Cut-Off Entries in Z-Condition table during Initial Download

Hi there,
I have implemented in our CRM 5.0 / Backend 4.70 a new condition type, access sequence and condition table that uses two Z-fields. The customizing download worked well. I also created an adapter object for the initial download of the condition records. But: When I download the condition records from the Backend to the CRM, the entries of one key-field of the condition table are shortend from "9010" (in the Backend 4.70) to only "9" in CRM!
What can this be???

Finally found the error: In structure ZA0CND_MAPT_ACS_REM_CUST I did not refer to the correct key field that I use in the condition table on the R/3. I changed the ZA0CND_MAPT_ACS_REM_CUST, acivated it and then the initial download worked fine!

Hi,
First you should have installed the cockpit., you should have completed the testing and migrated the transports before the end of the Fiscal year which is 31st March in your case. Depending on the scenario, this will take 20 - 40 days.
You can begin the migration once your year end activity is performed.
If you have not installed the cockpit and completed the configuration and tested it.. forget it for this year, do it next year.

All you need to do is go to the iTunes store, and then go to purchased in the right side of iTunes store. It is under the quick links. Then you will be able to download the past purchases there.

Entries missing for Condition tables in TADIR

Hi,
I have downloaded certain pricing condition tables from ECC (customizing download). They got generated successfully and were visible as 'Active' in SPRO and ABAP Dictionary (SE11).
When I ran the customizing download again, all the tables had become 'Inactive' in SPRO>Customer Relationship Management>Basic Functions>Pricing>Define Settings for Pricing--> Create Condition Tables.
But at the same time, these tables are appearing as 'Active' in SE11 and condition records are also flowing for them from ECC to CRM.
Having checked the log in Transaction SLG1, there are visibly few errors stating 'Entry not found in TADIR' for some condition tables.
Any pointers to identify the source/cause of this error or how to resolve the same?

Hi Vartika,
The note 457711 will be helpful for you.
Generally these errors on TADIR coversion will not cause any problems on your conditions download..These errors can be ignored.
Please check for inconsistencies between R/3 ad CRM using the note 664815 and correct them. There are reports attached to it for 4 diferent cases.

Firefox is loading on desktop rather than in Applications during initial download, how do I fix this?

During initial install, Firefox loads on the desktop looking like a drive. It doesn't load into Applications like it is supposed to. From that point it won't let me do anything with it....

Cuts off leading zeros in a report column when "Download to Excel" function

Hello
When a text column contains leading zeros for example "000250" the download to Excel stores the string as "250" in the spreadsheet. I am using a column which is a string.(varchar)
Can somebody suggest me , how to go ahead with it

(To Vins) Actually, concatenating a space doesn't do it. When the file is downloaded into Excel, the leading space is ignored and it the leading zeroes are still trimmed.
To user647228: A non-space character needs to be concatenated. Regarding what character to append, I would give the following consideration: If the users are content with seeing an added character to the "number," you can append say an underscore "_" and Excel will download the number properly. It's fairly unobtrusive and can be "visually ignored."
If the end user insists on gettin rid of the extra character once the file is downloaded, I would append a character that is rarely, if not never, used in the report. (This ensures or mitigates replacing other instances of the character.) Then you can do a Replace All in Excel to replace the extra character with a single apostrophe. The single apostrophe will be interpreted by Excel to mean "text" and the appearance will change to exactly what is desired.
Note: Replacing the extraneous character with a space for example, will result in the leading zeroes being again lopped off by Excel...

Smw3_validation_execute called twice during initial download

Hi All
When trying to download a request for CUSTOMER_MAIN am facing some troubles in custom FM written. I reprocessed the error BDoc and in debugging mode i was able to find this function module smw3_validation_execute is being called twice for BDoc. This FM smw3_validation_execute is directly called from middleware adapter, if am not wrong.
Is there any settings that i need to correct / check in adapter object CUSTOMER_MAIN or else some middleware settings needs to be validated?
Did any one come across such an issue before?

