CWB Home - Tasks - No Plan is appearing

I am implementing Compensation Workbench for Salary Increment and Bonus, for this I have completed all the setup steps but unable to see the plans on the Tasks in CWB Self Service Home. Guys Kindly help me out because first time I am implementing this module may be I have missed any steps , the steps which I have done
1. Define plan years for the Compensation Workbench plan.
2. Define one life event reason for each plan.
3. Define a derived compensation factor if compensation awards are based on a stored or system calcuated value, such as eligible or stated salary.
4. Define participant eligibility profiles to limit the employees who are eligible for a Compensation Workbench plan.
5. Define a plan type, selecting a compensation category.
6. Define the Compensation Workbench plan.
7. Define plan enrollment requirements.
8. Optionally, define a reporting group to include multiple Compensation Workbench plans.
9. Define elements if you want to transfer activity rates to Oracle Payroll or to third party applications.
10. Link the elements.
11. Optionally, define variable rate profiles if an activity rate can vary according to one or more factors.
12. Define standard activity rates.
After run the participation process: compensation workbench I am initiating the budget through Person Life Event form but there is no Life Event ! and nothing in the Task Area of HR Professional v4 responsibility under function
"Compensation Workbench for Administrator"

Hi Sajid,
This could be for several reasons and hard to pin point. Try the following and let us know.
1. What is your version of apps and also the HRMS Family Pack.
2. Ensure the participation process completed and created life events for people (I am assuming this is true as you have given budgets)
3. What are the dates you have provided in the plan enrollment requirements ? You need to be in that date range to see the plans from the admin UI. If you are not, go to preferences and change effective date to be in that range.
4. If the dates are correct and you are still not able to see the plan, check that you are accessing the plan from the same business group as you created the plan from. (admin can only access plans in their own business group)

  • How do I restrict certain plans from appearing during Open Enrollment?

    We have 15 benefit plans for which all employees are eligible.  We do not want to change the groupings or settings for our Open Enrollment period but would like to restrict the plans that appear for Open Enrollment so that only 12 out of the 15 plans are displayed and available to employees in ESS.  Can this be done?  I know I can restrict which plans are available when using IT0378 Adjustment Reasons but cannot find a way to restrict the list for Open Enrollment.  Thanks for any suggestions.

    I had that exact same delima, but one of our consultants pointed us to the transaction: HRBEN00ADJRSN
    This is a mass load of adjustment reasons.  You just need to feed the program the total time allowed for adjustments and things like start of records date and end of records date.  Because of the dates and the potential for different plans to have different dates, we actually have two open enrollment adjustment reasons.  We have one for Flexible spending where I give the 1/1 begin date and a 12/31 end date since it is only effective for the year in question.  Then we have our main open enrollment for all other plans where the begin date is 1/1 of the new year and 12/31/9999 for the endda.  I then run the HRBEN00ADJRSN twice for the population:  once for the flex enrollment, and then again for the main open enrollment adjustment reason.

  • Home (task) Screen Question

    Just updated to the new 10.3.2 OS last night.  The home (task) screen used to only be active when there were active apps running in the background, and once all apps were closed, it returned to the apps screen or Hub, and the Home (tasks) screen would disappear.  The new OS now always keeps the Home (tasks) screen up all the time (even when I swipe up to unlock the phone), and I have to manually swipe to bring up the apps or HUB screen.  Question, is there a setting that will return this to the previous behavior?  Not really a technical issue, but more of an anoyance.

    To switch back to previous behaviour complete the following steps. Let me know if this helps
    On the Home screen, go to Settings, tap Display and within turn off Show wallpaper when all apps are closed.

    Hello Rahul,
    Please check the publication setting for location in-house production in /SAPAPO/CP1.
    Check active integration model in CMF5, if missing create the integration model by CFM1 and CFM2.
    Also you can run the delta report /SAPAPO/CCR  or post processing report /SAPAPO/CPP1 for planned order to transfer.
    Also check the CIF application log SLG1.

