CVD condition change in import PO

Dear Experts,
There is a requirement to change CVD condition percentage for lot of import PO's which have partial GR. If we change condition records thru MEK1 tcode it is not effective since we have to go & update each & every line item conditions by clicking update procedure. It is also practically difficult to do for lot of PO's. Please let me know what needs to be done.

i think manually also not posible if GR have been done aginst that PO line item. as those are time independent conditions
cond record will be effective for new po only
either u will have to shot close all the PO and creat new line ite in same po or creat new one.
or
Any ways value of CVD flows for MIRO it has nothing to do with PO value in CVD , so i think it will not make much diffrence.

Inventory based import cvd conditions

Dear SAP MM Cons,
I have created import pricing procedure , in that i created new conditions like ZCV1 for CVD , ZECV for education cess on CVD, and Z1CV for H ed cess and Z2DC for additional duty by copying existing conditions.
My requirement is that client want to add the cost of these conditions in the material cost. I created pricing procedure with this conditions without acct key, hence they are getting added to material cost. But During excise capturing(J1IEX), BED that means CVD is flowing in the capturing document also it flowing during the excise posting i.e account document get generated in excise for cenvat . But this is wrong .There should not BED amount flow in the excise.
Please suggest how to make this inventory based conditions in the import PP and to avoid any flow in the excise capturing.

Here clients are doing J1IEX first and then MIGO.
Actually these CVD conditions are created on inventory base i.e these should get add to material cost in the import procedure.Here I have just removed account key in the pricing procedure.
Still J1IEX capturing is happened and after posting part II i.e account document get generated.I want to avoid the part II.We dont have problem with Part I.
In domestinc purchase if we use JMIP inventroy based canditions and capture the excise invoice and post it only part I is generated not part II .This is okey.But in import this is not happening.
I think now u will get my question clearly.I want to avoid part II in import purchse.

In case of import purchase. u have to configure the conditions in pricing procedure. The condition types are as follows:
1)jcdb               basic customs
2)jcv1               CVD
3) jec1               ECS on CVD
4)jed1              cess on customs
5) j1cv                secess on cvd
6) jsdb               secess on customs

You use Condition Types as,
PB00 -- Gross Price
FRA1 -- Freight
FRB1 -- Freight (value)
RA01 -- Discount. etc.,
and in Import PO,
the Pricing Procedure has to be defined by including the CVD condition Type like
JCDB -- Basic customs duty
JCV1 -- CVD Percentage
JECV -- Edu Cess on CVD
J1CV -- SECess on CVD
JEDB -- ECess Basic customs etc.,
Then in J1ID, you have to maintain JCV1(CVD Percentage)
in Default values of TAXINN

SAP suggest JCV1.Its adviceable to avoid the z condition types for taxation ,the reason being it might cause a problem in case your cleint wishes to go for an upgrade or in case the Govt decides to alter the taxation rules

Files are automatically saved to your online account when you use the Acrobat.com online services. However, you can most certainly download the files to your computer, by selecting them at https://cloud.acrobat.com/files, and then clicking the Download icon.

Using Field-Symbols in a user exit to change the importing parameter

Please don't ask why but I need to use a user exit, changing the importing parameter. I decided that I could do this using field-symbols.
Please excuse my ignorance but I have never used field symbols for something such as this.
Here is my goal: Loop through an internal table (im_document-item). When I find what I need I want to make a change to this line (not so hard if I am looping into a field symbol) and also append a line to the end of the table im_document-item.
I have the following so far:
DATA: wa_item TYPE accit,
wa_item_out type ACCIT_SUB.
FIELD-SYMBOLS: <document> type acc_document,
<accit> TYPE ACCIT.
LOOP AT im_document-item ASSIGNING <accit> where saknr = '0000211000'.
* Modify the curent line
wa_item = <accit>
* Append a new line into table im_document-item.
ENDLOOP.
How can I use field-symbols to append a line to this table? Please note that the table in question (im_document-item) is an importing only parameter.

that will allow me to append an initial line with <accit> pointing to the line. Therefore I just have to modify <accit> and the new line will then have my changes?
Yep, that is exactly it. So after the APPEND statement, simply fill the fields of the <accit>.
append initial line to im_document-item ASSIGNING <accit>.
<accit>-field1 = 'Blah'.
<accit>-field2 = 'Blah'.

Conditions change...no purchase

On Itunes, i was purchasing a song. This thing interrupts to tell me the conditions have changed. Whatever, i agree, bla blah. Then i am charged for the song, which DID NOT DOWNLOAD. This has happened twice, i am getting no support, and am thoroughly p.o.ed. Help?

I have not seen this particular issue reported, I do however have a workaround that could at least prevent it from happening in the future, when the conditions change, go back to the home page of itunes and try to "purchase" the free weekly download on the home page, and then agree to the terms, so if you do lose the song at least it won't cost you anything.
sorry for no real "fix" however I hope this can at least save you some money if you do not find a resolution

How can I change the import options for an Excel table in InDesign CS5.5?

I have a problem with an InDesign script that works this way in ID CS4 and ID CS5, but stops working in ID CS5.5.
What the script should do, is to change the import preferences for a table saved in an Excel file so that I can place an unformatted table into a new textFrame in my InDesign document. The Excel document is an .xlsx-File.

What the script does (or at least seems to do) is: nothing. The table that is placed into the textFrame by the script is always formatted, as this seems to be the standard preference of InDesign CS5.5 for importing tables out of excel files.
Does anybody have a hint for me how to make the script work in ID CS5.5?

Okay, now it is working. I had to save the XLSX-file into the older XLS format, but that seems to work quite well.
But I won't ever understand why InDesign loses its backward compatibility from one version to the other.

Trouble changing the importing prefence of my itunes.

I cannot change my importing preference in iTunes. I can change to:
Import using: AAC
Setting: High Quality 128 kpbs
When i try and change the settings to Custom (192 kpbs, the iTunes prefernce window that is opens goes behind the main iTunes window and I am unable to save the new settings, I have to go to my task manager to close itunes.
I have Quicktime 7 and itunes 6.
Any one else have this problem?

same problem here except for the window stays in front.I did find out that if I shut down my antivirus and uninstall quicktime then itunes and leave my anti virus off and reinstall itunes , I am able to change the import quality settings and itunes will remember them BUT as soon as I turn on my antivirus, Itunes reverts back to the 160mbps settings and all other defaults, and if I try to change anything Itunes won't remember any changes. I am running Trend Micro PCillininternet security suite. Let us know if you find a fix because apple doesn't seem to be addressing anyones problems here.

Frame Rate change when importing video into FCP 5

I am importing an HD h264 file into FCP 5. The video when opened in QT shows that it's frame rate is 30fps, what I exported it at. When I Import the file into FCP 5 it changes the frame rate to 29.97fps, which is causing major video/audio syncing issues. Any thoughts on how to stop the frame rate change when importing? I tried changing my system settings and audio/video settings before the import to match the file and it is still picking it up at 29.97, major headache especially since I'm cutting industrial.

yeah I'm kinda limited, working with video for the web and I'm making revisions as to what has been already posted. The H264s are the originals per say as we are using a screen capturing program to obtain the video, I could re export the originals at a truer format, but with the resources I'm given, its not truly the option I can afford to take. I've found a workaround through using imovie of all things, but I rather be in FCP. I've done some editing with h264s before and this is the first time I've seen this happen, it kind of reminds me of when I had an editor a few years back digitize video that was drop frame as non-drop.