Hi,
While re-processing a Bdoc in the message flow, if it needs to be rolled back due to a Abort status, the validation service is called for a second time.
That is why, you find the smw3_validation_execute FM being called twice!
Please check
cl_smw_mflow=>__validate
calling
cl_smw_mflow=>__validate_
twice.
smw3_validation_execute
is called finally by
cl_smw_mflow=>__validate_

Why is the right hand side of the tables on a Word document that was imported being cut off using Webhelp but not when using Webhelp Pro?

I would prefer to use Webhelp and not Webhelp Pro because Webhelp allow for the insertion of a logo located to the right of the search field by selecting the "Show About" check box when generating content. The problem is that Webhelp is cutting off the words in the tables. Wordwrap is turned on in the Word document and the rest of the sentence will continue beneath the "cut off" word.

You would only use WebHelp Pro if you were using RH Server – that’s what the “pro” versions of output are for. I would suggest that something’s wrong with your table definition. You talk about a Word document – is this the source or the output you’re talking about?

Problem in condition table

I am trying to add new key combination, for this I have created a new field LIFNR and I have added it in the table and generated a new table.
When i am trying to add this table in existing access sequecne LFINR field is marked as RED.
I dont know where i missed the step.
below steps i have followed.
Field catalog: Messages for sales documents>new entries>Maintain output condition table for sales documents>Created new table and generated table by giing Sales org/Order type/Vendor.
successfully created table.
when i go to access sequence and trying to add the the new table i am getting this error.
Can some boyd guide me, if i am missing anything here, and give suggest your solution.

HT1539 i was downloading the movie and was unexpectedly cut off the internet can i still download the rest of the movie from istore with same digital code

i was recently downloading a movie from the itunes store and was cut off the internet and the movie didnt finishe downloading how do i finish the download for said movie?

Look under the Store menu in iTunes for the "Check for available downloads" command and run that. You may find the movie there to be downloaded.
If not, contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department from their Support page (click "Contact Support" and follow the instructions to get to the contact form) and explain the problem to them.

when i replicate table from ERP to CRM the standard table 140 replicate to SAP140
but the condition type don't replicate in the standard table
with error
At least one field name for the condition table is initial
Appl. CRM usage PR and table SAP140: Inactive version is inconsistent

Please map the field AUART_SD using the note 514952. Once done please do the customizing download again.
This should solve the inactive table issue.
You might also check note 441083.

Erasing a condition table

Hello everyone,
I created a condition table which is inactive now, and can not delete it. The table is not assigned to any object, in other words, is not being used. When I try to delete it the program says: "The name of the condition table is initial" The name of the table is CUS_01.

the condition should be maintained in both purchase or sale.
in purchase term you have to go me23n purchase order display.
there is a condition tab .
click that button.
there u see the condition type field and press F4 .
and in sale term
go to t-code vf03
give the billing document no.
press enter
double click on material code or part no for particular billing document no.
click on condition tab.
there is a condition type field and press F4.
check konv, konp table , for condition type kschl is a field.

How to use more than one application server during initial load?

Hi,
we plan to use more than one application server in CRM during initial download in order to increase the number of parallel requests and to decrease the time for the initial load. Is there a way to allocate requests to more than one server? Is is possible via multiple rfc connections for consumer CRM in CRMRFCPAR?

IBooks Author in-line tables are being cut off

iBooks Author in-line tables are being cut off at the bottom of a column, instead of flowing to the next column, or moving the entire table.
The entire point of marking a table as in-line, is to get it to move as text is inteserted before it. But when that happens, nothing makes sure the table remains visible. When the top of the table gets pushed to a new column, it reappears intact, but when half the table won't fit, it just disappears below the bottom margin.
How can I prevent that?

Actually I just did. I gave up on this long ago, but with your reply I found a way to make it work. It seems strange, but it works half way.
First draw a text box, then inside of the text box, put your table. Make the text box In-line. If you add rows to your table, you need to make the text box bigger yourself, as it won't grow automatically. When you type in front of the text box, when it won't fit on the column or page, the entire box is moved to the next column or page. That is the half that works.
The half that doesn't work, is that when part of the table won't fit, it would have been nice if the non-fitting portion was moved to the next column or page, with a new header row. Maybe with time, Apple will fix that.
But at least it won't cut off half the table this way.
