D9036 web GUI problem

Hi all

Regards,

Hi,
I just tried it and got the same result.
A short dump is generated and the reported error is :
Short text
    Template interpretation cancelled, syntax error.
What happened?
Template "templates\system\dm\serviceparameter.html" contains syntax errors and
     therefore could not be compiled.
Cause of error:Include "templates\system\sapxjutil.html" not available.
The syntax error is in row: 2, column: 75
    The incorrect HTMLB line is:
       "include(~service="system", ~language="", ~theme="",
     ~name="sapxjutil.html");"
I would say it's a bug in CRM 2007. Open a SAP support message....

Olivier

  • ACE Web GUI Interesting Problem

I have a very strange issue with the ACE web GUI interface. I have 2 ACE's that are in Active/Standby setup with a floating management IP address for each context. Now when I try to login to the Web interface with the Floating Mgmt. IP address for one of my contexts it always takes me to the Admin context and not the one I am trying to hit. I did some testing and I found it does this with every context when you try to login to the Web interface using the floating IP address. If I use one of the real IP's of an individual ACE I am able to get logged into the correct context. Has anybody else run into this? Is there something I can do to fix it? Also I noticed that when you login to the web interface using that same floating IP address it always passes RADIUS requests as the Admin context IP address as well.

I don't see this problem with version A3(2.x)
    This was fixed with CSCso98451

  • TH_DELETE_MODE not working in Web GUI after EHP7 upgrade

    Hi
After upgrading to EHP7 the function module TH_DELETE_MODE is not working in the Web GUI. If I start the TH_DELETE_MODE in SE37 with the default paramter "1-" I'll get the HTTP error code 500. We use the function module for our webdynpro to logout but it is not working anymore.
    Any idea or recommendation?

  • Colors not displaying in WEB GUI

    Hi,
In WEB GUI, I am unable to see the colors in my ALV Grid when the fields are in editable mode where as in SAP GUI am able to. There is no problem when the fields are in non-editable mode.
Can you help me out to view the colors in my ALV Grid for the editable fields in WEB GUI?
    Thanks,
    Adithya M.

You might be out of luck, because usually there are no specific settings for the WEB GUI. And one of the problems with WEB GUI is that it doesn't support all the functionality which is offered in your standard GUI. So it is possible that this is exactly one of the scenarios WEB GUI doesn't support. That is also the reason why not all SAP transaction work in WEB GUI. We had issues with parts of TEM transactions not working via WEB GUI.

  • F4 - multiple sessions - Web GUI

    Hi,
    We have ECC 5.0
    Kernel - 64-bit patchlevel 129
    SAP_BASIS 640 is at version 15
When I access a transaction through Web GUI for example 'me51n' (or any transaction), with below URL
    http://localhost:8000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?~transaction=me51n
if I hit F4 in material field (any field where F4 is possible), it opens search criteria screen and when I hit 'Start Search' button, it opens another 'me51n' screen behind the search result. For every hit of 'Start Search' button, a new session that of the transaction is opend.
    How can this be fixed?
    Thanks,
    Vishnu

    Hi Vishnu,
Could you check if republishing the internet services system and webgui to site INTERNAL solves the problem.
    Thanks and regards,

  • NAC CAM 4.8 Unable to Access Web GUI Interface

Hello, we were working on trying to get the CAM and CAS to talk by using a Microsoft CA, we imported the Certs that we generated and shortly after that we lost Web GUI access, we are still able to access via SSH and everything appears ok, reloading the server didnt help. Is it possible the Cert was corrupted preventing us from accessing the web GUI interface, how can I regenerate cert and install it from the CLI? Should I look at something else like log files, if so what do I look for?
    Thank you,

  • SGE2010 - Web GUI Not Working

I have a brand new SGE2010 48-port switch. I initially set my computer to 192.168.1.100 and connected to the web GUI on the switch successfully using Firefox 3.6.13 on Linux. I was able to navigate through all the settings without any problems.
I updated the IP address of the switch to 192.168.100.4 and updated my computer to 192.168.100.100. At that point, I am able to connect to the GUI and access the login screen.
However, after I login, it displays the basic frame windows (Cisco image in the upper left, logout, about and help in the upper right) and promptly stops loading. None of the configuration panels load. As a result, I can't get to any of the configuration options and can't change anything. The only option is to reset the switch back to factory defaults and start over.
I have also tried accessing the web GUI via Chrome 8.0.552.237, but that has the same problem.
    Any suggestions?
    -Sean

Download the ietab 2 as an addon for firefox.
Then click the firefox symbol in the bottom right corner.
This will emulate an internet explorer page.
The gui's were only designed for ie5 to ie7 support.
However good news, the new sf/sg300 series switches is both ie and firefox supported.

