D7260 save memory card contents

Hi,
 I want to use the memory card reader on the Photosmart D7260 printer.
View works OK.
Save fails, it says "Not set up you need to install device software"
Where do I find this required software?
All printing aspects of this printer work OK
The OS is Vista Ultimate 64 bit SP2

Hi,
Where do you want to save to ? To your computer ? Can you view photos from the printer cardreader on your computer ? If YES just copy them to your computer. If NO all you need is mapping the cardreader to your network using the following instructions:

  • Memory card contents and accessibility

    hello,
    i have a 32 mb mem card on my 6230. 14 mb is free on the card. there was no password on the card.
    recently a video clip failed to save on the mem card. a photo also failed. after a re-boot the same situ prevailed. surprisingly the data on the card (the personilzed folders) are also not visible. and the card is not even formatted by the cell phone.
    any expert advise anybody?
    regards,

    If the logical structure is broken, then it's impossible to access it at the file level. As a way to go - buy a program to restore the card content, it can access the card using a USB card reader at the lowest (physical) level to grab the files one by one. If the card is not completely dead and file is more or less readable as well as the info is critical to pay money fot its restoration, then you have a chance.

  • Save memory card password using backup of PC Suite...

    Ok. Some time ago I set a password on the memory card of my Nokia XpressMusic 5310. Some months passed and I forgot the password
    to it but the phone still has it so it's working without any issues.
    Problem is I want to update the firmware on the phone because it is a bit outdated and PC Suite is showing me that new versions are available. If I update the firmware, the phone will LOSE the password to the memory card as it is deleted during the flash. I did a complete backup using PC Suite to my computer. Is the memory card password ALSO backed up to the computer or will I still need it after the flash?
    In other words, after I update the phone, can I use the backup I made to restore it and restore the password it had for the memory card. Or is there any way for me to find this password and remove it before updating?
    The phone is a S40 phone so the installing of filemanager programs and looking for the text file with the password does NOT work.
    Thx.

  • How do you select multiple messages/conversations on SMS/MMS to forward or save to memory card on Samsung Stratosphere?

    How do you select multiple messages/conversations on SMS/MMS to forward or save to memory card on Samsung Stratosphere?
    My screen is cracked and I need to replace my phone and I don't see a way of selecting multiple messages or even conversations one at a time to forward them to email or to save them to a memory card.  I can delete thread but can't forward it or move it.  Is there a setting somewhere that will move the storage location for messages to the memory card instead of internal?
    If not, any suggestions on backup apps?  I have heard of Txtract to back up SMS and MMS messages, and Titanium Backup to back up everything (SMS, MMS, apps, app data...).  Anyone have any experience with those, or other suggestions?
    Thanks!

  • Nokia C3-00 mesage save in memory card.

    I have a Nokia C3-00 mobile.
    I send a lot of sms. but i cant have them all deleted.
    so i need to save my sms in the memorycard.
    Bucause the mobile internal memory is puny.
    what to do now.

    If the C3-00 Messaging app does not have (support) a setting to use the memory card for storing messages, then all you can do is to live with the limitaiton, or switch to a phone model that does (or has more memory).

  • I have a 5300 but nothing saves to the memory card...

    I've just bought a 5300 with a 2gb memory card, but all the music & pics i put on it seems to save to the phone & not the card. Have only got about 5 mp3's on it & says memory is full! Does anyone know how to fix this???? Thanks!!

    Whenever you transfer anything,just use the DATA STORAGE(Drag&Drop Facility)not the Nokia Mode.

  • How do I set my camera to save all pictures to my phone and not the memory card?

    Since I've added a 4G memory card my camera has a very long delay after each picture. I noticed if i switch it to save to the phone there is no delay. Is there any way of fixing this or do I have to switch it every time i use the camera?
    Post relates to: Centro (Sprint)

    If there is an SD card in the device it is always going to switch over to the SD card to preserve memory on the device. The only way you are going to get it to default to the device and stay on the device is not have the SD card in the device, possibly a third party application that allows to render this functionality but nothing I know of off the top of my head.

  • How do you backup the contents of your memory card...

    I have bought a much larger capacity memory card for my 6680. How can I backup the contents (total) of my old Nokia supplied card ? PC Suite 6.6 fails everytime when I try to use that. Does anyone have any suggestions ?