    What you need to do is enable home sharing in settings >iPod>home sharing is one of the options log on and away you go
    In the iPod app it should show up in library 
    Remember that iTunes must be open on you computer to work

  • I run FF18 on XP Pro and Win7 Home premium machines,Win7 toolbar appears to have updated from 17, XP toolbar why?

    XP SP3 toolbar retains the symbol in Home and Back areas, Win7 now has the words instead. Other areas seem to do the same. Both work properly. Another problem which may be relevant is that the appearance of my ISP website front page on XP has not been updated when the ISP recently did so, Win 7 is up to date. It all looks like XP stuff is stuck in the past for some reason but works OK. There have been issues with XP but not this one.

    You can check the toolbar setting in the customize window (Icons, Text, Icons and Text).

    You may have to click the Restore Default Set button in the Customize window.

  • New GP Task Items do not appear in UWL after clear item cache of GP System

    HI, SDN Expert.
    After I made some minor change in the GP configuration xml (changing the "createdate" format from "date" to "datetime"), I went to the Cache Administration Page to clear the item cache of my GPSystem. I went to register the item types for all system in the UWL Configuration Page.
    After clearing the cache and register the item types, I started initiate some GP tasks, but now all the GP tasks are not appearing in the UWL any more.
    I remembered last time the same thing has happened, but the GP tasks started appearing only after a few hours.
    Now, it has been two hours wait, I still don't see my GP tasks re-appear.
    I wonder any of you know whether this situation is normal? What is the root cause for this situation? And how do I fix this?

  • "Save Message" - in Task list - Planning 11.1.2.2.302.3

    Hi,
    We have implemented Planning 11.1.2.2.302.3 and following was asked from our customer.
    When I enter data (numbers) in the task list, I want to be warn with a pop up window, if I click "next" that "data are not save" --> - save yes or no-.
    As per today customer goes following steps --> to 1-key inn data, 2-save, 3-click next to continue, work with next step
    Customer wants --> 1-key inn data, 2-click next and get a pop up asking to save, work with next step.
    IS that possible ?
    We are speaking about an administration who has many people keying inn data and the manager's concern is to make it simple to his users.

    It is a default planning behavior.
    If you changed a data cell and move away (select a different form, or select a different page drop down) it'll automatically say that "This form contains unsaved data. Select OK to continue without saving data, or Cancel to discard operation"
    Is that not happening?

    i think it is not possible to change the planning plant once you have assigned for maintenance plan, try to delete all the assignment of the task list and try ( iam not sure)

  • CWB Component and Combination Plan

    Hi All,
    I am going through user guide for CWB. I could not understand what is component and combination plan.If any one can explain with an example on usage that would be really great. Also how to decide for a client, in which scenario we should define cwb plan to update ratings at the same time and in which scenario we should create a separate plan only for rating. I mean how to decide.

    An oversimplified definition would be as follows :
    Component Plan - Mainly used for salary reviews where the salary has multiple components (or any other case where there are similar things being awarded)
    Combination Plan - Used for multiple awards of different types at once Ex: Salary Increase, Stock Options (shares) and cash bonus at the same time.
    Usually all components of a Component plan feed off the same budget. In combination plan, each has a different budget.
    There are many other similarities and differences. Oracle's own documents on combination and component plans are very good. Please refer to the same.
    As for ratings being posted along with the plan results, it is up to the business what updates are applied along with the CWB plans. As a thumb rule, if the award and rating activities are to be done together, they would be in the same plan.

    What do you mean by no 'library logo' ? What screen are you on ?
    In the iBooks app the default screen is your bookshelf, you won't have a Library button unless you go into the store (there should be a Store button at the top left of the screen to go into the Store ; when you are in the store that button should change to Library to take you back to the bookshelf).
    If you are in a book in the app then tap the book and you should get a number of icons along the top of the screen, including Library to exit the book and go back to the bookshelf.