  • Tidal 6.1 Web GUI performance issues

    Hello,
We are noticing significant delays in the Web GUI of Tidal 6.1.  We tried all usual suspects like hardware size, logs, etc, etc. and still no improvement in performance.  We have about 5000 jobs and our infrastructure is windows based.  Does any of you experienced this problem and how did you address it?
    thank you

We are a small shop (about 1,000 jobs) and we were extremely slow. I worked with one of the engineers and here are the changes we made that helped us a lot - we have 1 master (8 GB), one CM (12 GB), windows based, external Oracle DB. Pretty much these changes are based on size. Hope this helps somebody!

  • Fix many web access problems with IFS 9.0.1 on Solaris (and other OS's)...

When the installation is done according to the documentation,
web access does not work because the scripts that add entries to

  • Can't re-add printer after removing from eprint center - 'Web Services Problem'

I have an HP Photosmart Premium C310 series printer (Model Number CN503B) which I have been using with ePrint for about 18 months. Aside from intermittent issues it has worked, I use a chromebook most of the time so rely on the ePrint option via Google Cloud Print.
Last week it stopped working, with every job in the list showing as cancelled. Following advice on the forum I removed the email address of the printer from the eprint center. I thought it would then be simple to add the printer back. However, I have been unable to connect the printer to the web service so I cannot create the code I need to add the printer back.
    STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
    1. Factory reset printer settings
    2. Factory reset network settings
    3. Restart printer and Reboot router
    3. Settings -> Network -> Wireless Setup Wizard
    4. Choose correct SSID, enter password for WPA
    5. ‘Connected to Network’
    6. Settings -> Web -> Enable Web Services
    7. ‘Accept terms’ screen -> Accept
    8. ‘Checking for product updates’ screen shows briefly then returns to 'accept terms' screen
    9. Next it makes a ping sound and shows ‘Web Services Problem’ ‘Problem connecting to Web Services Server’, it then pings again a few seconds later (which ties in with what I see in the network logs as a second attempt)
    10. Log on to printer via web interface and set IP address of printer to manual IP outside DHCP range (as advice on other threads in this forum). Check DNS setting valid (same as gateway server which all other devices on network are also using successfully as DNS)
    11. Repeat steps 6 and 7 - still same error message
I consider myself technically savvy and have followed all advice I can find on this forum including the following:
    1. reverting to printer and network defaults
    2. rebooting router
    3. assigning static IP address to printer outside of DHCP range of router
    4. connecting to printer via web interface and setting DNS to variously: same as gateway, google DNS (8.8.8.8), ISP DNS
    5. adjusting firewall settings on router to explicitly allow and log outbound connection on the HP ports (already had a rule allowing all outbound connections)
As mentioned, the printer worked fine with ePrint previously so I suspect the ePrint server is rejecting a request from my printer for some reason, maybe because there is old / corrupt  data on the server regarding my specific printer.
I’m logging outbound traffic from the printer and here are what the router logs show me (printer IP replaced with 192.168.x.x below, even though it is not public )

Looks like both are HP sites: first is 'g4t2674.houston.hp.com' and the second secure one is ‘registration-pro-site2eprint.houston.hp.com’ which sound likely to be correct. That suggests the DNS is working but that the registration server doesn’t like the request for some reason.
I had the printer registered for Google Cloud Print but I have now deleted that also and it doesn’t seem to have made any difference (assume it just formats and forwards to the HP ePrint email anyway).
One hack that sheds some further light is to switch off wifi on the printer and then switch on ePrint. Eprint gives an error but stays set as 'on'. When I then switch wifi back on I can then at least check for product updates (it tells me I have the latest product updates). However, web services are still a 'no go'. Network traffic for that product update exchange looks like this:

So clearly the printer can communicate to those servers well enough to find it has the latest firmware.
I realise this is a lot of information but hopefully some of it is helpful for troubleshooting.
Thank you in advance for any help!

The issue disappeared this weekend. I didn't change anything so it must have been something server side. I notice others with the same issue have also seen it resolved.
Thanks to all those who contributed and tried to help out. Although disappointed I went for a long time without ePrint I'm glad that action was apparently taken to resolve in the end.