    Again, I've got to agree with the others about the USB card-reader. You can pick up a card reader specifically for RS-MMC cards from MobyMemory.com:
    http://www.mobymemory.com/proddetail.asp?prod=Reader%5FUSB2%5FRSMMC%5F001
    Transferring over bluetooth or even USB using PC Suite can be very time consuming.
    My phone also fails when I do a backup, but mine fails on Contacts, not on the memory card backup, so it might be that the error PC Suite is giving you isn't about the memory card backup.
    Another thing to note is that the PC Suite file format for backing up is a binary file though, so once you've got 512MB file with all your files inside, you can't just 'unzip' it and view the contents, you'd have to upload it back to the phone before it would be readable.
    The best suggestion would be to use a card reader.
    Hope that helps

  • Message content deleted to save memory  runtime

    Hi,
      When I check he message content in the runtime then I get the message
    " message content deleted to save memory"  .I have BPM scenario with sync call to RFC and I am unable to see the return data from SAP.
    I found this Solution from Stephan in forum :-
    Try adding this:
    visual admin --> Messaging System:
    messaging.syncMessageRemover.removeBody = false
    this should allow you to see the message content.
    However cannot find where to look for Visual Admin in XI. Can anybody point it to me?

Have tried saving messages to my memory card, a few messages would save but later I get an error "Unable to access memory, messages will be stored in phone memory." Have tried formatting the memory card as well as phone memory but nothing seems to help.

  • Content of message deleted to save memory

    Hi experts,
    When I click on "details" tab in message Monitoring. It gives message "Content of message deleted to save memory" and does not show the Payload of the messages too.
    Please let me know wht does this means"Content of message deleted to save memory"??
    thanks in advance

    Hi!
    Abishek's tip is well for the Java part (RWB/Adapter Engine message persisting - you will have to set a parameter there).
    In SXMB_MONI you will see  ...
    1. only the ABAP part of the messages (not message content in Adapter Engine - therefore you need RWB)
    2. synch messages only if you have configured for persisting synchronous messages in ABAP stack.
    You can do that in SXMB_ADM -> Configure Integration Engine -> Category RUNTIME -> LOGGING and/or LOGGING_SYNC -> set to 1 (0 per Default).

    does anyone know how to save incoming messages to memory card automatically instead of to phone memory in 3230 plz?

    See this thread on how to save messages to the memory card on the N70. I'm guessing the 3230 should be the same.

    Hi, should be able to do by going here: Select Menu-> Applications -> Office -> File mgr. and Backup.
    I suggest you do a back up to a computer if you have one too using either Ovi suite or Nokia pc suite (windows). Isync for mac.

  • Save an image file in my phone/ memory-card memory.

    Hi everyone,
    I want to save a file (an image file) in my phone/ memory-card memory.
    i've infact captured it from camera and now want to save in the memory not in the RecordStore.
    What should i do ?
    Please help me.
    Thanks in advance

    hi,
    You will need the pda optional package jsr75 for file connection. Then create a byte vector from the image and then write the bytes to the location
    byte[] bytes = ... // from input stream
    String filePath = "file:///c:/"+aFileName;
              System.out.println(filePath);
              OutputStream os = null;
              FileConnection fc = null;
              try {
                   fc = (FileConnection)Connector.open(filePath);
                   if(!fc.exists()){
                        fc.create();
                   os = fc.openOutputStream();
                   for(int i = 0;i< bytes.length;i++){
                        os.write(bytes);
              } catch (IOException e) {
                   throw new IOException();
              }finally{
                   if(os != null)
                        os.close();
                   if(fc != null)
                        fc.close();

  • Content of message deleted to save memory, where to set?

    Hi,
    When trying to display "Message Content" in the Message Monitoring in the Runtie Workbench do I get the message
    "Content of message deleted to save memory"
    Can anyone tell me where the settings/parameters are for this deletion of message content?
    Stephan

    Hi all,
    I'm just adding this because I think the result of the answers is maybe still not what would be expected by the average XI user :
    ( all explanations are done for a sync SOAP receiver example )
    -Changing settings in the XI integration engine configuration only affects the SXMB_MONI view ( not the adapter(s) view via RWB )
    -Setting the messaging parameter in the Visual admin indeed results in seeing the payload in the RWB adapter engine but...it basically shows the same as the integration engine SXMB_MONI ! In other words, it is apparently showing the internal XI incoming message that hits the soap receiver adapter and NOT the plain soap/http text outgoing request
    ( not what I would want by default )
    -Since an adapter -- by definition -- adapts a message , you should ask yourself which message you want to see ( adapter incoming or adapter outgoing message ) , but I think that in general, you would want to to see the 'raw' outgoing message for an receiver adapter or the 'raw' incoming message message for a sender adapter. ( as the adapter transformed results are visible in the integration engine )
    In my experience, the results regarding this are mixed for several adapters : for the RNIF adapter you see the raw messages but apparently for soap not...
    -the SOAP FAQ note gives the ( only ? ) workaround : add a network listener in between that captures the raw XI outgoing message
    ( with a simple to use java listener attached to the note )
    Hope this helps future users
    regards
    Dirk
