Customizing the Subscription-service email message

Hello, just wondering if anyone knows how I could go about customizing the Subscription-Service email message? The current default looks like this:

Sent: Thursday, September 18, 2008 7:32 AM
To: Some One
Subject: Subscription "Daily Revenue Compare Report (L2)"
Subscription Daily Revenue Compare Report (L2) Edit Subscription | Cancel Subscription

You should have 200 undos, and can verify this in the bottom left flyout >> show >> number of undos (this show shows many undos you have cahced, not your max amount, will max out at 200)
You can try changing the 200 in the illustrator preferences, by using a text editor, saving and then booting illustrator. Not sure this is a great idea, as 200 should be plenty, but let us know your results if you try.

Older versions of Illustrator let you change this in the preferences, but they must have decied that hitting CMD Z more than 200 times is not a good way to spend your afternoon.

We are trying to make the services customer friendly and have been hitting limitations on the categories and descriptions.
I have added html (tables, links and pictures) to the service descriptions but I am hitting the 4000 character limit on the field.
If anyone has come up with a HTML driven catalog, I would like to know how it was done.

Every category, including the MyServices home page (Consumer Services category), has 3 presentation areas - Top, Middle and Bottom. These are displayed when the a user clicks the category name in the catalog.
In RC06 these are still labeled Left, Right and Bottom in Category Manager. You can access these on the Presentation tab of each category:

My the contents ipad email messages are being overwritten by subsequent email messages

I've got a popd email account which I access through a 4th gen IPAD, which was running 8.11. The contents of two messages (which had a lot of jpgs attached) was overwritten by a different email which arrived later in the day. So the subject line is from the original email but the content is from an email received a couple of hours later. The newer email is also still there with it's own content and subject.

Go to Settings>Messages>Send and Receive and your number should be there. Remove the checkmark for the Apple ID email address.

If not than please include the operating system you are using and the build of the Operating system i.e. Win 7 sp1 64 bits. As well as router you are using. Also please take the time to add as much information that you may consider relevant. I would like to know when the next update to Muse will be. I am expecting that there will be a number of new features since it has been 2 quarters since our last update. One of the reasons for being a subscription service is to provide new functionality throughout the service window. Please let me know when to expect the updates and what new functionality will be included.

As per your Message I came to know that you want to send a reminder / reply to the message creator (Key User) about the Status of the Message he created.
If you are looking for the above then you need to creat a smartform (mail form) and assign to the action definition as smart mail.
In the T.code SPPCADM go to the Application and the action profile - Action definition - E-mail to Msg Creator - Processing Type - Smart Forms Mail form Name: CRM_SLFN_ORDER_SERVICE_01 (Standard) copy the mail for as per your requirements (T.code- SMARTFORMS) do changes and save it and assign in the above said action definition with the condition.

If you open a compose message, then in the addressee line, there is a blue plus + in a circle. Click that and you will get the Contacts (AddressBook).

Activating subscription service on a custom developed read only repository

Hi Experts,
We have a custom implementation of a read only KM repository manager which just expose documents, but does not have any editing functionality. Now the client wants to activate subscriptions on that repository manager. The current implementation of the manager is not sending any emails. Do you know what should be implemented by the manager in order to get the subscription service to work? We are looking for a daily notification as it is clear that because it is a read only manager there is no way to get notification for all events.
