Customizing Request not Prompting when i save

Hi Everybody
I configured some settings in spro like Requirent Strategy, MRP Group, ATP Group etc.
While creating those objects customizing request was assigned to all my configuration settings in spro.
Recently i unlocked the request in se03 and deleted the Customizing request because it was not in the sequence.
Now when i go to the same transaction and save the object it is not prompting me new customizing request.
When i change existing settings then system is prompting the Custoizing request.
I would like to reassign custoizing request for all my objects which were created earliar.
Please help.

Thanks for the reply.
See if you can change some text fields and try saving it.
I tried with changing the Text , system is prompting me the Request but we have more than 37 Product Allocation Objects and Sequence.
Else on the menu bar Table view option, select transport, it would ask you for a request.
I tried with this option, syste is not picking the objects into request.(Request is generated but system is not picking any objects when i check it in se09 under the node of the request)
Please sugest me.

Hi,
If you don't want to make changes and want to use the changes you did earlier and deleted, go to the several activities in SPRO, select table view and after Transport. It will prompt you asking for the transport order.

Hi,
Generally in SAP If u have changed any object whether it is customize or Workbench object once it is saved in one request and if u have deleted the same form request and if u r trying to change the same objects then the system will automatically save into the same request.
IF the old request is released then system will ask new request.Please check the old request ...

No confirmation prompt when hitting save button on vm console

Why on earth is there no confirmation prompt when you hit the Save button on a hyper-v vm console. Today I was trying to click on the Media menu to insert the guest additions iso and had accidentally clicked the mouse button on the way up there which just
so happened to be above the Save button and it just started saving instead of prompting me "Are you sure you want to save/pause this VM?"!!!!!!! Now the server has been saving for the last 15 minutes, this is ridiculous. There is a prompt for turning
it off, why is there not a prompt for saving!!!!!!

We apologize for the inconvenience and thanks for your feedback .
Actually , there is not such a setting for a prompt when you click "save" , it is by design .
At present you can hide the “tool bar" to only use the menu to prevent "save" button being clicked accidentally .

SDDM EA 3.1 - Import DDL information not preserved when using "SAVE AS"

Imported DDL file information is not saved when doing a "SAVE AS" operation. For example you have model AAA.dmd and you use
"SAVE AS" to save the model as BBB.dmd the imported DDL file information is lost. This is information that should be preserved
in case the file needs to be imported again and also (perhaps more importantly) for the historical purpose of tracking where
the model came from.

Why are some of my links not opening when I save a document as a pdf? They are opening in word.

The links are opening in microsoft word documents but when I save the document to a pdf some of the links are not opening. The links are containing % or lots of extra numbers. How can I prevent this from happening?

What is your operating system? Reader version? How do you convert to PDF?
You write that "some" of the links don't open; what's the difference with links that do open?

Why doesn't the image from my fillable form not appear when I save it as a PDF?

I created a fillable form and when I save it as a PDF and view my image at the top does not appear. How can I fix this?

Never mind. Apparently it was just that image.

Printer not prompting when doing double sided copies

According to the manual, my Hp 7645 is supposed to prompt when to place the second original in the feeder when doing double sided copying. Well, is not. I've followed all the directions; checked all the settings, but the darn thing will spit out the first copy of the one I'm making and then pull it back in (even when I have put the second original in the feeder) and then spit the copy back out with no double side. What is going on? Any ideas? Thank you for your help.

I can hep you copy 1 sided originals to 2 sided copies. Please place the pages that need to be copied on the document feeder, then in the copy menu be sure to select the 2 sided copy option and choose 1:2.

Customer Master not updated when creating BP- BAPIBUSISM007_CREATEFROMDATA

Hi All
When I creating BP with TCODE BP-with BP role ISM020 , BP is created and all the tables are updated.
But when I create BP programmatically with the BAPI -BAPIBUSISM007_CREATEFROMDATA
Though the BP is created ,But The customer master tables are not updated(KNVV,KNB1,KNA1)
Only table jjtvm is updated.
Hence when we create SALES order , the msg appers that the 'ROLE MEDIA CUSTOMER DOES NOT EXIST FOR BP(BPNO)
Need some help.

I created the BP with my program and then run MDS_ppo2 TCODE
Where I saw the missing field knvv-vkgrp, KNVV-VKGRP: Required field check failed
I am using the BAPI BAPIBUSISM007_CREATEFROMDATA for creating BP, in this in none of importing parameters can i send this value to the table,
Infact I tried with the update statement to send this value to the database for the BP no craeted , but failed as there is no line in KNVV for the BP created ..
Now What should I check for.? pl do tell

Why app world does not prompt when exitting while installation is going on.

When I install any apps from apps world, why it does not promt when installing anything,
This is bcz it stops the download . Its frustrating when you have to again download it .

I agree, this is something that RIM should address in BB10.

Hello! I have ARD 3 and when I send out a restart command and select the radio option "Users can save changes or cancel restart" it acts as if I didn't select this, and instead selected "Users lose unsaved changes".
This has never worked for me. If working properly, it SHOULD actually show up on the affected computer a dialog popup of some sort providing the user just those option: to save changes or cancel restart.
What is wrong/going on, and how do I fix it?

Contract Account Custom view not called when replicating thru CRM

Hi All,
We have modified the Contract account screen through BDT.
Functionality -
We have a custom table, that needs to be updated during contract account creation when reference contract account is used for creation.
The update is successful when creating contract account via ISU, but when creating thru CRM, the custom view is not getting triggerred.
I have checked in debugging as well, the process flow triggered via CRM is different than that from ISU. When Business Agreement is created via CRM, neither of PAI / PBO event is triggerred defined for the custom view created in BDT.
When we have the custom field passed from CRM, it is getting updated correctly, but if the field is not passed from CRM view and we are updating using code logic in BDT modules, it is not successful.
Could you please help in case I have missed on some config or is there any alternate way to get the custom requirement achieved.
The requirement is to have custom table updated in both Create and Change mode.

Hi Siva,
Contract Account was replicating correctly for the ISU system. The issue was, we want to update some custom fields that are not passed as a part of CRM data, but using BDT and some validations, we were trying to populate that field and also update the custom table and link the same to sub screen attached for the contract account screen.
The issues is now resolved. The custom view is getting triggered through CRM. There was some config missing for the BDT.
When using BDT, only the PAI module gets called for all the views defined for the BDT.

Custom fonts not displayed when PDF is generated using 10g Report builder

I have two fonts , abc.ttf and def.ttf which I have placed under C:\Windows\fonts. One of these displays a logo and the other displays barcode
I have added the environment variable REPORTS_PATH which has value C:\Windows\fonts. I have also added entries for PDF Subset in uifont.ali.
But still when I run the report and out to a PDF file, the fonts are not displayed. They are remapped to some other fonts.
When I check PDF document properties in Adobe reader, under fonts tab it says

In Oracle reports builder, I am able see these fonts and select them in my report layout
I am able to see the fonts in Preview/screen output while running RDFs in my reports builder, but PDF output doesnt display these fonts
Is there anything else which is required to do ? Do I need to restart the machine after environment variable is added ?

In one PC were Report Builder is installed, we see "COURIER NEW - WESTERN" font and the RDF created / saved in that font works fine on server. I don't know if this helps!
