SharePoint 2013 Workflows?

We try to send an email to a shared mailbox (Exchange 2007) from a workflow in SharePoint 2013. No errors are shown in the workflow but the message does not arrive in the mailbox. If we do the same with an user mailbox it works.
Both Exchange and SharePoint are on-premises.
Is it supported to use shared mailboxes in SharePoint 2013 Workflows?

If it is a mailbox then mail should be delivered.
Please check if mail is in C:\Inetpub\ pickup or drop folder
also check if emails to normal mailbox works fine

Hi,
According to your post, my understanding is that you want to use JavaScript to work with SharePoint list.
To create list items, we can create a ListItemCreationInformation object, set its properties, and pass it as parameter to the addItem(parameters) function
of the List object.
To set list item properties, we can use a column indexer to make an assignment, and call the update() function so that changes will take effect when you callexecuteQueryAsync(succeededCallback,
failedCallback).
And to delete a list item, call the deleteObject() function on the object.

According to your description, my understanding is that the error occurred when you assigned a task.
Did you install any CU for SharePoint?
If yes, after an update has been performed, several Windows PowerShell cmdlets must be run in order to maintain the connection between the SharePoint Server 2013 farm and the Workflow Manager farm.

$proxy = Get-SPWorkflowServiceApplicationProxy
